"You always say such awful things."

"My motto is—forever young, forever speaking harshly, forever eating ice during my period. You insist on asking for a scolding, you're just a masochist by nature, what can I do but satisfy you?"

Qiu Shiyue was furious; it seemed like she could never get the better of her.

"Just wait!"

"I'm not waiting," Blizzard said, turning to leave. "Waiting for you is a waste of my life."

Qiu Shiyue said anxiously, "Sys will be back soon. Just wait and see if you can become a laughing stock with her."

Blizzard frowned. "What do you mean?"

Her reaction pleased Qiu Shiyue greatly, and she began to feel smug. "Isn't talking to me a waste of my life? You'll find out soon enough."

Qiu Shiyue walked away with her head held high.

Blizzard took out his phone, intending to make a call, but then decided to send a message instead.

"Is everything going well?"

It was probably lunchtime, and Sasha replied quickly. "I've eaten, but I'm going to sleep later, so don't call me. Talk to you later."

This message left Blizzard completely stunned.

Athletes usually know to avoid making phone calls unless absolutely necessary during competitions, so why did Sasha specifically remind them not to make phone calls?

Blizzard considered many possibilities, and their most likely conclusion was that Sasha was genuinely tired, so she stopped sending messages.

During the afternoon training, Blizzard was a little distracted. Before going to bed, he sent Sasha a goodnight message, which she replied quickly. Blizzard didn't mention the strange feeling he had at noon and closed his eyes to sleep.

Starting on the 7th, we'll play the men's and women's team matches first. Blizzard will immediately open Sasha's matches after their training session. If you catch it, you can see some good plays and can't help but cheer.

Even though it wasn't her own competition, she could still feel the tense atmosphere. She dared not slack off during training, always having the illusion that if she slacked off, Sasha would lose points.

After dinner, Blizzard got so engrossed in extra training that he didn't even realize it was completely dark when he looked out the window and there were hardly any people left in the gym.

Without Sasha, she seemed to have become all alone again, with nothing around her.

On my way back to the dorm with my bag, I felt like every star in the sky looked like Sasha.

She looked down at her phone's screen saver, thinking about how Sasha was doing what she loved, and how happy she felt to be by Sasha's side.

On a calm, windless night, there were few people on the street, and the starlight kept me company, so I wasn't so lonely.

Her gaze swept over all the stars, and she told them her heartfelt wish, hoping they could convey a message to her.

The sudden appearance of a figure ruined all her interest.

"A good dog doesn't block the way; a dog that blocks the way is no good dog." Blizzard squinted at Qiu Shiyue; she really was a persistent ghost.

Qiu Shiyue tilted her head and looked at her with a malicious smile.

"Don't laugh," Blizzard said seriously. "Your laughter makes me feel unlucky."

Qiu Shiyue wasn't angry. She took out her phone and showed Blizzard a video. The camera was pointed at a tablet screen, which displayed chat history with a hand swiping up and down.

Blizzard's initially indifferent gaze gradually turned sharp.

That tablet belongs to Sasha.

Noticing the change in her eyes, Qiu Shiyue immediately put her phone away.

Blizzard, "What do you mean?"

Qiu Shiyue replied with a smile, "How about that? Pretty exciting, right?"

Blizzard gritted its teeth: "You're spreading rumors."

Qiu Shiyue took a step back: "How is this a rumor? It's all true. A rising star table tennis player under the age of eighteen is being kept by a man twenty years her senior. If these chat logs were released, it would be quite sensational—"

"Snapped!"

Qiu Shiyue got a real slap in the face from Blizzard.

She stared wide-eyed at Blizzard in disbelief: "How did you hit me so hard!"

What Qiu Shiyue found unbelievable wasn't that she was beaten, but that Blizzard had trained like a mad dog all day, yet still managed to hit her so hard.

Blizzard immediately raised his left hand and hit her symmetrically.

"Give me the phone."

There's no point in reasoning with this kind of person. "Give me your phone."

Qiu Shiyue gasped for breath and quickly fanned her cheeks up and down with both hands to cool them down.

"How dare you hit me! There are security cameras here!"

Blizzard didn't need to look up to confirm the location of the surveillance cameras.

"You chose to ambush me here because it's a blind spot for surveillance cameras, didn't you?"

Qiu Shiyue's lips twitched; her attempt to steal a chicken had backfired. "Hmph, you're just throwing in a powerless rage. Anyway, once this video is uploaded, you absolutely can't stop it. Can you outrun the internet speed?"

That can't be done too quickly.

and so--

Blizzard rushed forward, snatched Qiu Shiyue's phone and smashed it, giving her no time to react. She covered her face and ran towards the dormitory building, crying as she went, only stopping when she entered the building.

Qiu Shiyue stared at the broken pieces of her phone on the floor for a long while before screaming.

Another phone lost!

Upon entering the dormitory building, Blizzard immediately called her parents, asking them to ask the coach for leave for her, saying that someone was bullying her and she needed to go home for two days.

After a moment of silence, the father, Bao Youcheng, said, "Daughter, no one is always wound up without resting. They can come home whenever they want when they're tired. But the idea that someone is bullying you is probably a bit hard to believe."

Her daughter is incredibly strong, with a bite force comparable to a crocodile. It's like saying Tyson can't beat Lin Daiyu (a character from a Chinese folktale) when she's bullied.

Blizzard didn't hesitate to slap himself twice, even rubbing his hands until they were red, and then showed the slaps to his parents.

Upon seeing this, Bao Youcheng immediately called the coach to ask for two days off and, following his daughter's request, instructed the coach to severely punish Qiu Shiyue. He argued that tolerating such a person was to condone the growth of evil forces. How could a kind and innocent girl like his daughter, Xiaoxue, possibly deal with such a bad child? How could she continue to strive for her dreams in the national table tennis team? If this continued, the atmosphere would be corrupted by Qiu Shiyue, and that would be disastrous!

When Blizzard received a message of concern from the coach and was about to have a life skills teacher visit her, she immediately refused. She wanted to book a plane ticket but couldn't make it in time, so she had to take the high-speed train instead.

After hastily packing two pieces of clothing and avoiding Qiu Shiyue at the Sports Bureau, I successfully boarded the high-speed train to Anshan and finally had time to listen to the recording of my father's phone call with my coach.

After listening, I immediately sent a message to my dad:

"My dad is awesome, he knows all these little tricks. Anyway, no matter what you say, as long as the coach doesn't let Qiu Shiyue leave the stadium, I'll come back as soon as I'm done."

Bao Youcheng didn't ask a single unnecessary question:

"Whatever you do, your parents will support you."
