Chapter 769 Spider-Bees Attack
Let's rewind to the future, about an hour ago.

Infiltrating Osborn Technology into another world was not difficult for Peter and his group. With the help of Mysterio's helmet, they could infiltrate Osborn Technology without being detected by anyone.

Of course, someone cares a lot about this.

"This helmet is bulky and heavy, and it looks like a fish tank. My neck always hurts when I wear it."

“Quentin Baker thinks this is cool, it’s a matter of personal taste.” Peter walked in front and then added, “And even if it’s not made into a fish tank, this thing probably won’t be small, with so much equipment, it’s unlikely to be small.”

Gwen didn't complain much, while Cindy remained completely silent. She saw a Norman Osborn poster on the wall and realized that Norman in this world was actually Black. She then began to wonder what she would be like in other universes.

During this process, the three people sneaked into Osborn Technologies' laboratory, waiting for the experiment to take place.

In this world, Peter Parker has already experienced a series of events. After accidentally gaining spider abilities, he saved Norman Osborn's son, Harry, and was subsequently sponsored by Norman, wearing the Osborn suit for a period of time. However, he has also gone through a series of events, no longer relying on the power of Osborn technology, and finally donning the red and blue suit to act independently.

And just recently, he and his good brother Lonnie (Tombstone) defeated Scorpion and his gang, achieving a personal growth.

Well, neither of these two were good people in Universe 616; one is in prison and the other is dead.

Now, Norman, the Black man, is here to announce his grand plan: he will use the technological achievements of the young talents present to open a portal and then obtain near-infinite resources from the vast universe, so that Osborn Technology can always maintain a monopoly.

"This dream is not even as good as Osborn's back home... Never mind, let's not talk about it."

Fearing he would be exposed, Peter kept quiet, as Strange was about to appear. Sure enough, after almost everyone present voiced their opposition, Strange appeared and began trying to persuade Norman not to open the portal. However, Norman quickly started arguing with Strange and displayed his traditional talent: stubbornness.

Then, the portal opened, and it was unclear whether the other side was Klinta. In any case, a symbiote monster rushed out and began to wreak havoc. Strange was responsible for holding it off, and then the others present fled. Later, Spider-Man's Neighbor Bug from this universe found a place to change clothes and went up to help.

The three of them didn't go up to help because they already knew the outcome of this situation to a large extent. As long as the plot proceeded normally, the friendly insects could successfully defeat the enemy.

Peter had already activated the scanning function of his nanosuit and located the spider. He also spotted several Osborn employees hiding in the blind spots of the neighboring insects, completely out of his sight. A short while later, Peter saw a man in a suit who hadn't yet evacuated, bending over, running towards the spider.

"Ah, found you. To be honest, I thought it would be some more difficult enemy, but it's just an ordinary person. My spider-sense didn't even detect anything..."

“My spider-sense is ringing,” Cindy interrupted Peter, followed by Gwen’s comment, “Mine too. Is your spider-sense malfunctioning?” It’s probably not that my spider-sense is malfunctioning, but rather that I’ve become stronger, and the enemy isn’t as threatening anymore. Peter didn’t say this aloud, but instead assigned tasks to the two of them: “Cindy, you’re in charge of me—I mean, the other me. Make sure he’s not ambushed. Gwen, you keep an eye on that spider. If it encounters other enemies, use your abilities to take it down.”

As for what Peter intends to do?
Just as the man's hand was about to grab the modified spider, a strand of silk stuck to his hand, then he was forcefully pulled and thrown to the ceiling. Then, Peter, who had become invisible, appeared and shot out a strand of silk with one hand, smearing the man to the ceiling.

At this point in the story, the Neighbor Worm is trying to close the portal, and Strange's Time Stone on his chest is accidentally activated by the symbiote, sending him to the past. The Neighbor Worm is stunned by this: "Wait, another Spider-Man? Did Norman clone me?"

"Cloning? Sorry, no one can clone me yet."

As Peter spoke, he fired a web that struck an enemy insect attempting to ambush a neighboring insect from behind: "Watch your back, friend. Although your spider senses should be ringing by now."

Before the neighboring bug could figure out what was happening, a female Spider-Man appeared behind it, kicked a thug in a suit away, and then simply said, "Get back to work."

Then, a new Spider-Woman blocked the others in front of Strange's portal. The Neighbor Worm watched in shock as Strange floated back with the symbiote monster, and then two more Spider-Men burst out of the portal.

His brain had gone blank; his intuition told him he was the only Spider-Man in the universe, but Osborn Tech had generated five today.

Then, as mentioned before, a dozen men in suits rushed up and collectively transformed into some kind of monster. They had big red eyes, tentacles, and green exoskeleton armor, and looked very much like Kamen Riders.

But Peter analyzed it carefully and found that wasn't the case. He quickly concluded: "No, that's not right. These creatures' ecological characteristics are more like spider wasps than locusts. One way they reproduce is by injecting their eggs into spiders... This kind of animal..."

Peter could only think of one person whose power this animal could represent.

Huangfeng Goddess, the ultimate nemesis of the Spider Totem, Shasla.

“Alright, Peter Parker, you get back to your work and help Strange with his problems. We'll take care of these guys for you.”

Peter shrugged and took a deep breath, while the Neighbor Worm, completely bewildered, looked at the local Strange. Strange sized up the group and then sighed, "Listen to them, Spider-Man. They're from another multiverse, just like those other people."

"At least, they are not enemies now."
