HP: Let professors walk towards the light

"That seems to be correct," Blaise said.

"There must be clues to the secret room in that women's restroom," Theodore analyzed.

"Yes, I have made a more significant discovery." Millicent continued, "When I was questioning, Daphne found that there was a faucet with a python mark on it. You know what it means - Slytherin."

Bryce: "Case solved."

"And then? We don't know how to open the chamber of secrets."

"Potter and the others are too quiet." Draco said suddenly, "It's impossible for them to stay in the dormitory so obediently-"

"Excellent! Follow the spider," Ron said angrily. "If Hagrid ever gets back from Azkaban, I promise I'll kill him!"

Harry and Ron were outside Hagrid's hut at this time. They followed the spider as Hagrid said and went to the Forbidden Forest, where they met Aragog, the pet that Hagrid raised at Hogwarts fifty years ago.

"He must think Aragog wouldn't hurt his friends," said Harry.

In fact, Aragog did not hurt either of them, but he had hundreds of spider descendants. If Mr. Weasley's car had not discovered them, they would have been almost eaten by spiders by now.

"He always thinks those monsters are not as bad as they are believed to be. Why did he ask us to go to the Forbidden Forest? I want to know what we found?" Ron simply didn't want to recall being chased by a spider that was bigger than him.

"One thing we discovered is that Hagrid never opened the Chamber of Secrets," said Harry.

"If we had gone to see Hagrid a few minutes earlier, we wouldn't have had to go to the Forbidden Forest." Ron said angrily, and began to regret why he didn't agree to ask Hagrid directly before.

"I think we should go look for Moaning Myrtle," said Harry.

"Why so sudden?" Ron asked puzzledly.

"The dead girl, Aragog said she was found in the toilet, if she never left then it could only be Myrtle." Harry frowned.

"Oh Hermione please get well soon, I think we've almost broken all the school rules."

"All students, return to your respective dormitories immediately, and all teachers, hurry to the second floor corridor."

Professor McGonagall's voice was once again amplified by magic and spread throughout the castle.

"Draco."

The students in the Slytherin common room also heard the broadcast, and Blaise looked at Draco.

"I heard you." Draco stood up. "Blaise, do you want to come with me?"

"Life naturally requires more fun, otherwise it would be too boring." Bryce nodded.

"I'll go too." Theodore also stood up.

"Very good - then, let's see what Lockhart is up to." Draco smiled confidently.

"Then we'll be waiting for your good news." Pansy waved her hand.

On the other side, Harry and Ron also quietly reached the corner of the corridor on the second floor, where several professors had already arrived.

"As you can see, the heir of Slytherin left another message." Professor McGonagall said pale and panicked.

"Oh—" Professor Flitwick screamed, and Professor Splitlow covered his mouth with his hands, about to cry.

"Who is it?" Madam Hooch inquired.

"The unconscious girl, Hermalena Tallos. Oh, it's all my fault. I failed to protect her..." Madam Pomfrey cried painfully on Professor Sprague's shoulder. Professor Sprague patted her back gently and couldn't help shedding tears.

Professor McGonagall felt even more sad when she saw this. "I have to send the students back tomorrow. I'm afraid this is the end of Hogwarts..."

"I'm so sorry - I dozed off - did I miss anything?" Lockhart arrived late. He didn't seem to notice the hostile looks from the other teachers. Snape stepped forward.

"Your most proud student has been kidnapped, Lockhart. Your time to show your brilliance has finally come."

"My... my timing?" said Lockhart, surprised.

"Yes, didn't you say you knew there was a basilisk in the Chamber of Secrets?" Professor Flitwick shouted.

"Didn't you say yesterday that you knew where the entrance to the Chamber of Secrets was? Didn't you say that you should have been allowed to do it from the beginning? Now the opportunity is here--" Snape said quickly.

Lockhart stared at the stony faces of his colleagues in amazement.

"Well, it's decided. Let's start the action tonight. We'll let you do it, Gilderoy. You can finally deal with the basilisk alone. Now just go for it." said Professor McGonagall.

"Okay then... uh, I'll go to the office... uh, get ready." He left silently.

"Okay, now, the Heads of House go and inform the students of what has happened and tell them that the Hogwarts Express will take them home tomorrow. The others go and make sure if there are any students lingering outside."

Professor McGonagall directed the teachers to their respective posts, and they left one after another.

Harry and Ron saw the words on the wall clearly: "Her body will remain in the Chamber of Secrets forever." The two looked at each other, as if confirming something, and they turned around but were shocked.

Malfoy and two Slytherin boys were standing behind them.

"If I were the heir of Slytherin, I would have killed you two long ago." Draco raised his head proudly and looked at them with contempt.

"How slow! Don't you care about the safety behind you at all?" Bryce laughed. Theodore just looked at the two of them with disdain without saying anything.

"Malfoy, what are you doing here? Are you changing your followers?" Ron retorted.

"Ron." Harry stopped Ron, "Are you doing this for Lena?" He looked at Draco.

"You did it for that... Muggle-born," Draco said.

"What are you going to do?" Harry asked.

"Why should we tell you?"

"Reina and Hermione were killed at the same time. I think we can work together. You also want to go to the Chamber of Secrets, don't you?" Harry said seriously.

"Cooperation? Cooperate with you two weaklings who can't even notice someone approaching? This is a losing deal, Zabini won't take it." Blaise looked at Harry sideways.

"We can share clues, we know something, and... I have a way to open the Chamber of Secrets." Harry was just saying it casually, taking a gamble, and even he himself didn't dare to believe it. Ron even showed an extremely shocked expression after hearing it, but he immediately retracted his expression after realizing it, so as not to reveal any flaws in front of Draco.

Draco raised his eyebrows and looked at Blaise and Theodore. Theodore thought for a moment and nodded solemnly at him.

Draco raised his chin towards Harry again and said, "Tell me about it. Perhaps, we can reluctantly go together for a while."

Draco seemed to have a particularly hard time saying the last sentence.
