hall.

Halloween dinner.

The holiday dinner is always the most anticipated moment at Hogwarts, even the spooky Halloween.

To celebrate the holiday, the auditorium was carefully decorated:

Upon entering the auditorium, one is greeted by rows of ghostly decorations hanging in the air, swaying gently in the dim light, as if real ghosts were wandering around.

Of course, Professor Sean's original intention was to use real ghosts as decorations to showcase the prestige of Hogwarts, fearing that others would misunderstand that they couldn't afford real ghosts. However, his proposal was strongly opposed by Barrow the Blood and Nick the Headless, so his proposal died in the womb.

This also added another entry to his notebook:

10 month 31 day.

Barrow the Blood Man and Nick the Headless openly oppose me.

The pumpkin lanterns, a symbol of Halloween, were cleverly placed in the center of each table, emitting a soft and warm glow, adding a touch of mystery and warmth to the entire hall.

A thousand bats fluttered and flew across the walls and ceiling, while another thousand, like low-lying dark clouds, hovered and danced above the dining table, causing the candle flame inside the pumpkin to flicker.

Meanwhile, the sweet and enticing aroma of roasted pumpkin wafted through every corner.

These are all old Halloween traditions, nothing new.

What surprised the little wizards the most was that when they took out The Wizarding Killer to play, they found that all the character cards in The Wizarding Killer were dressed up in Halloween costumes today.

For example: Professor Snape – bat costume, Professor Dumbledore – pumpkin costume, Professor Sean – skull costume...

These changes made the game extremely interesting for them.

However, they faced new dilemmas.

Young wizards often confuse the "Dark Wizard" card with the "Professor Snape" and "Professor Shaun" cards, since the two professors' Halloween costumes look even more evil than the Dark Wizard's.

As the young wizards gradually took their seats, delicious food served on golden platters suddenly appeared before them—just like at the opening ceremony.

At this moment, Professor Sean, a staunch fan of these delicacies, was not in the auditorium.

He was hiding in one of the stalls in the men's restroom at that moment.

Although the toilets at Hogwarts were spotless (because they were cleaned with spells every day), Sean still didn't want to stay there.

A toilet is just a toilet; it can never compare to the warm auditorium of a school and the mouthwatering food on the teachers' long tables.

Just thinking about the tender, juicy roast meat paired with a rich cheese sauce made Sean unconsciously swallow.

I'm so hungry...

I wonder how far his poor senior Quirrell has progressed with his plan...

Meanwhile, inside the auditorium.

boom--

The auditorium doors were suddenly flung open with a deafening roar that could have shaken the ceiling off. Professor Quirrell burst into the auditorium, his large scarf askew on his head, his face contorted with terror.

This sudden turn of events made everyone in the room stare at him.

He walked over to Dumbledore's chair, nearly tripping, and said breathlessly, "The troll—in the underground classroom—I thought you should know that."

After saying that, he collapsed to the floor and lost consciousness.

"ah--"

The hall erupted into chaos as the young wizards screamed.

"Silence!" Dumbledore's voice, ten times louder than usual, finally brought the Great Hall back to silence.

"Prefect," he said in a deep voice, "take all the students from each college to their dormitories immediately!"

"I just remembered—Hermione." Harry, who was sitting in the audience, suddenly seemed to remember something and whispered to Ron next to him.

"What's wrong with her?" Ron asked, puzzled.

"She doesn't know about the trolls yet..."

As Percy led the Gryffindor students back to the common room, he didn't notice two small figures disappearing into the crowd...

While Sean was waiting in the men's restroom, so hungry he was about to eat his own arm, he finally heard a low grumbling sound and the sound of huge feet dragging on the ground.

It's a troll!

It has finally arrived.

He quietly walked to the inside door of the men's restroom, waiting for the best opportunity.

A moment later, the troll's heavy footsteps reached the women's restroom next to him.

Then came the sound of a door closing and locking.

Sean knew that Harry and Ron had locked the troll in the girls' restroom... Then came the sound of the two running frantically.

Sean drew his wand, which he always carried with him, and straightened his legs, ready to leave at any moment.

Finally... a shrill, terrified female voice came from the women's restroom next door. Sean pushed open the door abruptly and turned to stand at the door of the women's restroom next door.

He waved his wand at the locked door of the women's restroom: "Open Alohomora!"

With a click, the door slowly opened.

The scene inside was terrifying.

The giant was twelve feet tall, with dull, gray skin like granite. Its enormous, clumsy body resembled a huge pile of mud, topped with a small head the size of a cocoa bean.

Its short legs were as thick as tree stumps, and below them were flat, rough, calloused feet. It held a thick wooden stick in its hand, which dragged on the ground because of its long arms.

At the same time, Sean smelled a repulsive odor emanating from the troll—a mixture of smelly socks and an uncleaned public toilet.

Meanwhile, Sean's adorable class representative Hermione was huddled in the corner of the bathroom, seemingly on the verge of fainting.

The giant was approaching her, smashing the pool against the wall as it went.

"Hermione!"

"Hermione!"

The two little ones who had just locked the door came running back when they heard Hermione's call and stood behind Sean.

The two people's cries attracted Hermione's attention, but at that moment her eyes were fixed on only one figure: a handsome wizard.

He raised his wand and aimed it at the moving giant: "Boom..."

He suddenly stopped halfway through his speech.

But the troll did not stop; it raised its club high and then slammed it down with force.

Hermione closed her eyes in despair, feeling the stench of the sticks blowing through her hair.

At that critical moment, she heard a voice say, "Immobulus!"

Then... there was no more movement around.

When she opened her eyes in confusion, she saw the giant standing motionless in front of her, holding a club.

Then the wizard walked up to her, picked her up in his arms as she was limp and unable to even lift her arms, and walked away.
