Keyboard Warrior's Otherworldly Adventure

Jack's face flashed through Li Jin's mind, followed by an even more intense pain, as if someone were stirring his brain with a red-hot iron rod. He screamed in agony, his body convulsing uncontrollably. He knew this was no ordinary headache; it was more like fragments of memory being forcibly implanted into his brain.

He saw Jack standing before the altar, chanting obscure and incomprehensible incantations. In the center of the altar, a gigantic figure bound by chains struggled and roared deafeningly. The figure was shrouded in darkness, obscuring its exact appearance, but Li Jin could sense the terrifying aura emanating from it—an evil power capable of destroying everything.

Suddenly, the scene shifted, and Li Jin found himself standing in an unfamiliar room, surrounded by various strange instruments. A man in a white coat stood before him, holding a syringe in his hand, a sinister smile on his face. "Don't worry, Li Jin, this is just a small experiment..." the man said, injecting the syringe into Li Jin's arm.

A sharp pain shot through him; Li Jin felt as if his body was being torn apart, and his consciousness began to fade...

"Li Jin! Li Jin! Wake up!"

An anxious voice startled Li Jin awake from his nightmare. He opened his eyes abruptly and found himself lying in Sophie's arms, with Xiao Mei standing beside him looking worried.

"You're finally awake! You scared me to death!" Xiaomei patted her chest dramatically. "I thought you'd never wake up again!"

Li Jin rubbed his still throbbing temples, feeling dizzy. "What's wrong with me?"

"You suddenly fainted," Sophie explained, "and you kept talking nonsense, talking about Jack and experiments, which I found completely incomprehensible."

Li Jin then remembered the dream he had just had. He was shocked. Could it be that it wasn't a dream, but a real memory? Was Jack really performing some kind of evil ritual, and he had been one of his experimental subjects?

"I'm fine," Li Jin shook his head, deciding not to tell them about these things for the time being. "I'm probably just too tired."

"Then you must get some rest," Sophie said with concern. "Let's find a safe place first."

Li Jin nodded and stood up. He looked around and realized they were in a dark cave. The entrance was hidden by dense vines; if it weren't for Ares's attack, they probably wouldn't have found this place.

"It should be safe here for now," Li Jin said. "Let's rest here for a bit and figure out how to get out when it gets light."

Sophie and Xiaomei both agreed. They found a relatively dry spot to sit down, while Li Jin leaned against the cave wall, closing his eyes to rest. The dream he had just had was still echoing in his mind; Jack's sinister smile sent chills down his spine. He had a premonition that Jack and this "forbidden place" must have some connection, and that he had been drawn into a huge conspiracy.

Suddenly, Li Jin sensed an unusual presence. He abruptly opened his eyes and saw a dark figure at the cave entrance. The figure was tall, wearing a black cloak and a mask, obscuring its features.

"Who?!" Li Jin shouted sharply, taking out a dagger from his system space and staring warily at the dark figure.

The dark figure didn't speak, but slowly walked towards them. As it drew closer, Li Jin felt a powerful sense of oppression, as if a mountain was pressing down on his chest, making it hard for him to breathe.

"Oh no, it's the man in black!" Sophie exclaimed, recognizing the figure in black.

"Men in black? Lin Na's men?" Li Jin's heart sank. He knew this was a big problem.

The man in black walked up to them and stopped. He slowly raised his head, his eyes beneath the mask gleaming with a cold light.

"Li Jin," the man in black said in a deep voice, "Her Majesty the Queen requests your presence."

Li Jin gripped the dagger tightly; he knew he had no choice. He took a deep breath and asked coldly, "What did your queen invite me to do?"

The man in black sneered, "You'll find out when you get there." With that, he waved his hand, and a black light enveloped Li Jin…

Li Jin's vision went black, and he lost consciousness. When he awoke, he found himself in a magnificent palace. In the center of the palace, a woman dressed in a black robe sat on a high throne. Her face was covered by a golden mask, obscuring her features, but from the powerful aura emanating from her, Li Jin knew that she was Lin Na.

"Welcome to my palace, Li Jin." Lin Na's voice was as cold as ice and snow, devoid of any emotion.

Li Jin looked around and found that Sophie and Xiao Mei were also tied to the pillars of the main hall, their faces filled with terror.

"What did you do to them?!" Li Jin roared.

Linna smiled dismissively. "Don't worry, they're just asleep for now. I'm very interested in you, Li Jin; your strength surprises me."

"What exactly do you want?" Li Jinqiang suppressed his anger and asked coldly.

Linna slowly rose from her throne, walked to Li Jin, and looked down at him. "I want to cooperate with you, Li Jin."

"Cooperate?" Li Jin sneered. "Do you think I would cooperate with someone like you?"

Ignoring Li Jin's sarcasm, Lin Na continued, "I know you possess the power to travel through time and space. I need your help to open the door to another world for me."

"Another world?" Li Jin's heart skipped a beat. He knew that the other world Lin Na spoke of was definitely not a good place...
