In the Marvel universe, Helheim is indeed one of the Nine Realms, but it is an unclaimed dimension, an empty dimensional world.

In this world, Helheim is the final resting place for all the dead souls of the Nine Realms.

“How will Kratos get to Helheim? There’s no rainbow bridge in Midgard,” Hela asked, frowning.

Hela nodded, she had no objection, and followed Kratos into Helheim's territory.

Dio watched Hela walk in, then turned to look at Lincoln.

“I plan to go to the land of the dwarves first,” Lincoln said.

"I remember that Tyr, the God of War, was trapped there. In the plot of the fifth movie, the Tyr that Kratos and his son found at the beginning was actually Odin in disguise. After Ragnarok, if you go to the Dwarven Kingdom, you will find another Tyr, and that is the real one."
