Kilsager and Chat Groups

Chapter 55 El's Schooling

The attacking force's great victory made Raynor and Artanis realize that the enemy on Sky Shield was already at their last gasp.

As their understanding of the enemy deepened, their deployments became increasingly daring.

Soon, elite units were assembled and prepared to go to the remaining three atmospheric stabilization devices.

Kirsaj once again took on the responsibility of temporary commander. Raynor found that this girl hadn't impressed the Protoss at all, and somewhat unwilling to give up, he immediately ordered Kirsaj to fight again.

Kirsa was both amused and exasperated by Renault's intentions.

However, she did feel a slight psionic shock from the Protoss.

She even filmed a video and uploaded it to the chat group, along with the text, "I can use this level of psionic storm several more times."

The act of casually throwing away natural disasters deeply shocked Chen Huijie. She felt that she could not focus too much on the city lord's career and needed to spend some time making herself stronger.

Tina, still shaken, said the aliens were terrifying, and then picked up her Tek sniper rifle.

Aiur, on the other hand, was filled with a burning desire for the Protoss technology. He dreamed of building his own psionic mech, because he was completely captivated by the cool and powerful nature of such a mech.

Azure Star calmly stated that she was already used to it, but she also wanted to learn about psionic abilities.

Watching the group members freely express their feelings, Renault shook his head helplessly and sighed repeatedly, "Failure, failure."

His words left Artanis, who was observing the tactics table, completely bewildered. Every unit was clearly in a superior position.

“Friend Raynor, I don’t think our warriors show any signs of defeat,” Artanis asked bluntly.

"Oh, that's not it." Renault glanced casually at the tactical table and, seeing Kirsage learning as he played, couldn't help but sigh again.

Artanis, who regarded this as a kind of human culture, did not ask any further questions, but silently kept in mind the phenomenon that humans would sigh and lament for other reasons when victory was imminent.

Under the cover of the Spear of Adun, the Imperial fleet, having gained control of the universe, charged like tigers descending a mountain, boldly launching wave after wave of precise orbital strikes against the enemy atop the Sky Shield.

The already dominant human and Protoss forces advanced at an astonishing speed, prompting the commander of the Morbius Foundation to lament, "My troops vanish like snowflakes."

Immediately afterwards, knowing that all was lost, the Morbius Foundation fleet abandoned the wreckage of several battlecruisers and fled in a sorry state like stray dogs.

"It's fixed." With the last atmospheric stabilization device working tirelessly by the Imperial engineers, the Sky Shield stopped falling and flew back to its original trajectory.

Group Customer Service: We hope all group members will continue to work hard.

"Valenian, we've got this sorted out here. How's it going on your end?" Renault began inquiring about the situation on the ground.

"This is not good. The Mobius Foundation has suddenly deployed a large army, including the Hybrids." Valerian's forces suffered heavy losses in the surprise attack and are now rebuilding their positions.

“They stole the artifact; I have a bad feeling about it.”

Upon hearing that the artifact had been stolen, Artanis and Raynor realized that things were starting to get out of control.

“What are they going to do with the artifact? Do they also want to find the Xel'Naga?” Renault pondered the artifact’s purpose. “They can’t possibly use it to kill bugs, can they? We don’t have any Zerg here.”

“I don’t know, but they must have something in mind,” Valerian replied, frowning.

Renault brought Matt Horner into the meeting, and Horner's split screen popped up on the tactical table.

"Matt, mobilize the fleet to prepare for orbital bombardment," Renault ordered him sternly.

"Since we don't know what they're doing, let's burn them to ashes."

“Yes, sir.” Matt Horner nodded, preparing to mobilize the fleet.

“Let’s go, Artanis, we still have a tough battle ahead.” Renault walked towards a transport plane.

Artanis watched Renault's departing figure, marveling at his consistent decisiveness.

"Hello?" El approached Artanis cautiously.

"Hmm?" Only then did Artanis notice the short human.

He didn't have much of an opinion about humans, but weren't the humans in front of him too young?

"You need something from me?" Artanis crouched down, showing respect to the human before him.

"Can I learn your techniques?" Seeing Artanis's response, El's heart pounded; he felt there was hope!

"Ah." Artanis was a little confused when he heard El's reply. He could sense that the little human in front of him was serious.

"Excuse my bluntness, but why do you want to study?" Artanis decided to listen to El's reasons.

El pointed happily to the dove standing not far from them and said to Artanis, "I want to build a psionic mech of my own."

Artanis followed his gaze and saw a mech completely different from those of the Terran Empire undergoing maintenance.

He never imagined that humans would come to him to learn Protoss technology for such a reason.

Moreover, Artanis's psionic abilities told him that this human was serious and had an almost fanatical interest in mechs.

Artanis stood up and said to El, "I can introduce you to my best phase technician, Karax, but whether you can learn anything from him is up to you."

Artanis was somewhat interested in El, and he wanted to know if this human could learn anything in his short life.

The Protoss are always generous, and Artanis is no exception; he was willing to give Aiur a chance.

"Yay!" El jumped up excitedly; he had already begun to conceive his new mecha.

"After you obtain the keystone, you and Kirsaj should come to the Spear of Adun."

On the ground battlefield of Khar, smoke filled the air and flames soared into the sky.

The imperial army's artillery fire poured down like rain, but it could not stop the advance of that terrifying hybrid.

Some of these hybrids possessed strong bodies capable of tearing apart planetary fortresses, while others had terrifying psionic abilities surpassing those of high-ranking Protoss Templars.

The 180mm stun-penetrating cannons of siege tanks could only cause the hybrids to tremble slightly when they were fired at. They could not cause any real damage.

Only the 330mm Thor's Hammer cannon equipped on the Thor mech can break through their defenses.

Valerian stood on the command platform, his face grim as he surveyed the scene before him.

He knew that if he couldn't find an effective way to fight these hybrids, the war would become extremely difficult.

Just then, an unusual movement on the battlefield caught his attention.

A beam of azure light suddenly shot into the sky from the ground, accompanied by powerful shockwaves. The force was so great that the surrounding air was distorted and churned.

"This is... a Nova Impact?!"
