Chapter 238 Tonight
"Carlo? Nott? You actually have the nerve to come to Azkaban to rescue us?"

A shrill female voice rang out, and Bella's sinister laughter echoed throughout the dungeon.

"This couldn't have been your own decision! It couldn't be! Who told you to do this? Who!!"

Upon hearing that voice, Old Nott and his group couldn't help but shudder.

Bella was never a normal person among the Death Eaters, and after being imprisoned in Azkaban for so many years, she became even more insane!
"It's Master! Master is back! Master sent us to rescue you!"

"Ha ha ha ha!!"

The maniacal laughter sent shivers down the spines of everyone who heard it.

Bella, her hair disheveled, had just emerged from the prison. The other prison doors were also opened, and Rodolphus, Rabastan, Coban, Gibbon, and the other villains, after so long, finally left the prison that had bound them!
Flying brooms and wands were delivered to them, and all the Death Eaters mounted their brooms, preparing to break out of the prison.

However, just as those at the forefront were about to fly out of the lowest cell, a sudden change occurred.

Countless blinding incantations suddenly shot out from outside!

Those people were caught completely off guard; they never imagined that so many wizards could appear on this island, and almost all of their spells hit their targets.

In just two seconds, seven or eight Death Eaters fell off their flying brooms and collapsed to the ground, unconscious.

At the entrance to the bottom of the prison, more than a dozen figures appeared, and each of them was a familiar face to the villains present!
"Shakel! Moody!"

"Sprout! McGonagall! Flitwick! Slughorn!"

When the tall, white-bearded old man stood backlit before them, all the Death Eaters stared in disbelief.

"Albus Dumbledore!!"

Dumbledore coldly watched the villains, offering no response. Behind them, countless Dementors swarmed in, rushing into the dungeon at the very bottom of the prison!
With Dumbledore and his companions blocking their only escape route, the Dementors finally gathered and reacted. They looked extremely angry and completely ignored the standoff, surrounding all the Death Eaters in the middle!

"If we don't break out, staying here will only mean waiting to be sucked to death! Break out!"

Bella took over the command, leading the charge on broomsticks and wands toward the exit guarded by Dumbledore and his party.

However, Nott and the others were already in despair after seeing Dumbledore!
Unlike Bella and her madmen, they all knew exactly what kind of wizard Dumbledore was.

Unless their master comes in person, no one can deal with him, not to mention there are countless Dementors around!
Someone jumped off the flying broomstick, put down their wand, and wanted to surrender.

A significant portion of these people still fantasize that they can still be exonerated as before, simply by surrendering and claiming, with the approval of the Ministry of Magic, that they were controlled by the Imperius Curse.

Even if Dumbledore were willing to accept their surrender, the enraged Dementors wouldn't care at all about their current state!
The monstrous figure in the black robe nearly overwhelmed the Death Eaters who wanted to surrender.

Led by Bella, the Death Eaters launched a frontal assault on Dumbledore and his companions, and there was no other possible outcome for them.

These people had been imprisoned in Azkaban's dungeons for years, suffering torture from Dementors. The fact that they could still maintain consciousness was already extraordinary, so there was no way they could use any powerful spells.

Faced with a force led by Dumbledore himself, a force capable of fighting Voldemort himself, these people had absolutely no chance of breaking through.

Soon, none of the Death Eaters who had been so excited about escaping and enjoying the thrill of the prison break were still standing. After their initial frenzy, during which they killed four or five people with kisses, the enraged Dementors began to calm down, instead absorbing the emotions of these people, making them weaker and weaker, and completely unable to resist.

Old Nott was still managing to stay conscious; his face was deathly pale, and he was trembling all over as he looked at Dumbledore and screamed pitifully.

"You all knew all along! This was a trap! A trap that we walked right into!!"

"Who betrayed you! Who!!"

Dumbledore's expression was indifferent; he seemed to have no intention of answering Nott's question at all, and simply turned and walked out of the cell.

The four heads of Hogwarts who followed behind him looked at the Death Eaters with a hint of pity in their eyes, but that was all they felt.

They don't need to be responsible for the follow-up work here; it can be left to Kingsley to handle.

But Kingsley, Moody, and a considerable number of others still expressed doubts about the actions of these people today and the things they claimed in the dungeon.

"They say it's the mysterious man."

However, as soon as someone brought it up, Dumbledore shook his head and interrupted.

"Don't worry, they're just bluffing. I can guarantee that the mysterious man will never appear again, never."

His words finally eased the tense atmosphere.

Moody's magic eye darted around and around as he spoke in a gruff voice.

"It seems like something has happened that we don't know about?"

Dumbledore laughed.

"Not just some, but a lot, but these are all good things."

"Do we have a chance to find out?" Kingsley asked as well.

"That depends on whether someone in the future is willing to speak out."

That night, almost all the Death Eaters were captured.

Dumbledore and his party returned laden with spoils.

Lucius paced anxiously back and forth at home. Today was the deadline Voldemort had set for him to hand over the fresh unicorn blood, but he had not received any notification from either Dumbledore or Voldemort.

Severus was sitting in the headmaster's office at Hogwarts, reading the newspaper and chatting casually with the portraits of past headmasters on the wall. He seemed relaxed and at ease, not worried at all about whether tonight's plans would succeed.

But in the latter half of the night, neither the Ministry of Magic nor the news media could continue to sleep peacefully.
