“Dear Bernhard, what should you do if your sweetheart has been deceived?” Joanna blinked as she looked at Bernhard.

"Huh? Of course we have to protect her!" Bernhard was clearly shocked and had no idea what he was saying.

"Then shouldn't you let her bear all of this alone? Shouldn't you share some of the burden?" Joanna continued to coax.

“Of course!” Bernhard completely gave up resistance.

In a daze, Bernhard also wrote a letter agreeing to enroll. After writing it, Joanna placed it on the balcony and warned Bernhard to keep it there and not to throw it away until the owl took it away.

Although she wasn't sure if the letter would be taken by an owl as stated in the acceptance letter, she had to try to find out; she couldn't let herself be the only one fooled.

"Alright, I'm heading back now. Remember to come find me this afternoon! We'll go to the library to look up some things, and then we can go see a movie together tonight!"

After saying this, Joanna waved goodbye and left without giving Bernhard a chance to reply. Bernhard, still reeling from the experience, was clearly quite shaken!

In the afternoon, Joanna and Bernhard went to a large library in Nottinghamshire, where they searched online for the latest news about Harry Potter-like series. Of course, they didn't find anything useful, except for some jokes on the local forum about Bernhard's letter from yesterday; there was no news whatsoever about hype surrounding a new movie or book.

In the end, the two had no choice but to give up and went to dinner and see a movie together. However, when Bernhard returned home, he discovered that the letter he had placed on the windowsill was gone. But he didn't think much of it.

Rewind to the day before, Andreas, who had left everything to Professor McGonagall, was idly wandering around Hogwarts.

He remembered that he hadn't yet fulfilled his promise to Professor McGonagall about the Head of the Gryffindor Office. So Andres accessed the system and spent one hundred points to redeem a Head of the Office card, which appeared out of thin air.

Andres went up to the second floor and silently recited the instructions in front of the existing office door.

The system displayed four options: Ravenclaw Headmaster's Office, Hufflepuff Headmaster's Office, Slytherin Headmaster's Office, and Gryffindor Headmaster's Office.

After selecting the Gryffindor Headmaster's office, a magical fluctuation emanated from the room opposite. The office door, which had been somewhat dilapidated, was repaired after the magical fluctuation, though it remained a plain wooden door. Inside, simple patterns appeared on the candlesticks, the desk was no longer old, and the bare walls were now adorned with paintings, making them less monotonous.

Andres stared blankly at the door. Don't misunderstand, he didn't suddenly go crazy; the system panel popped up with some information about the office.

"Gryffindor Headmaster's Office (Level 1): This office provides the Headmaster with a workspace and lounge, allowing them to get sufficient rest and relieve fatigue outside of work. The fatigue recovery rate increases by 5% for each level this room upgrades. Note that excessively high fatigue levels will reduce employee productivity and may even cause employees to go out for a walk until their mood recovers."

Good grief, the fatigue bar is so high it even lets faculty and staff go out for a break and stop working! Got it, this system needs to meet not only teaching needs but also the needs of faculty and staff, otherwise they'll go on strike in no time. Looks like I'll have to be more careful from now on and check the status reports of each employee in the system regularly.

Leaving the second floor and arriving at the somewhat empty fifth floor, Andres retrieved the remaining study room cards from the system. This time, he wouldn't use them on any of the existing rooms, but rather try them out randomly to see what would happen. As a result, a flash of white light appeared on the empty wall in front of him, followed by a wooden door. Andres walked forward, turned the doorknob, and pushed the door open. A small study room appeared before him, with several rows of wooden tables and chairs neatly arranged. There was a simple wooden blackboard at the front of the room, and some cleaning tools such as brooms were piled in the corner.

"Study Room (Level 1): The master leads you through the door, but the practice is up to you! In addition to listening attentively in class, young wizards should also practice magic after class. The learning efficiency in this room increases by 5% for each level it goes up."

This is forcing me to earn more points and spend more money! Rooms bought with points are definitely different from those given away by the system. If I study in all the paid rooms, the difference won't be just 5%. But if I pay for everything, how many rooms would the entire castle need? How many points would that require?! Hmm, I need to plan this carefully. I'm struggling to accumulate points right now.

After finishing his tasks, Andres went to the Owl Tower to pet the owls, but this time the little guys found him annoying. They were either busy delivering messages or taking a short break to eat after returning from their missions and didn't have time to pay him any attention. Feeling awkward, Andres returned to the headmaster's office to continue his research on magic.

Professor McGonagall was also busy these past two days. Because the vast majority of the letters expressed the young wizards' great doubts and distrust, Professor McGonagall began writing replies to them. This time, however, she couldn't use the copying charm, since the content of each letter was different.

“Dear Ms. Diane Bryan, it is a pleasure to receive your reply. To address your concerns, please have you and your guardian wait at home at 10:00 AM on August 1st. We will arrange for someone to conduct a home visit! We look forward to meeting you.”

"Dear Mr. Jeanno Madison, we are delighted that you have responded. To better resolve your concerns, we will be sending school staff to your home at 10:00 AM on August 1st. Please wait at home with your guardian!"

“Dear Mr. Michel Payne, we have received your reply and we understand your and your guardian’s concerns. Therefore, we will send someone to your home at 10:00 a.m. on August 2nd to answer your questions and address your concerns. Please stay home at that time and do not leave.”

“Dear Ms. Joanna Hampton, we are delighted that you have chosen to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. We will meet with you and your guardian at 3 p.m. on August 1st. Please trust that you have made the right choice and we look forward to seeing you.”

“Dear Mr. Bernhard Wiggins, we…”

A total of 66 letters like this were written. The remaining 34 people did not respond to the admission notices and were considered to have automatically given up their offers after July 31. I don't know if they regretted it, maybe not because they didn't know what they had missed!
