Hogwarts: The Witch Education Handbook

Chapter 91 Silent Book Company

Today is the first day of the holiday.

Sean gradually woke up from the beautiful dream he had just had the night before. He opened his eyes and saw sunlight streaming through the gaps in the curtains, falling on his sheets.

He stretched lazily, letting out a satisfied groan from deep in his throat. Then, he sat up and looked out the window at the world outside.

In the sky, clouds drifted leisurely like a flock of sheep, resembling a vivid ink painting; sunlight pierced through the clouds, casting dappled shadows and draping the earth in a golden robe.

All of this indicates that today is a special day, a day that belongs entirely to him, Sean.

Sean threw off the covers, stood up lightly, walked to the window, and opened it.

The gentle breeze in the distance immediately responded to his action, passing through the treetops and carrying the fresh scent of grass and trees, instantly filling the entire room.

"That was awesome!" Sean exclaimed.

He took a deep breath, as if the fresh air had cleansed him completely.

In high spirits, he even dug out the gramophone that Professor Quirrell had left in the secret room on the fourth floor from his briefcase, and began to sway to the rhythm as rock music started playing.

He wiggled his body as he walked to the wardrobe and began carefully selecting his clothes for the day.

"What should I wear?" Sean murmured to himself, his fingers lightly gliding over various clothes, until finally his gaze landed on a pure blue suit.

This suit is a pure handmade Italian creation, and its cut, workmanship, and fabric all exude unparalleled refinement and elegance.

As for why he bought this suit, that's a long story; it goes back to his trip to Sweden two years ago...

"This is the one!"

After much deliberation, Sean made a difficult decision. He put on the suit, stood in front of the mirror, and carefully adjusted every detail to ensure that everything was perfect.

Once everything was ready, Sean gently turned his body, admiring his handsome reflection in the mirror. At the same time, a confident smile unconsciously appeared on his lips.

So handsome.

Sean sincerely praised himself.

What's next...?

"Diagon Alley!" Sean shouted as he threw Floo Powder into the flames.

The green flames surged instantly, engulfing the entire fireplace, and a powerful whirlwind enveloped Sean.

He closed his eyes and felt as if his body was being pulled by an invisible force, rapidly traversing an unknown time tunnel.

A few seconds later, Sean felt his feet touch solid ground again.

He opened his eyes, and the familiar yet unique scenery of Diagon Alley came into view.

The colorful shops, the dazzling array of goods, the bustling crowds... all of this made him feel incredibly warm and excited.

The reason for the excitement was definitely not that a large group of young and beautiful women were wandering around the Madame Malkin robes boutique wearing specially designed summer wizard robes.

Single male and female wizards who passed by stared at them intently, while the middle-aged wizards with their wives were all very serious.

They stared straight ahead at the road, their faces tense, each one a typical British gentleman.

Elegance needs no further explanation.

Sean could vouch for it; these ladies were definitely hired by Madam Malkin to promote the new summer wizard robes.

But... this marketing method reminded him of someone...

Before Sean could think about it, he saw a large crowd pouring out of the Flourish and Blotts bookstore next door. Before he could figure out what kind of event the Flourish and Blotts bookstore was having, he realized that the crowd was still waiting for him.

Several people in the group seemed to notice his presence.

A large exclamation mark appeared above Sean's head.

Dangerous!

It's no wonder, given that his Muggle attire is not commonly seen in Diagon Alley, and his undeniable appearance and charisma make it easy for him to be spotted.

Without hesitation, before they could react, Sean immediately turned and walked in the opposite direction of Flourish and Blotts, which is the south side of Diagon Alley.

His destination was there—Momo Ran Book Company (18A, south of Diagon Alley).

As is well known, there are two major book publishing companies in the British wizarding world.

One is Obscurity Books, where Sean works, and the other is Whitshard Books, which Lockhart is signed with.

The former, published by Obscurial Books, includes books such as "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," while the latter, published by Whitshard Books, includes books such as "The Amazing Quidditch" and "Hairy Nose, the Human Heart."

Sean's signing with Obscurial Books was also related to Newt Scamander's "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them".

Given Newt's precedent, Obscurial Books seems to have a natural trust in graduates of Badger House, and graduates of Badger House who want to publish a book will first consult Obscurial Books.

The two sides reached an unspoken understanding, or you could say a strategic partnership, and this understanding reached a new peak after they discovered Sean.

The reason he came to the book company today is because he received a letter from his editor the day before yesterday.

After shaking off his pursuers, Sean breathed a sigh of relief. He looked up at the sign of the Murmuran Book Company, its golden lettering gleaming in the sunlight.

He straightened his clothes, pushed open the door, and walked into the Momo Ran Book Company.

A familiar and welcoming scent of paper and ink wafts towards you, along with an eager greeting.

"Phillips, you're finally here! I've been waiting for you for so long!" A plaintive voice came from the direction of the editing room.

Sean turned his head and saw his editor, Mr. Kramer, a middle-aged wizard with round glasses and slightly disheveled hair, standing in the doorway with a look of both resentment and relief on his face.

Sean noticed that he was holding a thick stack of manuscripts in his hand, indicating that he had been waiting there for a long time.

"Oh my god, I thought you'd be so busy since you became a professor, that we old friends would hardly see you anymore," Kramer said, as he moved closer to Sean and gave him a big hug.

Sean couldn't help but smile apologetically, "Sorry to keep you waiting, there was a little trouble on the way."

Kramer released the hug, patted Sean on the shoulder, and said with a mischievous look, "Don't worry, junior, I was just joking. Everyone knows you're a hot star now."

"Don't even mention making me wait a little while, it's worth waiting a whole day."
