Starhawk, or Skata and his wife in their separate states.

Dio looked at this once-classic tough guy on the screen, whose slightly aged face held a kind smile that Dio had never seen on screen in his previous life.

In the Marvel universe, Starhawk is played by Sylvester Stallone and Michelle Yeoh. Perhaps because Starhawk has a minor role and doesn't have many opportunities to perform, and given that Dio doesn't know much about the character, it's unclear whether Stallone's portrayal of the character was a good or bad thing.

However, what Dio remembered most clearly was the way Star Eagle was trying to fight back after being beaten down by him.

This time it was Skata who came. It seems his wife had a falling out with him recently, and they are now working separately.

Upon seeing Dio approach, Skatta immediately stood up and stood respectfully.

"So, why did you go to such lengths to find me, even at the cost of exposing yourself?" Dio asked after they had settled down.

Dio had just scanned the entire planet and found nothing amiss. The Imperial Guards also activated their stealth and stood guard outside.

However, the only place that couldn't be scanned was the box next to Skata.

“This is it, a unique piece of equipment from the Covenant.” Skata respectfully picked up the box.

“The box is made of anti-radiation material, and theoretically it can become invisible on any scanning machine,” Skata explained as she handed the box to Dio.

"It is said that the Covenant has created a device that can create a black hole-like singularity in the universe using this substance, which can destroy a planet in about three minutes." Dio took the box and opened it.

What comes into view is a cylindrical, transparent container with a red, teardrop-shaped, round substance floating inside.

“This…” Dio was somewhat surprised.

The object's appearance and function reminded Dio of a movie from his past life.

However, Dio's hand was trembling slightly. This seemed to be antimatter.

Dio quickly recovered and asked, "How did you get your hands on such a confidential item?"

Skata shrugged: "Getting this was an accident. A Covenant smuggling ship was attacked, and we were nearby. To earn some extra money, we helped the smuggling ship."

"Finally, the smuggling ship's engine was destroyed, a hole was torn in the hull, and the life support system was also destroyed. The captain and his crew died of asphyxiation. We found this in their warehouse."

"Then, combined with the information we gathered from the Star Alliance, we learned that this should be the Star Alliance's latest secret research on a powerful weapon. As for its effectiveness, we only found out after all our spies in the Star Alliance were wiped out."

As she spoke, Skata's eyes reddened.

Dio nodded: "They are all heroes; they obtained the most crucial intelligence!"

Eros whispered in Dio's ear: "Because the secret agent was exposed, Skata's brother-in-law's family was wiped out, which is also the main reason for his conflict with his wife."

Skata burst into tears, and Eros and the crew around her rushed forward to comfort her.

Wiping away her tears, Skata continued, "We don't know what the purpose of that smuggling ship was, because all the Covenant's informants have been eliminated, and we don't know if they have any more of this stuff. So this time, we can only risk exposing myself and contact you as soon as possible."

Dio picked up the box and stood up, saying, "This intelligence is crucial. I must take it with me immediately. You must also continue to lie low and not be exposed. Abandon the spaceships outside immediately."

Skata nodded: "This time, there's a mage in the team who can open a portal."

Dio nodded and walked out with the box.

"Eros, you stay outside. I'll take the men back first," Dio instructed before leaving.

However, Eros was terrified.

"No, leave me a ship!" Eros cried out with a mournful face.

Dio ignored him, knowing that Eros had already met a dwarf with teleportation abilities, allowing him to travel freely throughout the universe.

Therefore, Dio did not care about his brother's personal safety.

Decisively leading the Imperial Guard back into the Empire, Dio retrieved the intelligence and took out the contents of the box.

“This thing gives me a very strange feeling,” Hyperion said first.

His position was the deputy director of the empire's population statistics bureau, so he shouldn't have been qualified to come, but there was nothing he could do since they were all gathered together for a meeting today.

“This thing should be some kind of antimatter.” The only alien present who wasn’t an Eternal scanned it with a machine.

"What functions does it have?" Dio asked.

"Theoretically, it can come into contact with any kind of matter and create a singularity, forming a small-mass black hole. And in terms of data, such a tiny droplet could destroy a planet!" he explained, projecting the data from the machine in his hand.

Dio glanced at the data. He himself was an extremely capable scientist and could understand the data just as well as the person in front of him had said.

"What's your name? Where are you from?" Dio suddenly asked.

The man quickly became flustered, even somewhat flattered: "My name is Zart, I am from Zehouberi, and I am the current president of the Academy of Sciences."

Zehouberi people?

"Yes, I should have known."

Dio nodded, looking at the other's distinctive skin color. He knew this race very well because Gamora, one of his adopted daughters in the original story, was a Zehuberian.

“Your Majesty, his abilities are remarkable. The Academy of Sciences successfully developed the restriction field you proposed because of his abilities,” a member of the Eternal God Clan raised his hand and said.

Dio glanced at it in surprise, then understood.

"Is he your student?" Dio pointed to Zartjan and looked at him.

The Eternal God's expression changed.

Dio waved his hand and said, "It's alright. As long as he has the ability, I won't care how he got to the top."

"continue."

Dio gestured toward Zart.

“This substance is encased in a high-density shell, and theoretically, it can maintain the balance of internal antimatter as long as it doesn’t come into contact with the outside,” Zart continued to explain.

Dio thought for a moment and said, "This thing was created by the Covenant. They probably wanted to use it to threaten us or to exploit the singularity to destroy us."

No sooner had Dio finished speaking than some people reacted immediately and sealed off many ports and major transportation routes in various places, demanding a thorough investigation!

"There will be no next time. After the meeting, hand over your work and immediately step down. Get the hell out of here and go home!" Dio had taken out all his things and been in the meeting for at least half an hour before he realized that he really couldn't keep this police chief!

"Yes!" the bureau chief replied with a bitter face.

"The Science Bureau is trying to figure out how to control or destroy this antimatter to prevent it from smuggling into the country."

"Yes!"

Dio then stood up: "Alright, I'll contact the Star Alliance people to buy some time. You all hurry up and go on your patrols. Meeting adjourned!"
