Huh? There's a magic school here.

Chapter 58 Forbidden Forest

"Thank you, Headmaster of Hogwarts. You will be a friend of our Battleaxe Clan forever. We need plenty of fruit and wheat, and it would be even better if you could provide us with some ale. We also need some fruit and vegetable seeds, which we can cultivate ourselves to obtain food."

"Then it's settled. I'll have my house-elves bring over some food later. I need time to buy the seeds, so if there are no other problems, we'll head back now."

“Alright, we’ll wait here for the house-elves to arrive.” Andres gave a wizard’s salute and left with Hagrid.

“Centaurs aren’t hard to communicate with, are they? But those idiots at the Ministry of Magic always mess things up! They think that just because they’re wizards they’re superior to all other creatures, including Muggles,” Hagrid complained.

"Yes, equality seems simple, but it is the most difficult ideal for mankind to achieve. Oh, by the way, Hagrid, would you like to live in Hogwarts Castle or on the edge of the Forbidden Forest? I need to prepare a place for you to stay."

“I still prefer living on the edge of the Forbidden Forest. By the way, Principal Andres, may I make a small request?” Hagrid asked cautiously.

"You said I would try my best to satisfy you."

“You know, I’m used to taking Tooth with me when I patrol the Forbidden Forest. I do need Tooth since I live off-campus, so you might be able to…” Hagrid said with a shy smile.

Andres never expected that this big guy would make such an expression.

"Of course, how about this as a gift to welcome you?"

"Thank you so much, Principal Andres." Hagrid rubbed his hands together happily.

Having reached a point a few hundred meters from the Forbidden Forest, Andres spent 100 system points to exchange for the Forbidden Forest Guardian's Hut, and another 500 system points to exchange for the magical animal Tooth.

Then, with a flash of white light, the stone house appeared before Andres and Hagrid. A large dog was pacing back and forth in front of the door, and when it saw Hagrid, Toothpick quickly ran over and pounced on him.

Hagrid caught it, but couldn't resist Tooth's enthusiasm. Tooth washed his face with its tongue.

"Alright, Yaya, alright, Yaya. Stop it. Did you secretly drink some of the wine in the house? Why does your breath smell like wine?" Hearing this, Yaya stopped licking Hagrid's face.

It quickly turned and ran towards the vegetable garden next to the cottage. Hagrid's cottage looked simple, but it was truly a warm and welcoming place for him. It was his home, where he had lived for so many years. Even the scarecrow in the vegetable garden was something he had made himself.

"Forbidden Forest Guardian's Hut (Level 1): For every level this hut is upgraded, the Forbidden Forest Guardian's stamina increases by 10%, and the Forbidden Forest Guardian's danger perception increases by 10%."

"Principal Andres, would you like to come in and have a cup of tea?"

"Oh? No, Hagrid, it's too late. I need to go back and have Dobby send some food and ale to the centaurs. Is there anything you need? I'll have Dobby put it on the shopping list and bring it with us next time we resupply."

“Yes, Principal Andres. I think I need some tools, preferably a shotgun and some bullets. I also want some pumpkin seeds; I want to grow pumpkins in the vegetable garden. It would be even better if you could bring some chicks and lambs; I want to keep some animals in the backyard.”

"No problem, I'll have Dobby send you some cash too. You can also buy other things yourself if needed."

"Thank you so much, Principal. I'll go find Ya Ya. You know, it looks big and strong, but it's actually very timid."

“Alright, I’ll take my leave too.” Andres returned to the principal’s office a little later, called Dobby and asked him to prepare food for the centaurs in the Forbidden Forest and deliver it there. He also went to Hagrid’s place, as Hagrid needed more things.

After taking care of everything, Andres lay in bed and continued looking at the system. He'd been busy all day and hadn't yet started the next part of the system's main quest.

"You have diligently nurtured the future of the magical world, so now it's time to wait for the fruit to ripen. System main quest (5): Complete a full school year. What? A whole school year is over? I haven't even had a chance to properly discipline these naughty kids. Quest reward: Host character level up, Hogwarts Castle level up."

This task is actually very simple; you just need to wait until summer vacation next June. That completes a full school year. Because it's simple and doesn't require much work, the reward is also very simple. Both myself and Hogwarts Castle need to advance from level four to level five, which requires sixteen cards, or 3,200 system points.

The following day, Andres issued yet another ban through the student council.

"Jean-Nuo, look, there's another ban on the bulletin board."

"What's wrong, Jerome? What happened at school again?"

"Look, the notice board says that students are prohibited from entering the forbidden forest without the professor's permission."

"What's the problem? Isn't it normal not to be allowed in the Forbidden Forest? Wait, you mean the Forbidden Forest? When did Hogwarts have a Forbidden Forest?"

"Maybe it was just yesterday? Otherwise, shouldn't it have been banned a long time ago?"

"That makes sense. We're free this afternoon, should we go take a look?"

“But Jean, this ban was just issued.”

"It's alright, Jerome. Nobody knows, so it's fine, right? Anyway, the Forbidden Forest is so big, and nobody's watching over it. Just wandering around the outskirts of the Forbidden Forest isn't against school rules, is it?"

"Okay, then let's invite Fabio and Anil, and the four of us go together this afternoon."

"Okay, I'll tell them when they get back."

In the afternoon, Jeanne and her group of four arrived at the edge of the Forbidden Forest. They were so captivated by the new surroundings that they completely forgot their earlier promise to just wander around and not go inside. Wait a minute, why does that sound so familiar?

Just as they were about to step into the forbidden forest, a tall figure appeared before them. This startled them, but they breathed a sigh of relief upon recognizing the person.

"Hey you little snakes, where are you headed? Didn't you get a warning not to enter the forbidden forest without permission?"

"Haha, Professor Hagrid, hello. We weren't going in, we were just curious to take a look. Yes, that's right, just looking." Jean and the others quickly denied it, thankful they hadn't gone in, otherwise they would have been caught red-handed.

"You're lying! You clearly just wanted to play in the Forbidden Forest!" A female voice suddenly came from behind Hagrid.

Then, Beretta, Erlinda, Wendy, and Violet emerged from behind Hagrid. It turned out that Hagrid had just captured them from the Forbidden Forest. However, they were too small and Hagrid had blocked their view.

Good grief, judging from their disappointed expressions, it's obvious the whole dorm was wiped out. Luckily, we were smart enough not to lose points for the college.

And so, Hagrid managed to catch a dozen or so young wizards who had sneaked into the Forbidden Forest on Halloween.
