Li Jin's eyelids trembled, and he slowly opened them. What Su Fei and Xiao Mei saw was no longer those familiar black pupils, but a chilling emerald green, like two deep jades, shimmering with an eerie light.

"Li Jin...you...your eyes..." Sophie reached out her hand tremblingly, wanting to touch Li Jin's face, but stopped in mid-air, her eyes filled with fear and confusion.

Xiao Mei was also stunned. She opened her mouth, but couldn't say anything. Xiao Bai growled uneasily and shrank behind Xiao Mei, seemingly sensing the unfamiliar aura emanating from Li Jin as well.

Li Jin slowly sat up, his gaze sweeping over the two people and one beast before him, a strange smile curving his lips. "Where...am I?" His voice was low and hoarse, as if it came from the depths of hell.

Sophie and Xiaomei exchanged a glance, both seeing shock in each other's eyes. Is this... really Li Jin?

"Li Jin, you...you don't remember us?" Sophie asked cautiously, afraid of upsetting him.

Li Jin frowned, seemingly trying to recall something. After a moment, he shook his head. "I... my head hurts so much... I can't remember anything..."

Xiao Mei mustered her courage and stepped forward, placing her hand on Li Jin's forehead. "Are you alright? Do you want me to take a look?"

Li Jin grabbed Xiao Mei's wrist with such force that Xiao Mei gasped. "What...what are you going to do?"

Li Jin stared at Xiao Mei, a fierce glint flashing in his eyes, but it quickly disappeared, replaced by a blank expression. "I...I don't know..." He released Xiao Mei's hand and groaned in pain, clutching his head.

Seeing this, Sophie quickly stepped forward to support Li Jin, saying, "Li Jin, calm down, we'll definitely help you remember!"

Li Jin raised his head, his green eyes staring intently at Sophie, making her feel uneasy. "Help me... remember..." he muttered to himself, his tone filled with despair and longing.

Just then, Li Jin's body changed again. His hair began to grow longer, reaching down to his waist, and his originally fair skin gradually turned pale green, with strange patterns appearing on it, spreading out like vines.

"What...what's going on?" Sophie took a step back in horror, looking at Li Jin's change, feeling like she was dreaming.

Xiao Mei was also terrified. She hugged Xiao Bai tightly, her body trembling slightly. "Li Jin... he... he seems to have turned into a monster..."

Li Jin's transformation continued; his fingernails became sharp and pointed, like the claws of a wild beast. His ears also grew long and pointed, like those of an elf.

"Ah..." Li Jin let out a painful roar, his body trembling violently, as if he was enduring immense pain.

Sophie and Xiaomei dared not approach him and could only watch helplessly as he underwent a terrifying transformation.

Xiao Mei trembled with fear, clinging tightly to Xiao Bai and hiding behind Sophie. "Princess...Princess Sophie...we...we have to run..."

Sophie felt a surge of fear, but she didn't run away. She took a deep breath, forcing herself to calm down. "Li Jin...you...you remember me?"

Li Jin tilted his head, looked at Sophie, and gave her an innocent smile. "You are...Sophie...my...princess..."
