Chapter 53 Tony Stark Arrives at the Empire
The mission was successfully completed, and everyone set off to go home.
The Titan got home quickly, probably because it wanted to get back as soon as possible to clean the fuselage. Although Tony Stark was very serious and fast when he worked, the Titan still missed the special cleaning machine at home.
It took a week to track down the target and get there, but only three days to get home.
It wasn't because the distance was too far; with the support of more convenient space technology, I only spent one day at home. The rest of the time was spent signing post-battle summary documents and delivering mission items.
It was still that kind of unscientific, unrestricted flight that flew straight into the atmosphere, and Tony Stark calmly watched this scene while holding himself.
That's not all. When delivering the mission items, the spaceship transformed into a giant robot, twenty meters tall, stretching and yawning, which stunned Tony.
He wasn't unaware of the Transformers IP; it was originally developed by Diaclone to sell more toys. He initially liked it, but later, his scientific spirit led him to discover that Transformers was simply impossible, so he stopped paying attention to it.
But Tony Stark was shocked to discover that the large spaceship he had been living in for several days was actually a Transformer!
Titan's flight is very stable. After all, he is a member of the first Transformers force, which has been in service for more than 1,500 years. I can't speak for everything else, but his flying skills are definitely among the best.
Tony Stark was captivated by the kind of city that only appears in science fiction movies.
Various flying vehicles roam around, and there are even all sorts of aliens among them.
Titan soon arrived at an aerial docking port.
The group disembarked from the spaceship one by one.
"To be honest, my great-grandson was determined to join Astartes, but I've told him countless times that it's not easy to get into Astartes. He just wouldn't listen and insisted on going. In the end, he didn't even make it through the first three years of basic training." Terra went on and on about her good-for-nothing descendant.
The people around him were used to his rambling and responded with things like "Oh, right, right, right".
Upon arriving at the port, the group bid farewell to Titan, but as they turned around, they fell silent and knelt on one knee.
Tony Stark, on the other hand, looked around with shining eyes, taking in the surrounding facilities with delight.
He was completely unaware that the surroundings had fallen silent.
He was stopped very quickly.
It was only then that Tony Stark realized this was an alien nation. Since there was a country, there must be various systems in place. Without any identification, he would definitely face many difficulties.
But to these people, he is an alien, so will he be sliced up?
No, there are quite a few aliens with similar forms to him. Astartes was also modified from a mortal, so he shouldn't have been sliced up.
……
Tony Stark's mind raced for a moment, and he thought of many things.
The tall, golden-armored figure in front of him raised his hand and scanned the area: "Tony Stark. A Transylvanian, transported into the Titan's body for an unknown reason."
"Right?"
Tony Stark stared wide-eyed at the person in front of him.
Imperial Guards.
The most elite guards around the emperor!
Each one represents the emperor's supreme will!
Has his arrival already alarmed the Emperor?
According to the setting, he is a human from the 2K era, so he must be quite rare, right?
But where did this person say he was from? Terran? Where is that?
(P.S.: "Terran" is a term Yondu used in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1 to scare Star-Lord, saying he would eat him and referring to Star-Lord as a Terran.)
Tony Stark's mind raced, recalling the few glimpses of the Warhammer universe he had ever seen.
But he didn't understand the British design of Warhammer, and his understanding of its settings was not as great as the stimulation he received from his twin sisters.
“…Yes.” Tony Stark didn’t know how to answer, so he just went along with what the other person was saying.
The imperial guard opposite lowered his arm and said, "Come with us, His Majesty wants to see you."
Tony Stark followed the Imperial Guard ahead, looking completely bewildered. Only then did he notice that the Space Marines, led by Terra, were kneeling on one knee with their heads bowed.
After entering a circular device, Tony Stark discovered that he had somehow ended up on another planet.
"This is actually a space device!" Tony Stark couldn't help but exclaim in surprise.
Tony Stark looked around in surprise again; the style here was completely different from where he had just been.
That area had a traditional sci-fi futuristic style, with pristine white streets and buildings, clean and tidy roads, and hovercraft everywhere.
This place has a cyberpunk style, with floating skulls all around, skull-like carvings on the building's decorations, and some kind of circular magnetically levitated object on the top floor.
The Imperial Guard led Tony Stark inside. Tony had never seen such a massive building before, and he looked on with delight at the various high-tech items that seemed to exist only in science fiction.
This high-tech world is exactly the kind of place a super scientist like him would love most. The strong technological atmosphere and the various technologies that are ahead of his time make him very happy.
They soon arrived at the palace where Dio was.
Dio was surprised that Tony Stark had suddenly appeared in space; he hadn't lent his brother-in-law any troops to fight Earth.
Unable to understand, Dio ordered the Imperial Guard to bring Tony Stark over.
Tony Stark walked up to the throne and was astonished by the enormous figure before him.
"Is he really the Emperor?" Tony Stark said uncertainly.
After all, he had never seen any pictures of the Emperor online, and only knew that the Emperor was a person as tall as the Primarch.
However, Tony Stark felt that the other person was about the same height as the Hulk.
Without much hesitation, Tony Stark knelt on one knee like the Imperial Guards and said, "Your Majesty."
"I have met Your Majesty."
Dio waved for the Imperial Guards to leave and for Tony Stark to stand up.
"Tony Stark, one of the few highly intelligent individuals on Transylvania, can you explain how you were transported from Transylvania to a spaceship that is more than five light-years away?" Dio asked, but his tone was not that of a question.
Tony Stark felt a jolt in his heart. The other party hadn't put any pressure on him; instead, Tony Stark still felt a sense of pressure weighing on his heart.
Tony Stark pondered how to phrase his words in a way that would make these people understand him.
Dio, looking at Tony Stark who had remained silent for a long time, asked, "What's wrong? Is it hard to answer?"
Tony Stark was startled by Dio's words and replied that he didn't, offering only a concise explanation.
In short, it's not much different from the early development of the Marvel Cinematic Universe: Odin disciplines his son by leaving Thor on Earth, and Loki sends the Destroyer armor to have a friendly exchange with his brother.
Dio knew about this, and because of this, an enraged Odin, upon waking, threw Loki to Dio to help train him.
Black Egg felt that there was no super team on Earth that could provide real-time protection, so he decided to form one.
However, there was no Battle of New York, but rather a counterattack from the remnants of the Kree.
In the last century, Kree scientist Marville came to Earth and used the Tesseract to research a faster-than-light engine.
The result was an accident; the faster-than-light engine and the scientists were destroyed. The remaining Kree forces, having received the news, wanted to retrieve Mar-Vell's experimental data, but were blocked by the US military at the time.
Fortunately, Carol Danvers, the pilot who was traveling with Mar-Vell, survived and somehow absorbed the energy of the light engine, becoming Captain Marvel.
Upon hearing this, Dio thought for a moment. He seemed to recall hearing about a super-powerful person who was hunting down the Kree throughout the universe a decade or two ago. At the time, Dio found this quite intriguing.
The entire universe knows that the Eternals and the Kree have a near-extinction-level hatred (although it is not the Kree who are instigating it). In order to befriend Dio, many small cosmic nations capture lone Kree and hand them over to the Empire.
But none of them pursued and killed the Kree.
The reason is that although the Kree Empire is gone, it is still a formidable force. Their science and technology are still very advanced, and most small spacefaring nations would have no choice but to surrender if they encountered a group of fleeing Kree.
So Dio was surprised that someone was actually chasing and killing the Kree troops, and the universe organized a team to assist them.
