Legacy: Miracle

Chapter 3: Forest Tempering

The dense forest, like a vast green net, tightly enveloped Yun Yi. Sunlight filtered through the layers of leaves, casting dappled shadows and bringing a hint of light to this gloomy world. Yun Yi treaded the overgrown path, taking each step with extreme caution, knowing full well that danger lurked everywhere in this unknown forest.

His heartbeat pounded with the rhythm of his footsteps, each beat seeming to speak of his nervousness and anticipation. Sweat trickled down his forehead, dripping onto the dirt, only to be absorbed instantly. His clothes were already soaked with sweat, but his eyes were remarkably resolute, as if no matter how many difficulties and obstacles lay ahead, he would forge ahead.

In this forest, Yun Yi seemed to be transported back to his childhood memories. Back then, his parents were still alive, and they often took him on adventures in the forest. His father always taught him how to navigate and dodge wild beasts, while his mother would offer him a warm embrace and words of encouragement when he was tired. However, those beautiful times have now become the deepest pain in his heart.

"Mom and Dad, I will definitely find the relics of God and fulfill your last wish." Yun Yi silently made a vow in his heart, with a determined light flashing in his eyes.

Suddenly, a low roar broke the silence of the forest. Yun Yi stopped abruptly and looked around warily. He saw a huge beast rushing out from the bushes. Its eyes were like burning flames, staring at Yun Yi intently, as if to tear him to pieces.

Yun Yi's heartbeat suddenly accelerated, but he didn't panic. He knew that in this situation, staying calm was the most important thing. He quickly observed his surroundings, looking for a chance to escape.

"Roar!" The beast roared again and pounced at Yun Yi. Yun Yi dodged the beast's attack with a flick of his wrist. He seized the opportunity to grab a thick branch and used the force to leap onto a nearby tree.

The beast missed its prey, roaring angrily and spinning in circles. Yun Yi took the opportunity to weave through the branches and escape deeper into the forest. His heart was beating like a drum, but he suppressed his fear and remained calm.

During his escape, Yun Yi constantly recalled the survival skills his parents had taught him. He took advantage of the terrain and cleverly avoided the wild animals. Whenever a wild animal was about to catch up with him, he would find a hiding place in time and escape danger.

After a thrilling chase, Yun Yi finally got rid of the ferocious beast. He leaned against a big tree, panting, his heart filled with relief at having survived.

"Mom and Dad, thank you." Yun Yi said silently in his heart, his eyes moist. He knew that without his parents' guidance, he would have died in this forest long ago.

In this perilous forest, Yun Yi endured countless hardships. He encountered attacks from venomous snakes and pursuits from ferocious beasts. But each time, he managed to overcome danger with his wit and courage. His heart was filled with hope for the future, a hope that illuminated his path like a beacon.

Over time, Yun Yi gradually adapted to life in the forest. He learned how to find food and water, and how to make simple traps to catch wild animals. His agility and reflexes grew faster and faster. In this forest, he seemed like a true wild animal, moving freely among the trees.

Yet, every night, Yun Yi would feel a wave of loneliness and solitude. He would sit by the campfire, watching the dancing flames, longing for his distant village and family. His heart was filled with a longing for home, but he knew he couldn't give up. He had to find the divine ruins and fulfill his parents' last wish.

"Mom and Dad, don't worry. I will definitely find the remains of God." Yun Yi silently vowed in his heart, his eyes gleaming with determination. He knew that only by finding the remains of God could he be truly liberated and return to his family.

In this forest, Yun Yi experienced countless trials and tribulations. His body and mind were greatly tempered and improved. He became stronger, braver, and more resourceful. He knew that these trials and tribulations were essential experiences on his path to growth.

"Only after weathering the storm can one see the rainbow." Yun Yi silently said to himself, his eyes filled with longing and anticipation for the future. He knew that as long as he didn't give up, as long as he persevered, he would be able to find the divine relics and fulfill his parents' wishes.

In this dim forest, Yun Yi continued his adventure. His figure weaved through the trees like a free bird. His heart was filled with hope and longing for the future, and these hopes and longings were like a bright light, illuminating his path forward.

"No matter how many difficulties and obstacles there are ahead, I will keep moving forward!" Yun Yi silently vowed in his heart, his eyes gleaming with determination. He knew that only by moving forward courageously could he find his own future.

"Roar!" Another wild beast roared, and Yun Yi stopped abruptly, looking around warily. He knew a new challenge was coming. But he wasn't afraid. Instead, he was filled with fighting spirit. He gripped his sword tightly, ready to face the new challenge.

"Come on! Let me see how strong you are!" Yun Yi shouted loudly, his voice echoing in the forest. His eyes gleamed with determination, as if no matter how many difficulties and obstacles lay ahead, he would forge ahead!
