Yu Nuan stopped him, saying, "I'll try your cooking again later. It's getting late, let's go to my house! My mom just asked me to take you to my house for dinner, let's go!"

Yu Nuan pulled Gu Qing back to her home. Lin's mother had already prepared dinner, and Lin's father was sitting in the living room making a phone call, seemingly discussing company matters.

Gu Qing smiled and greeted Lin's father, "Uncle."

"No, why don't you come home with me? We have a projector at home, we can find a movie to watch, and we won't have to get up early tomorrow."
