Afternoon sunlight streamed through the café's floor-to-ceiling windows, casting dappled shadows on the table. Lin Ya sat by the window, elegantly stirring her latte, her gaze occasionally glancing towards the door. She had worn exquisite makeup today, and a white dress accentuated her snow-white skin.

Xu Hao sat in a corner not far away, pretending to be focused on his phone screen, but actually secretly observing Lin Ya's every move.
