Chapter 50 Troll

At this moment, Tiera was walking briskly against the flow of people, checking her equipment as she went.

They followed Snape's fading footsteps and quietly made their way down another corridor, trying not to make a sound.

“He’s heading up to the third floor,” Harry said, but Ron raised his hand.

Harry sniffed, and a stench filled his nostrils—a mixture of smelly socks and a never-cleaned public toilet.

Then they heard a low, loud, painful roar.

The sound made Harry and Ron's eardrums ache; they swore they had never heard such a terrifying scream in their lives.

Then came the sound of something huge and heavy hitting the ground.

Harry and Ron exchanged glances, then simultaneously took off running towards the source of the sound. "It's the women's restroom!" Following the stench and the loud noise, Harry and Ron quickly found the source of the sound.

"Hermione! Hermione's still in the girls' restroom!" Harry suddenly shouted, as if they had only just remembered the little witch Hermione.

However, as soon as they entered the women's restroom, they witnessed a scene they would never forget.

Hermione, the little witch with red, tear-filled eyes, huddled in the cramped space under the sink.

Most of the stalls and toilets in the women's restroom were damaged.

In the center of the toilet, a huge, at least twelve-foot-tall behemoth with dull, gray skin like granite lay on the ground, seemingly unconscious.

Its head was covered with charred marks, and about five centimeters down its ugly head was a tiny wound on its neck, from which green blood was still seeping out.

Tiera, covered in dust, slumped to the side, but her face beamed with uncontainable joy.

Upon hearing that someone was coming, a hint of panic seemed to flash across Tiera's face.

"Luckily I found it in time!" Tierra continued, "otherwise the troll would have almost gotten to Hermione!"

"You...you've come to find me?" Hermione, who had finally come to her senses, seemed to be getting teary-eyed again.

"Yes."

"Correct!"

Harry and Ron answered almost in unison.

Because Tyella had already stood up and quickly gave them a hug... and with his back to Hermione, he was gripping Harry and Ron's thumbs tightly with both hands.

“Oh right, about what happened this afternoon.” Harry and Ron suddenly realized and said in quick succession, “We’re sorry about what happened this afternoon; we shouldn’t have said bad things about you.”

But Tierra was still holding their fingers together.

“Sometimes your lectures are quite effective,” Harry added.

Tiera then slowly released her grip.

“No, no, no, you’re right.” Hermione smiled a little embarrassedly. “I can be a bit annoying.”

The four young wizards looked at each other and suddenly burst into laughter.

They laughed for a while, then stopped.

"So...we're still friends?" Hermione asked cautiously.

“Of course!” Ron said first, followed by nods from Harry and Tyrell.

"What just happened?" Ron asked. "Why is Tierra here?"

“We split up to look for Hermione,” Tierra said. “I went to the third floor first to verify one of my suspicions.”

"As expected..."

"Harry! Ron! Hermione! And Tyella!" Professor McGonagall burst through the broken door of the girls' restroom. When she saw the troll lying on the ground and the four Gryffindor wizards, she was terrified and called their names louder and louder.

"Why are you here?"
