The protagonist is a young doctor named "Francine".
The story takes place in a city called Norrington, where Fran will follow the guidance of the [Medical Module] to run a "Foggy Street Clinic" and continuously complete "home visits" in the [Overworld] or "instances" to earn consultation fees and improve his "medical skills".
She will meet patients with different personalities and unique abilities during her house calls—and gradually uncover the truth of the "world".
