HP: Let professors walk towards the light

Chapter 67 Dumbledore is fired

"I'm so sorry, awful thing, Hagrid."

Cornelius Fudge said without any emotion: "The Ministry of Magic cannot ignore this matter. Students are being hurt. We cannot watch what happened fifty years ago happen again."

"I never did it, you know I never did it..." Hagrid looked at Dumbledore pleadingly, "Professor Dumbledore, this..."

"I hope you understand, Fudge, that I have complete trust in Hagrid." Dumbledore frowned at Fudge.

"Albus, Hagrid's record is very unfavorable to him. The Ministry of Magic must take some action - the leader has contacted us." Fudge was a little unhappy.

"But I can tell you that taking Hagrid away won't help at all."

"Think about me." Fudge played with his top hat and said, "I am under a lot of pressure too. I have to do something to fulfill my duties. If it is confirmed that it is not Hagrid, then he will be released."

"Take me away? Where to? You can't do this!" Hagrid was a little scared.

"It's not a punishment, Hagrid, just... prevention. If we catch anyone else, we'll apologize and let you go..." Fudge tried not to look Hagrid in the eye.

"It can't be Azkaban? You..." Hagrid's voice was hoarse and trembling.

"Knock! Knock! " Another knock on the door sounded.

Dumbledore opened the door.

"It seems that I came at the right time."

Lucius was heard before he was seen. He strode in, wrapped in a long black cloak with a cold smile on his face.

"Very good, everyone is here." He nodded with satisfaction.

"What are you doing here? Get out of my house." Hagrid roared angrily.

"My dear friend, believe me, I have no interest in being in your house - and besides, you call it a house?"

Lucius looked around the stone house coldly.

"You are not my responsibility. I was just told that Dumbledore is here."

"What do you want with me, Lucius Malfoy?"

Dumbledore's blue eyes were fixed on Lucius, his tone was polite, but his eyes didn't seem to mean it.

Lucius looked at him fearlessly. He said lazily, "It's a terrible thing, Headmaster Dumbledore."

He produced a roll of parchment and handed it to Dumbledore.

"Someone reported to the board that Dumbledore allowed terrible rumors to spread among students and allowed evil that could take students' lives to live on campus without taking any measures. We believe that you are losing your previous management ability due to your age. Now that things have even reached a point where students have been killed, I'm afraid we won't be able to explain to the wizarding world if you can't resolve this - this is a suspension order, and it has the signatures of 12 boards of directors."

"Dumbledore has been deposed... No, no, we just..." Fudge looked a little flustered.

"It is suspension, Fudge," Lucius said calmly, "Since someone reported it and it is true, Dumbledore cannot control it..."

"If, now, if Dumbledore can't control it, then..." It was Fudge's turn to get nervous.

"I mean, who can stop it? What if..."

"There will always be someone who stops it. The twelve of us unanimously agree..." Lucius said with a smug and evil smile.

Hearing this, Dumbledore's eyes flashed, and he looked at Lucius in front of him, as if thinking about something. Hagrid next to him was particularly angry, and he roared: "So how many people have you blackmailed and threatened?"

"Oh, calm down, Hagrid, I suggest you don't treat the Azkaban guards like you just did, it will get you in trouble." Lucius said.

"You can't take Dumbledore away! The students will be in greater danger. You can't let the students pay for your selfishness with their lives!" Hagrid shouted.

"HAGIR!" Dumbledore shouted, trying to calm Hagrid down.

"If my superiors wish to relieve me of my duties, I shall accept it, Lucius," said Dumbledore.

He looked somewhere, where stood the invisible Harry and Ron. He opened his mouth slowly, word by word, "However, you will find that I will only truly leave this school when no one here is loyal to me anymore. You will also find that at Hogwarts, anyone who needs help can get it."

“An awe-inspiring view.”

Lucius said, "I am just a representative here to do the work. Please, Headmaster Dumbledore." He bowed and asked Dumbledore to leave.

"That's really hard work for you." Dumbledore glanced at Hagrid for the last time, looked around the room, and walked out. "Everything will be solved."

Hagrid straightened his clothes and said loudly, "If you want to know anything, you'd better follow the spider. That's the right direction. That's all I'm saying. I guess someone will have to feed Fang while I'm gone."

Eventually, Dumbledore left the school and Hagrid was taken away with him.

"Well, we're in trouble." Ron took off his cloak. "Not only has nothing been asked, but now Dumbledore has been fired and the school is closed tonight!"

After Dumbledore left, the school fell into unprecedented fear. The warm summer sunshine was blocked outside the windows by the cold walls of Hogwarts. The campus was gloomy and everyone's face was filled with anxiety and uneasiness.

The students' fear of the secret room, which had begun last semester, had gradually dissipated over time, but now two victims had appeared, which undoubtedly brought everyone's mood to a low point.

The rumors that Harry Potter or Draco Malfoy was the heir of Slytherin were dispelled at this moment. And those students who questioned whether Reina was the heir stopped talking after Hagrid was taken away.

Many students who wanted to visit the hospital wing were turned away by Madam Pomfrey, on the grounds of preventing the murderer from coming back to wipe out the roots. Even students who went to the hospital wing for treatment could not see the two people hidden by Madam Pomfrey.

"Lockhart goes to the Hospital Wing every day," said Theodore.

"Definitely going to look for Reina," Pansy agreed.

"Have you found the Chamber of Secrets?" Draco asked Blaise.

"You think too highly of me. If it were that easy, Dumbledore wouldn't have been fired." Blaise complained.

"I did find something," Millicent said proudly.

"Fifty years ago, the secret room was opened. Who do you think was the girl who died?"

"It can't be Myrtle..." Pansy said tentatively.

"Correct. I'll give you a cookie as a reward." Millicent threw the cookie to Pansy. "I asked Myrtle. She was the one who died in that bathroom fifty years ago. She said she heard a boy's voice in the bathroom. When she came out to scold him, she saw a huge yellow eye and then turned into a ghost."
