Li Jin wiped the dust off his face and smiled disdainfully at Sophie. "What, you want to experience being electrocuted too?" He raised his eyebrows provocatively, completely ignoring the dangerous glint in Sophie's eyes.

Sophie didn't speak, but slowly approached Li Jin, extending her slender fingers to gently lift his chin. "You have a lot of courage," she chuckled softly, her breath sweet as orchids, "I like it."

A tingling sensation spread from his chin throughout his body, and Li Jin couldn't help but shudder. This woman is absolutely a vixen!

In the air, the battle between the old man and the fiery-haired woman had reached a fever pitch. Although the old man was powerful, the woman was exceptionally agile and always managed to dodge his attacks.

"Old man, is that all you've got?" the woman sneered. "Looks like you're nothing special!"

The old man snorted coldly, and the light from his staff intensified. "Ignorant brat, you have no idea what power is!" He swung his staff sharply, and white light blades rained down on the woman.

The woman dodged quickly, narrowly avoiding the attack of the light blades, but was still grazed by several of them, and blood flowed down her arm.

"Damn old bastard!" the woman roared, a fierce glint in her eyes. She suddenly opened her arms, and a powerful black energy surged from her body, enveloping her.

"Oh no!" The old man's expression changed. "She's going to fight desperately!"

The black energy grew increasingly concentrated, eventually forming a massive black sphere that enveloped the woman. The sphere continued to expand, emanating a suffocating sense of oppression.

"Go to hell, all of you!" The woman's hysterical voice came from inside the sphere.

The black sphere suddenly exploded, and a powerful shockwave swept around, instantly leveling the surrounding trees and creating a huge crater in the ground.

"Cough cough..." Li Jin was once again thrown away by the shockwave and crashed heavily to the ground, feeling as if his internal organs had shifted.

"Li Jin!" Sophie rushed to Li Jin's side and helped him up. "Are you alright?"

Li Jin coughed up a mouthful of blood and weakly shook his head. "I won't die..."

Sophie looked at Li Jin's disheveled appearance, a pang of heartache flashing in her eyes. She gently stroked Li Jin's cheek and said softly, "You're such a fool, why did you have to be so stubborn?"

Li Jin grinned, revealing a mouthful of blood. "To protect you, silly princess."

Sophie was stunned; she hadn't expected Li Jin to say such a thing. Her heart felt as if it had been struck by something, and a warm current flowed through her entire body.

As the aftershocks of the explosion gradually subsided and the dust settled, the old man was seen kneeling in the center of the crater, his body covered in wounds and his staff broken in two.

"Old Wang!" Xiao Mei exclaimed, rushing to the old man's side. "Are you alright?"

The old man waved his hand, indicating that he was alright. "Cough cough... Little girl, don't worry about me, I'm not that easy to kill."

Xiao Mei breathed a sigh of relief. She turned to look at the other side of the pit, but the red-haired woman was nowhere to be seen.

"Where is that bad woman?" Xiaomei asked, puzzled.

"She got away," Sophie said coldly. "But she can't get very far."

Suddenly, Sophie's expression changed. She shoved Li Jin and Xiao Mei away, and a black figure fell from the sky, crashing heavily into the spot where they had just been standing.

"boom!"

The ground shook again, and dust flew everywhere.

Once the dust settled, everyone could finally see what the newcomer looked like.

She was a tall woman dressed in a black bodysuit, with long, fiery red hair cascading down her back. She wore a black mask, revealing only a pair of scarlet eyes filled with murderous intent.

"Lina!" Sophie said through gritted teeth.

Linna sneered. "Princess Sophie, long time no see." She licked her lips, her gaze falling on Li Jin. "This is the interesting man you were talking about? He doesn't look like much."

Li Jin struggled to his feet, wiping the blood from the corner of his mouth, a ruthless glint in his eyes. "You're Lin Na? You look nothing special."

Lin Na's eyes flashed with even more murderous intent. "Kid, you've got guts to talk to me like that."

Li Jin sneered. "What, scared?"

"Afraid?" Lin Na seemed to have heard a funny joke. "Me, Lin Na, afraid of you? How ridiculous!" She flashed and appeared in front of Li Jin in an instant, her sharp claws reaching for Li Jin's throat.

Li Jin quickly dodged, barely avoiding Lin Na's attack. But before he could catch his breath, Lin Na's attack came again.

"Bang bang bang!"

The two exchanged dozens of blows in an instant. Although Li Jin possessed a system, he had only been in the world for a short time, and his strength was far inferior to Lin Na's. After several rounds, Li Jin had several wounds on his body, and blood was flowing out continuously.

"Li Jin!" Sophie called out anxiously.

Just then, the system's voice suddenly rang in Li Jin's mind.

"Host's life is in danger, emergency protection procedure activated."

A golden light suddenly enveloped Li Jin, and Lin Na's attack landed on the golden light, but it couldn't penetrate it even slightly.

"What is this?" Linna asked in surprise and doubt.

Li Jin sneered. "This is your nightmare!" He suddenly threw a punch, and golden light transformed into a golden dragon, crashing fiercely towards Lin Na.

Linna's expression changed drastically. She tried to dodge, but the golden dragon was too fast, and she couldn't avoid it at all.
