A dazzling beam of light, like a divine sword of judgment, cleaved the darkness shrouding the temple ruins. The shadowy figure struck by the beam let out a piercing howl, a sound unlike that of a human or any known beast, more like a mournful cry from the depths of hell, chilling to the bone. The shadowy figure writhed violently within the beam, as if enduring unspeakable agony. It struggled and howled, yet could not escape the binding force of this divine power. Finally, the shadowy figure's body began to disintegrate, turning into wisps of black smoke, vanishing without a trace like ashes scattered by the wind.

"Phew...it's finally over." Li Jin breathed a sigh of relief, and the ball of light in his hand dissipated. Maintaining a high-intensity energy output for a long time left him feeling weak, and his legs trembled slightly.

"Li Jin, are you alright?" Sophie asked with concern, quickly walking to his side and supporting his swaying body.

"It's nothing, I'm just a little exhausted." Li Jin forced a smile, feeling a warm current surge in his heart as he felt Sophie's soft touch.

"That really scared me to death, I thought..." Sophie didn't finish her sentence, but just held Li Jin's hand tightly.

Xiao Mei and Lao Wang also came over, their faces showing relief at surviving the ordeal.

"Li Jin...you...you ruined everything for me...I...I want you...to be buried with me..." Lin Na shouted hoarsely with her last bit of strength.

"Lin Na, you've gone mad!" Li Jin looked at her coldly. "This is all your own fault!"

"Hahaha... You brought this on yourself? This world... should have been mine... You... all deserve to die..." Linna laughed maniacally, her laughter filled with despair and madness.

Suddenly, Linna's body began to swell, emitting a blinding red light, and a terrifying energy surge erupted from her body.
