Sienna took out her phone and pressed the power button to illuminate the road ahead.

She felt that Jacob was somewhere nearby, but she couldn't be completely sure.

If he's smart enough, he'll sneak out.

That would be the best option; if only she were clever enough to escape while Sienna and Charm Girl were talking.

However, Sienna felt she wouldn't be that lucky.

She walked past a pillar.

Not feeling scared... that feels... kind of strange.

She should have been worried about the Glamour Woman, but she wasn't. The girl's sequins were annoying, but not much of a threat.

Although she was walking into a dimly lit factory, with cobwebs hanging in the corners and shadows swaying where her phone light couldn't reach, she anticipated that the only thing she would encounter in the darkness was Isabella's terrified face.

The feeling of not being afraid... is quite refreshing.

Fear had largely dominated her life; she was always worried that something or someone would force her to act impulsively.

This situation is happening so frequently now, and she... is clearly not used to it yet.

But on the other hand, she now possesses more power and greater control over many things. It feels refreshing.

Perhaps this confidence is somewhat undeserved.

Perhaps she should sit down and wait for the adrenaline rush to subside.

Or perhaps, at least, there's nothing wrong with being a little more confident when wearing a mask.

Her light swept across something pale, then she turned it back, and there was Isabella, staring blankly at her. "So you're here," she whispered.

“Sienna?” she asked. “Oh…hi? Did you take care of that crazy girl who set off fireworks?”

“No, she’s still looking for you,” Sienna whispered. “Don’t speak so loudly.”

Jacob nodded, shifted his body, and stood up straighter. Sienna raised her phone and looked over him into the distance.

There was only a dead end over there, a small cubicle right next to the main factory building. "You know, for a moment I thought I was going to die."

“You could have been done for,” Sienna said. “We have to distract Charm Girl, and you have to crouch and hide. Do you have any luck points left?”

“It’s all gone. I was already at my last gasp, and I used up all my remaining luck just escaping here.” He stood up and leaned over Sienna to look ahead, but she pushed him back.

He was wearing jeans and a dark gray hoodie, which served as some form of camouflage in the factory, probably one of the reasons why Charming Woman didn't spot him quickly. However, she couldn't just walk out like that.

“Okay,” Sienna said, “I’ll go that way.” She pointed to the left, where there was another room, “and then I’ll lure Charm Girl over, and you can run away.”

If Athena pursues you or anything, just do as she says, understand?

"And then?" she asked. "Where should I go now?"

"I don't know. Find a place to hide and call me later."

“This isn’t even my phone,” she said.

Sienna blinked. "You stole it?"

"It's on... the passenger seat of some guy's car. His girlfriend is pretty cute, and his phone wallpaper is a picture of her."

“I—I don’t care. You just go back there and wait.” She stomped her foot and walked away, deliberately waving the light around as if searching, to prevent the Charm Girl from looking this way.

Somehow, working with her sisters was much easier than working with someone like Aleya Akta. She wasn't sure if it was because her sisters listened to her, or because this girl was just an idiot.

She discovered another compartment, similar to the one where Aleya Iakta had previously hidden.

There were many boxes inside, and plenty of corners; enough to hide a dozen people. Sienna jumped around a few times to stretch her body, then took a deep breath.

“Glamour Woman!” she called out to those behind her.

"What is it?" came the echoing reply.

"This way!"

The heroine ran over, sparks flying and crackling in the air. Sienna pointed to the cubicle and said, "I think she's here."

"What? You saw footprints?"

Sienna blinked and looked down. Her own footprints stretched from where she had just been, the dusty ground giving them away. "Nothing there?"

There were no footprints leading into that compartment.

"Yeah, that girl's pretty cunning. I think she jumped onto something to cover up the marks, and it wasn't dusty everywhere, you know?"

“Uh, yes,” Sienna said.

"You saw her inside?"

Sienna nodded, then hesitated. She didn't want to be found out she was lying. "I think so, right? Is she, uh..."

She shone the light deeper into the cubicle and vaguely saw several piles of dusty gray fabric. "Was she wearing a gray shirt?"

Yes. A grey hoodie.

"Then I think it's him."

Charismatic Superwoman shone several beams of light into the cubicle, bigger and brighter, like flares. "This is a dead end," she said, raising her voice, "We've got you, you idiot!"

Sienna and the heroine walked forward together, then stopped.

"You're a melee fighter, right?"

"Huh? No, I wouldn't say that?"

The glamorous Superwoman's lips pressed into a firm line. "Me neither. I know a little martial arts, and the sparks I just generated stung really badly, but that's about it. Well, let's stick closer together, I think."

“Okay,” Sienna said, determined to stay close no matter what.

She... perhaps shouldn't have gotten involved in any fighting in the first place. Her abilities are more inclined towards summoning helpers, even though the helpers she summons don't seem like they can be easily sacrificed.

She didn't like thinking that way at all; she felt it was wrong.

She heard a rustling sound in the distance behind her, and for a moment she was about to turn around when she remembered that Isabella should be running away at this moment.

Charismatic Superwoman looked up and began to look behind her.

Sienna's mind worked quickly. She pointed ahead and asked, "What's that?"

Charm Girl blinked. "It's a box?"

It is indeed a box.

"She might... be in the box?"

Charm Girl looked at Sienna, and even though half of Sienna's face was covered, her suspicion was obvious. The box was too small to hide anyone.

"Uh, let's forget about it?"

They heard a scraping sound behind them, and this time they both turned around to see Jacob in the middle of the factory, flailing his arms, a plank of wood sliding under his feet. She guessed he had tripped. This meant her luck had truly run out.

"Got you!" Charming Supergirl shouted, and at the same time, her sparks flew all over the factory, hitting Isabella in the back.

She screamed, flailed her arms frantically, and then fell to the ground.

Charm Girl pulled something out from behind her costume. For a moment, Sienna thought she had pulled out a gun, until she saw the yellow hat at the end and realized it wasn't. "The media will definitely report this a lot," Charm Girl said. "It's worth it."

Sienna closed her eyes. "Sister Teleport: Teddy," she whispered.

A moment later, a grizzly bear appeared in front of her. "Boss?"

Charismatic Superwoman begins to turn around.

Teddy was much faster than her.

A bear paw, as big as Charismatic Supergirl's head, suddenly swung down.

Sienna recoiled in fright, only to see the bear paw slam heavily onto Charmgirl with a dull thud.

She only caught a glimpse of the heroine's feet being slapped away.

All of this happened in an instant; Charm Girl fell to the ground and started coughing.

On the other end, Isabella struggled to her feet, glanced back, and then ran away.

Athena slipped out of her hiding place and rushed over, not forgetting to pick up Charm Girl's Taser along the way.

Charismatic Superwoman coughed and rolled over. "What the hell are you guys doing—" she began.

At that moment, Athena aimed her Taser directly at the heroine's chest and fired. She convulsed, her body twisting and turning.

"No—no, Athena, stop!" Sienna cried.

"Ah, but this is actually quite fun," Athena said.

Charmgirl coughed and raised a hand. Sparks began to appear around her.

Athena pulled the trigger again.

“Hmm,” Sienna said, swallowing hard. She glanced at Athena’s confident, almost smug expression, then stepped forward and stood above Charm Girl.

“I’m sorry,” she said, surprised that her voice was no longer trembling. “It’s my fault.”

"You...you betrayed me? What the hell is going on—" Charm Girl twitched again, "Stop shocking me!"

“It is impolite to swear,” Athena said.

Sienna felt that Athena didn't really care about this at all. "I'm so sorry. I think my... sisters thought you were a bad person."

“What?” said Charm Girl. She rolled over, propping herself up with trembling arms, trying to stand. “What do you mean by that?” she stood up, glaring at him. “You just want to kidnap the bad guy yourself, right? And who is that guy?”

Athena glared at her too.

Teddy growled, his deep, angry growl echoing through the factory.

“Listen to me, you shiny, wicked heroine,” Athena said. “Only we know you’re here. Big Sister says it’s all a misunderstanding. So shut up, accept her apology, understand?”

"What else can I do, you little brat?"

"Does anyone know you're here?" Athena asked. "It seems to me that it would be a terrible thing if people found out that some villain had killed you while you were alone."

Charismatic Superwoman swallowed hard.

Sienna put her hand on Athena's shoulder. She tried to smile at Charm Girl, hoping to reassure her, "It won't come to that, will it?"
