"This is the training room specially prepared for you martial artists. You can come here if you want to cultivate," Lu Xuan said to Luo De, pointing to the building in front of him.

Lu Xuan and Luo De, one adult and one child, strolled through the Frunze Academy. Lu Xuan acted as a tour guide, explaining the structure of the academy and the functions of each building to Luo De.

Before they knew it, it was already evening. Lu Xuan breathed a sigh of relief as if he had completed a task, and said to Rhodes, "That's pretty much how Frunze Academy is. If there's nothing else, I'll be leaving now."

After saying that, Lu Xuan prepared to leave.

Seeing that Lu Xuan was about to leave, Rhodes voiced his doubts, asking, "Is this all the buildings of Frunze Academy? This doesn't look like what I saw, does it?"

Then, pointing casually to the buildings that Lu Xuan hadn't mentioned, he said, "You didn't tell me about these, did you?"

Lu Xuan waved his hand helplessly and said, "Although you are now a student of the Frunze Academy, there are some things I definitely can't tell you. You'll have to wait for the dean to come and ask him yourself."

Luo De found Lu Xuan's answer quite reasonable; there were indeed some things he couldn't tell this student who had just joined the academy.

Seeing that Rhodes understood his explanation, Lu Xuan prepared to leave the academy, but Rhodes stopped him again.

Lu Xuan asked with a hint of helplessness, "What is it now?"

Rhodes said, "I do know a bit about this academy now, but I still know nothing about this town. Could you tell me more about it?"

Lu Xuan said somewhat awkwardly, "Oh, if you put it that way, then I'm in a bit of a dilemma. As you know, nightlife is very important to the people of the Loca Federation. My work for today is finished. If you want to continue to learn more, my suggestion is to continue serving you tomorrow."

As if he hadn't heard Lu Xuan's words, Rhodes walked up to him and took out two low-level magic crystals from his spatial ring to locate Lu Xuan.

Upon seeing this, Lu Xuan immediately put away the two magic crystals, his face regaining its smile, and said, "Of course, I'm still very willing to serve you, the new students of the academy."

The two talked as they walked, and soon they left the academy and arrived on the streets of the town of Carlos.

After leaving the academy, Rhodes saw Lu Xuan beside him looking excited and asked in confusion, "Are there any other people in the academy now?"

Lu Xuan looked at Rhodes with a puzzled expression and said, "Why would you ask such a question? Haven't you been at the academy all day? There's no one else at the academy besides the two of us."

"Then you don't need to close the door or set up a magic circle or anything," Rhodes said, somewhat puzzled.

Lu Xuan looked at Rhodes with an expression as if he were a stranger and said, "In Carlos Town or even in the Loca Federation, this isn't necessary. The security and customs here are exceptionally good. Even if no one is home and the door is wide open, no outsiders will come in."

Seeing Rhodes's disbelieving expression, Lu Xuan continued, "Don't disbelieve me. I know you must have a very bad impression of the Loca Federation, right?"

Rhodes nodded, which was his answer.

Lu Xuan said with some sigh, "Oh, your preconceived notions about the Loka Federation are basically from the official sources of your Light God Church. In fact, it's not just you; basically, apart from the Eastern Dragon Empire, other human nations all have some degree of hostility towards the Loka Federation. So your bad impression of the Loka Federation is basically what they told you after exaggerating it."

Rhodes asked, somewhat puzzled, "Then why do most human empires oppose the Loca Federation?"

Lu Xuan pondered for a moment before speaking, "How should I put it? It's actually a very complicated matter. To put it simply, those human empires, including your Light God Church, are all afraid of the Loca Federation, and therefore they are hostile towards it."

Lu Xuan's words puzzled Rhodes even more. Rhodes continued to ask, "The strength of the Loca Federation is at most comparable to those empires, so why should we be afraid of the Loca Federation?"

“The reason is simple: this country was founded by idealists, and what they brought is what those old empires fear most,” Lu Xuan replied.

Seeing that Rhodes still looked puzzled, Lu Xuan continued, "It's hard to explain this to you in words. Anyway, you're already a student at Frunze Academy, and you won't be leaving the Loca Federation anytime soon, so why don't you experience it for yourself! Our mission today is to help you get familiar with the town of Carlos!"

After speaking, Lu Xuan walked deeper into the street. Luo De hesitated for a moment, then shook his head, no longer thinking about what Lu Xuan had said. He then followed Lu Xuan's footsteps again.
