Enzo's purple eyes flickered slightly, and his fingertips lightly touched the forehead of the sleepy Yu.

"I can try to read his memory." He said softly, looking at Kyle, "But it will take some energy."

Kyle looked at Enzo with sharp eyes and said, "Read it."

Just one simple word, carrying endless pressure.

Enzo closed his eyes, and a strange purple light appeared at his fingertips. The light spread along his fingertips and disappeared into Yu's short silver hair.

Yu's brows were furrowed, and his eyeballs were rolling rapidly under his eyelids, as if he was experiencing some kind of torture.

Beads of sweat appeared on Enzo's forehead, and his purple eyes trembled slightly under his eyelids.

Lu Ye clenched his fists, his nails digging into his palms. "Will it hurt him?"

"Shut up." Kyle's voice was cold and hard, his eyes never leaving Yu's face.

Enzo suddenly opened his eyes, a hint of shock flashed in his purple eyes, his body shook, and he almost fell down.

"What's wrong?" Lu Ye supported him.

Enzo gasped for breath, his face pale: "I saw... the Möbius strip..."

"What do you mean?" Kyle frowned.

"Our arrival..." Enzo's voice trembled, "has accelerated the chaos of the timeline, triggered a disaster, and formed a Möbius strip..."

Kyle's eyes were cold: "Speak human language."

Enzo shook his head: "I don't understand the whole meaning, but it feels like... we seem to have broken some kind of balance..."

Cold sweat suddenly broke out on Yu's forehead, black lines on his chest squirmed and spread, and his silver hair was soaked with sweat and stuck to his forehead.

"Oh no!" Enzo exclaimed, "The curse in him has been activated!"

Mike quickly stepped forward, his blond hair twitching slightly, his blue eyes fixed on the black lines spreading across Yu's chest. "We must stabilize him!"

Green light surged from Lu Ye's palm, covering Yu's chest. "Let me see if I can suppress my wood-type ability!"

The black lines did not slow down at all, but instead approached Yu's heart even faster.

Kyle suddenly reached out, pushed Lu Ye away, and placed his palm on Yu's chest. A dangerous glint flashed in his amber eyes, and dark energy flowed from his palm, directly enveloping the spreading black lines.

"What are you doing?!" Lu Ye exclaimed.

Darkness intertwined with darkness, forming an odd balance. The lines on Yu's chest stopped spreading, but they didn't fade either.

"It's suppressed." Kyle withdrew his hand, his eyes cold, "For now."

Sweat dripped down Enzo's forehead as he stared at the black lines on Yu's chest. "This isn't an ordinary curse..."

"What's that?" Mike asked.

"The Seal of Heaven." Enzo said in a low voice, "Legend has it that this is the seal of Heaven's power that exists to balance the world."

Lu Ye frowned, "You mean... he has the power of heaven?"

Enzo shook his head: "No, it's a curse from Heaven. He used his time power to disrupt the rules of Heaven, so he was cursed."

Kyle sneered: "Heaven's Way? Just myths and legends."

Enzo's purple eyes were deep: "No, the Way of Heaven does exist. It is not God, but the rules themselves."

Yu's eyelids suddenly trembled and he let out a low groan.

"He's about to wake up." Mike reminded.

Yu slowly opened her eyes, Ruifeng's eyes were blank. Seeing the unfamiliar faces around her, her eyes flashed with confusion, and then alertness crept onto her face.

"Who are you? Where is Sissi?"

Kyle and Mike looked at each other, a hint of surprise flashing across their eyes...

……

The icy wind blew across Rosie's face. She pulled the hide tighter against her waist and gazed at the dark sky in the distance. Snow had begun to fall, signaling the arrival of the cold season.

Falcon walked ahead, his broad back shielding him from the oncoming wind and snow. He said nothing, his steps firm.

"Falcon..." Rosie started, but her voice was blown away by the wind.

Falcon didn't look back: "Don't talk, save your energy."

Luo Xi pursed her lips and followed in silence. The snow beneath her feet grew deeper and deeper, making each step more difficult.

They had left the Water Tribe's territory and entered the unclaimed wilderness, where there was no tribe to protect them, only wild beasts and even more dangerous stray beasts.

As night fell, the cold wind became even more biting. Falcon stopped at the foot of a rock and looked around.

"Rest here tonight." His voice was dry. "Find a cave tomorrow."

Luo Xi nodded, rubbed her hands together, and exhaled white air. The coldness crept up from the soles of her feet, making her shiver.

Falcon's eyes fell on her, his brows furrowed slightly. He took off his thick leather coat and draped it over Luo Xi's shoulders.

"How can this be..." Rosie tried to push away.

"Don't talk nonsense." Falcon's voice was cold and hard. "I can't carry you if you freeze to death."

Rosie bit her lip, taking the warmth in. Falcon's body heat and scent lingered on her leather jacket, warming her heart.

Falcon turned around to collect firewood, his back looking particularly lonely in the night.

Luo Xi watched him busying around, a bitter feeling welling up in her heart. If it weren't for her, Falcon wouldn't have been expelled. Such an outstanding Saint-level warrior should have been respected in the tribe, not wandering in the wilderness with her.

"I'm sorry..." she whispered.

Falcon paused and looked back at her: "What?"

"If it weren't for me, you wouldn't have been expelled." Luo Xi lowered her head, her voice trembling, "If you go back now, maybe the patriarch will still -"

"Shut up." Falcon interrupted her, his eyes sharp, "My choice has nothing to do with you."

Rosie looked up and met Falcon's dark eyes. Something in them made her heart beat faster.

"I'm going with you because I want to go with you." Falcon's voice was low, and every word struck Luo Xi's heart, "not because you owe me, nor because of the promise I made to Yu."

Rosie froze, a thousand thoughts racing through her mind.

"Because I care about you." Falcon spoke each word with a burning gaze.

Rosie's heart skipped a beat and her cheeks felt hot.

“But the rain…”

"Don't mention him!" Falcon's voice suddenly became rough. "He's been away for so long, maybe he's already forgotten you. If it were me, I would never leave you for so long."

Luo Xi was speechless, unsure how to respond. Her heart was filled with Yu, his gentle gaze and thoughtful care. But Falcon… this man who once hated her, now spoke words that left her heart in turmoil.

"I...I need time," Rosie said finally.

Falcon glanced at her, then turned back to collecting firewood, his back even stiffer than before. "Whatever."

The fire was soon lit, and the warmth dispelled some of the chill. Silence enveloped Rosie and Falcon as they sat across from each other.

"Let's go to sleep first." Falcon broke the silence, "We still have to travel tomorrow."

Rosie nodded and huddled into the thick hide. She closed her eyes, but her mind was filled with Falcon's words and gaze.

In her drowsy state, she seemed to hear Falcon whisper to himself: "No matter who you choose, I will protect you...even if I can only be your guardian."

Rosie wanted to open her eyes, but fatigue pulled her into the depths of darkness.

In the dream, everything is in chaos. Time and space are twisted and intertwined, and the past and the future overlap, forming an endless cycle.

A trick of fate, a cycle of cause and effect.

Everything has just begun...
