HP: White Lord of Slytherin

We squeezed out of Honeydukes Candy Store. There were so many people here that this store was the first stop for many students.

Gloria finally bought one and dipped it in strawberry-flavored syrup. The dense texture was her favorite. "It's fun to choose the candies yourself. Honeydukes has more products than I thought."

Draco bit the hard candy in his mouth and turned his head to look at her, "I like it when we come every time."

While chatting, they went to the Wenrenju Feather Pen Shop. There were many students coming here to refill their ink. Gloria found the owner and handed over the two feathers that the winged beast had given her last time.

"This is a hippogriff feather. Did they give it to you?" The shop owner was a male wizard with a thick beard. His hands looked rough, but he handled the feather very gently.

"Yes." Gloria nodded. "Please make it into a quill. When it's done, just send it to Hogwarts by owl."

"no problem."

A few girls not far away saw them. They were Hufflepuff and Gryffindor students.

"Look, there's Malfoy, and that Slytherin, I didn't think they would buy things in person."

While Gloria was talking to the owner, Draco was staring at her tenderly.

A Gryffindor girl said: "When he doesn't have that annoying look on his face... he's quite nice."

Perhaps feeling the gaze from this side, Draco looked over here. Unlike the tenderness he showed when he looked at Gloria, when he looked at them, his eyes were replaced with familiar scrutiny and disgust.

A Hufflepuff girl said calmly, "Forget it, he's still so annoying."

After talking to the owner, Gloria and Draco got some more ink.

Next, Draco wanted to have a good date, but when they went to Madam Puddifoot's Tea Shop, they found that the place was small, decorated with tacky lace everywhere, and had a strong fragrance. Neither of them could adapt to this environment, so they tacitly withdrew.

"I didn't even dare to breathe in there, it was too choking." Draco said, looking at the teahouse with disgust, unable to imagine how the people inside could endure it.

Gloria took a deep breath of the cool, fresh air and said, "Let's walk around."

The two walked slowly on the road, passing by shops on the roadside.

"Going to Malfoy Manor for Christmas?" Draco asked her.

"Go ahead." Gloria agreed immediately. "Christmas is all about spending time with your family."

The boy looked at her and grinned foolishly, and Gloria rubbed his handsome face.

Unconsciously, they walked to a road without shops on both sides. In the distance, they saw an isolated dilapidated house. Gloria asked curiously, "What is that place?"

"The Shrieking Shack." Draco had heard rumors about this house. "I heard it's the most haunted house in the whole of Britain. People always hear screams around it, so it's called the Shrieking Shack."

"Haunted?" Gloria thought of the ghosts in the school.

Draco looked around and said nonchalantly, "These are just rumors."

Looking down and seeing Gloria's rosy lips, the boy's Adam's apple rolled and he leaned forward to kiss her.

"Woof woof woof——!"

A burst of dog barking startled Draco, and he immediately protected Gloria behind him. Then he saw a large but disheveled black dog jumping out from nowhere, barking at him ferociously.

"Where did the dog come from?!"

Draco protected Gloria and retreated, while the black dog lowered his body and let out a threatening growl from his throat.

Gloria glanced at the black dog with tangled hair and felt that it looked familiar for some reason.

"Get away!" Draco waved at the black dog, but the black dog barked even louder, as if it was about to pounce on him at any time.

Gloria stopped him and said, "Let's go. This might be the dog of some weird wizard."

The black dog did not pounce on them, but just kept growling warnings. Draco did not want to get entangled with a dog, so he took Gloria and left.

After walking for a distance, Gloria looked back and found that the black dog had stopped barking. It just watched them leave quietly and then turned and disappeared into the bushes.

"I'm so unlucky to meet such a stupid dog. I should have hit it with my wand just now!" Draco looked ugly. Anyone would be in a bad mood if their date was interrupted.

Gloria hugged the boy's neck, stood on tiptoe and gave him a kiss, and said comfortingly: "Don't be angry, we will go shopping and then go back to school. The elves must have prepared a lot of delicious food for the Halloween party tonight."

The gloom on Draco's face disappeared, he hugged her and kissed her a few more times before he smiled again.

At the Halloween party, the auditorium was decorated with hundreds of pumpkins with candles on, as in previous years. Live bats flew by from time to time, and banners and streamers with burning flames wandered on the ceiling.

We went to Hogsmeade village for the first time during the day, and most of the third-year students were discussing this.

Zabini and the others, who usually had cold expressions, now had a hint of happiness on their faces.

"We ate maybe a hundred, no! Two hundred." Crabbe showed two thick fingers, recounting today's performance in the Honey Candy Store.

Gol just stuffed a mouthful of chicken and nodded, saying, "Yes, I spent all my pocket money this month, and borrowed two gold galleons from Daphne."

Daphne smiled appropriately, leaned forward and said, "You're welcome to return it to me next month. If it's not enough, I won't be able to write to your father."

Draco frowned, "Why do you eat so much?"

These two families are not that poor, and after eating so much candy, they can still finish the food for the party.

Crabbe wiped his mouth hastily. "It tastes great when dipped in fresh syrup."

Gloria ate silently, no wonder these two grew so big.

Zabini on the opposite side slowly put down his knife and fork, "Draco, where did you have your date? I brought my new girlfriend and found that there was no suitable place for a date in Hogsmeade. Madam Puddifoot's Tea Shop was too small."

Draco immediately thought of the dog, "We didn't go to Madam Puddifoot's Tea Shop either. We were just walking around and met a crazy stupid dog."

"Stupid dog?" Zabini wondered.

"Well, it's near the Shrieking Shack. Be careful if you pass by there." Draco tilted his head back and drank the pumpkin juice. He didn't like the taste very much.

Everyone chatted idly at the table, and at the end of the banquet, the ghosts gathered together to perform.

Gloria immediately put down her cup and waited to see what they could perform.

The headless knights galloped on their horses and stepped over the dining table. Fortunately, everyone was full. Nick, who was almost headless, insisted on repeating his beheading experience. The Bloody Baron sat in his seat and watched quietly. The most mischievous Peeves didn't even dare to look at the Slytherin table.

Draco had seen enough of the ghosts' stupidity and took Gloria's hand. "Let's go back. These stupid performances are disgusting to me."

Gloria stood up and said, "Okay, let's go together?"

She looked across at Daphne and her group, and everyone left the table immediately.

They walked in front, and Gloria took a piece of candy from her bag and stuffed it into Draco's hand.

The sullen-looking boy suddenly felt better and asked her, "Are you sleepy?"

Gloria bit the candy and shook her head, "Not only am I not sleepy, I'm also very energetic."
