The socially awkward villain's furry superpower

Chapter 2 The Little Bear Sisters

Sienna made a very rational decision: she must not panic.

As the gentle breeze in her room subsided and the air grew still, Sienna couldn't help but shiver.

She remained seated on the edge of the bed, her hands folded on her lap, breathing heavily.

[Skill: Successfully created sisters!]

Sienna stared at the woman in front of her—no, a girl. Just a minute ago, the place was empty, but now she was standing there.

She was rather short and stocky, with a large, round face and brown hair cut short to her neck.

Sienna thought she was about thirteen or fourteen years old, not yet fully grown up.

She was wearing a simple beige T-shirt with the word "bear" printed in capital letters, paired with green cargo shorts.

At least in Sienna's eyes, she was no different from any other teenage girl.

That is, if the girl didn't have a pair of round ears sticking out from her hair, and a few words floating above her head.

Isabella

[Bear Man, Level 1]

Little Bear Lolita?

Sienna looked away from the floating words.

The girl yawned. "Master, what do you want me to do?"

“What?” Sienna asked.

She didn't know why she was surprised that the girl had spoken.

To be honest, she should have expected this. "You...who are you?"

The girl blinked slowly. "I don't know. You haven't given me a name yet."

She reached under her T-shirt and scratched her stomach. "So, are you going to name me?"

"Should I name you?" Sienna asked.

That makes some sense.

She has never liked playing these kinds of games, but she knows that naming pets is a very common thing.

But this is a girl, a real person...

Normal people don't name others unless it's a baby, but Sienna really... really wasn't mentally prepared.

The girl nodded. "Yes. I mean, unless you have something else to do?"

She glanced around the empty room, as if to make sure there was really nothing else to do.

“How… should I get up?” Sienna asked. After a moment, she shook her head again.

This is moving too fast. She needs to sort things out first. "Can I... take you back?"

"No, that won't work," the girl said.

Sienna's heart sank. "Oh... okay."

"Are you alright, sister?" the girl asked.

"I'm fine," Sienna said weakly.

This is Sienna's most common lie, one that she can easily utter every time.

"Fine, whatever you want." The girl stepped forward, startling Sienna, but she was not attacked or harmed.

The little bear girl simply climbed onto the bed, shifted her body, and then lay down on her side in the middle of the bed.

"What...what are you doing?" Sienna asked.

"Do you want me to move to the side?" the bear girl asked.

She pointed to the remaining space on the bed. "There's still room. You're not fat."

"No...no, I mean, that's my bed."

Are there any other beds?

“No,” Sienna said.

The girl shrugged one shoulder, pulled the pillow down a bit, and buried her face in it. "Call me if you need anything."

The girl lying on Sienna's bed didn't seem like a threat or a dangerous person.

She was just an ordinary child who appeared out of nowhere and climbed into Sienna's bed.

Sienna was pretty sure there wouldn't be any guides online for this situation, at least not any that wouldn't put her on the watch list.

"Okay," she said to herself softly.

She needs to make a list, a clear and concise to-do list.

List out all the things that need to be done and the tasks that can be completed in a reasonable and organized order.

She rushed to the desk, found a notebook in one of the drawers, and placed it on the table.

Then I searched around some more and found a working pen. I started making a list. The list didn't need to be long, just practical.

Learn about superpowers.

Turn off the sign above your head.

Get to know the bear girl. What should you name her?

Find a place to hide the bear girl.

Go to class on time.

Call Mom.

Sienna put down her pen, reread the list, and then gently bit her lower lip.

This doesn't seem quite right... but at least it's a list.

She should be able to do these things.

Sienna turned around and found the bear girl snoring on her bed. The low snoring gradually blended into the background noise when Sienna wasn't paying attention.

If it weren't for those words floating on the bed, she could almost pretend that this person didn't exist in the room.

The first step is to determine the superpower?

Sienna casually asked, "Status?"

[Name: Sienna Isabella]

[Faction: Villain]

[Alias: None]

[Level: Level 1]

[Superpower: Sister Summoning]

[Creative Sisters: 1 person]

[Superpower Gauge: 0]

Skill Upgrade: 0

Skill Slots: 0

It looks like nothing has changed.

No, it can't be called normal; all of this is abnormal.

But compared to when she last checked, there really wasn't much change.

“Hmm. Sisters…page?” she tried to say. “Ah, this…bear…sisters page?”

[Name: ??? Isabella]

[Faction: Villain, Little Sister]

[Alias: None]

[Level: One]

【Superpower】

【Bear Man】

[Tearing and Bear Transformation: Level 1]

[Superpower Gauge: 0]

Skill Upgrade: 0

Skill Slots: 0

Sienna looked at the page carefully.

She... had absolutely no idea what that skill was for.

However, the fact that the girl has a status page that Sienna can see is still somewhat meaningful.

She is indeed a product of Sienna's superpowers. Although this doesn't help much, it's at least a clue.

Sienna can follow this clue to investigate further.

Having finally learned some details, I tentatively removed the "understanding superpowers" item from the list.

She still has a lot to learn, but right now, other things are clearly more important.

“Um. Miss? Excuse me?” Sienna asked. She reached out and shook the girl's... the bear-woman's shoulder.

A pair of sleepy brown eyes opened and looked at Sienna. "Hmm?" She yawned, revealing two sharp canine teeth.

"Um. I have a few questions."

The girl sighed and sat up. "Okay."

Sienna licked her lips and then nodded. She could do it.

Glancing at the list helps clear my head; it's very helpful. "Okay, so... first, do you know how to hide... that?"

She pointed to the space above her head.

The bear-like girl looked up, probably at the name hovering above Sienna's head. "I know, you could have just said it was hidden, why ask?"

"Uh, I... I can't let anyone know, they'll... take me away, make me do all sorts of things, maybe even want me to be a hero or something."

This is too much trouble. All I want is to go to school, maybe make one or two friends, and then one day meet a good man and have a job that I can handle. But if I become a superpowered person, I won't be able to do any of these things, and—”

Sienna stopped mid-sentence as a pair of arms wrapped around her waist and a head rested against her ribs. "You talk too much."

Sienna didn't know what to do.

The girl lay crookedly on the bed, her arms wrapped around her with unexpected strength, and she felt she couldn't break free at all.

Then the girl let go and plopped back down on the bed. "Okay. Do you feel better now?"

Sienna wanted to protest, but the hug felt quite nice.

She never had many friends, let alone any particularly close ones, but her mother loved to hug her.

Sienna knew that sometimes a hug could make people feel better. "Th...thank you?"

"Yes, you're welcome," the girl said.

Sienna shifted uncomfortably. "Um. How about I call you... Teddy?"

The girl blinked. "Teddy?"

"As a name, it can be, well, short for Theodora."

Teddy, who had just been given a new name, snorted and then nodded. "Okay, fine."

Sienna reached out to touch the girl, then, realizing it was inappropriate, withdrew her hand. The words hanging above her head flickered, then changed.

【Teddy Bear】

[Bearman, Level 1]

Sienna felt a warm feeling well up inside her, just like when she finally got home after school every time.

However, this feeling quickly disappeared as she glanced at the list again.

Those words must still be hanging over her head. "Menu?" she tried to say. "Hmm...disguise? Hide?"

Do you want to hide your identity?

"Yes!" Sienna replied decisively.

She ran back to the bathroom and saw that the words above her head had disappeared. She felt a huge weight lifted off her shoulders and relaxed.

She can continue living a completely normal life, provided that Teddy cooperates with her.

She needed to find something for the girl to do, but class was about to start, and the thought of being late made her feel nauseous.

"Okay. Okay. Teddy?"

"Hmm?" The girl on the bed, who hadn't started snoring yet, responded.

"I'm going to class now. You, well, be a good boy/girl, okay?"

"Ah."

Sienna packed her things and tried not to think too much, but she always felt like she was walking on the edge of a deep cliff.

For a girl who knows she struggles to cope with sudden changes, these events happening to her in a single day are simply too many.

But Sienna couldn't see a way out of her predicament, nor could she find a way that wouldn't bring any risks.

Finally, Sienna decided to make the most of the day and pretend that her life hadn't turned into a nightmare. She picked up her backpack full of books and headed for the door.

The moment her hand touched the doorknob, a screen suddenly appeared in front of her.
