Chapter 88 To me, My X-men
"Based on images taken by S.H.I.E.L.D. satellites yesterday, we now know the location of their base."

A holographic projection flickered in the center of the cabin, displaying a three-dimensional structural diagram of the Weapon X base. It was a dock warehouse, but according to the clues, some underground facilities were hidden beneath the warehouse, which was the location of Weapon X.

Based on this information, Cyclops decisively began assigning tasks, and everyone (except the White Queen) donned yellow and blue armor, awaiting his orders.

As for Cyclops, he didn't really have any plans. In short, he just wanted to lead Spider-Man and his webs to storm Weapon X's stronghold, steal the gene-editing device, heal Spider-Man, and arrest everyone from Weapon X.

Peter, who was listening in, was stunned. He hadn't expected Laser Eye's command style to be like this—no tactical analysis, no contingency plans, not even a retreat plan. But Laser Eye didn't care: "With superior numbers, why should I plan anything? Just F2 and A-2, isn't that enough?"
"set off!"

So, a bewildered Peter squeezed into a Quinjet with everyone else, and soon they flew over a warehouse. According to S.H.I.E.L.D. intelligence, Weapon X was located there.

“Stay here with them, Qianhuan.”

As the hydraulic system of the hatch whirred, blinding sunlight streamed into the cabin. Logan was the first to walk to the hatch, giving Qianhuan some instructions before jumping. Then, he took a deep breath and was the first to leap from the Quinjet.

Cyclops watched Wolverine jump down with a smile, then smiled and agreed with him: "Stay in the sky, kids, Hank, take care of them!"

One by one, the X-Men jumped off the plane, except for Beast, who was still flying it. When he noticed Peter watching him, he explained helplessly, "Why are you looking at me? I'm not like them. I can't just fall off and still be alive and kicking."

This was true; everyone else who jumped used their own unique abilities. Three hundred meters in the air, Lasereye adjusted his descent. His quartz glasses flashed a dangerous red light, and a crimson shockwave slammed into the ground. The concrete warehouse vaporized in the energy beam, revealing the gleaming metal bunker below.

Logan was the first to land; the fall of several hundred meters caused him at most brief pain, given his healing abilities and adamantium skeleton. Colossus was second; his metallic muscles allowed him to fall from hundreds of meters without injury, even creating a large crater in the bunker's surface.

Iceman created an ice slide in mid-air and landed to the side. White Queen landed steadily using telekinesis. Finally, Cyclops used lasers to cushion his landing and landed at the bunker entrance, speaking very casually.

"To me, my X-men!"

"Even though I'm not there, as you all know, I'm an X-Men member too." Beast, having adjusted his fighter jet to automatic hover in the cockpit, looked at the camera and said helplessly to Peter and the others. He pointed to the yellow and blue two-tone armor he had designed himself, adding with a sigh.

Qianhuan asked with great interest, "Can you design one for me?"

“Once the academy starts, if you want to join the X-Men, you should be able to after a few months of training.” Beast didn’t completely extinguish Qianhuan’s hope: “But not now.”

Peter was surprised to find Cindy engrossed in watching the battle between the X-Men and Weapon X. He had thought Cindy wasn't interested in such things and only liked reading.

"The S.H.I.E.L.D. manual states that if there is a superpower conflict that is not explicitly required to be stopped, their behavior needs to be observed in real time to determine when to intervene."

Cindy noticed Peter's gaze and offered an explanation. Li Qianhuan, standing to the side, popped her bubble gum after hearing this and asked curiously, "What about the parts that S.H.I.E.L.D. didn't require?"

Cindy was stunned. She had never considered what she should do if S.H.I.E.L.D. didn't say what to do.

Turning our attention back to the battlefield, the five X-Men present saw the bunker door open. Daken was the first to rush out, followed by Deathly Hood and Domino, with Deadpool arriving last. As for Ajax, he still hadn't shown up; only a drone flew out, emitting an annoying, punchable sound.

"Oh my, look, isn't this the X-Men? I thought Colonel Stryker had already torn you all apart back then, how come there are only half of you left, and you still plan to fight my weapon X?"

"If I'm not mistaken, you don't have as many men as I do, Ajax."

As he spoke, Cyclops gestured to the White Queen, who frowned slightly and then shook her head.

"The other party has telepathy, so I can only roughly determine his location."

Does Ajax have telepathy?
This clue surprised not only the X-Men, but even the members of Weapon X. They had no idea that Ajax was actually a mutant with telepathic abilities.

As for Cyclops, he was secretly glad that he had pulled the White Queen to his side in time. When facing a telepath, whether or not he had a telepath on his side, the battle situation was completely different.

Of course, Emma hadn't fully gained his trust yet, but Cyclops was different from the Professor; he was willing to choose a more risky strategy to achieve the Professor's ideals. Even if it meant placing a knife against his own heart, if that knife could kill enough enemies before piercing himself, then it would be worth it.

As for the telepathic X-Men, they all have psychological barriers and anti-brainwashing training left for them by the professor, so at least in the short term, the White Queen will not be any threat.

As for the group with Weapon X... they were surprised, but they didn't react much. After all, they didn't have much morality to speak of. Their only concern was whether Ajax had used telepathy to control them, but that was something to be dealt with later.

So even now, the X-Men still hold the advantage.

But why does the other party seem so confident and fearless?

The answer is very simple.

“You’re not the only one with reinforcements, Cyclops. I’ve also received some small…helps from others.”

Flames shot into the sky from the distant S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters building, and then Peter and Cindy's spider-senses simultaneously went off violently. Peter immediately called out to Beast to dodge.

A dazzling meteor streaked out from the S.H.I.E.L.D. building and crashed into Weapon X's bunker, dropping two items as it hurtled towards the Quinjet.

The beast applied emergency brakes at top speed, but the thing still smashed the Quinjet's wing. Forced to shout "Watch out!", the beast began its forced landing on the sea.

Those left behind were naturally Sabretooth and Red Omega, who had been imprisoned at the S.H.I.E.L.D. base. Mr. Ominous already knew the location of the S.H.I.E.L.D. base, and deliberately waited until Cyclops and the others set off before having the modified original Human Torch raid S.H.I.E.L.D. to rescue the two guys, then take care of Spider-Man and the others on the plane, creating a numerical advantage for himself.

"Now, whose math is bad, Laser Eyes?"
