Chapter 294 The Initial Conjecture of the Galactic Empire

"what!--"

With a piercing scream, Wendu clutched his severed right arm.

His body trembled with excruciating pain, and his face showed an expression of extreme agony.

Anakin slowly turned around, his gaze cold and indifferent, as if everything before him had nothing to do with him.

He did not immediately step forward to kill Wendu, but instead watched him quietly.

“This is my answer.” Anakin’s voice was low and cold as he walked step by step toward Windu, who had lost all ability to resist, each step seeming so heavy.

Wendu knelt on the ground, his breathing rapid and labored, a burning pain constantly assaulting his nerves, and the air filled with the smell of roasted meat.

However, even in such a painful situation, he firmly replied, "Strength is not everything, Anakin!"

A purple lightsaber gleamed coldly above Windu's head as Anakin looked down at the Jedi Master before him, his face devoid of any pity.

“But I need it now,” he said coldly.

Just then, a Jedi Knight suddenly charged forward with a shout. He was incredibly fast, like lightning, and in an instant, he leaped into the air, raised his lightsaber, and slashed fiercely down at Anakin.

However, Anakin did not move his lightsaber, nor did he even glance at the Jedi.

He casually waved his left hand, and a powerful surge of primal force erupted out like a raging wave.

The Jedi Knight was as if grabbed by an invisible hand, and was suddenly thrown away, crashing heavily dozens of meters away.

"A new order will be rebuilt on the corpses of the Galactic Republic. The era of the Jedi Order is over." Anakin's voice echoed across the bloody battlefield, carrying an irresistible authority.

Anakin slowly raised his lightsaber and said in an icy tone, "The Force will eventually return to balance."

Upon hearing this, Windu's eyes widened, and he looked at Anakin in disbelief, his lips moving slightly as if he wanted to ask something.

But Anakin's lightsaber had already fallen, and Windu's head was severed by Anakin. The high temperature of the lightsaber instantly cooked the flesh at the cut, and not a drop of blood fell to the ground.

Anakin's gaze slowly swept over the other Jedi Knights, who fell one after another under the precise fire of the Reforged Death Seal sniper, utterly powerless to retaliate.

The fall of these Jedi Knights seemed to indicate that he had lost his chance to take the field.

Windu's Force reaction suddenly disappeared, and Yoda, who was far away on the other side of the battlefield, immediately noticed this change.

His heart tightened, and he immediately focused all his attention on the fierce battle with Skywalker.

Without hesitation, Yoda gathered his powerful Force and pushed forward, forcefully shoving Skywalker a distance away.

Skywalker swayed slightly, but he quickly used the Force to steady himself and stand firmly in place.

Yoda's expression was unusually solemn. He gripped his lightsaber tightly and stared intently at Skywalker, as if trying to see through his appearance to his true thoughts.

Skywalker was equally unyielding. His dark gold eyes, sharp as a hawk's, met Yoda's gaze directly, instantly creating an atmosphere of extreme tension between them.

“Anakin Skywalker, you are…” Yoda’s voice was deep and serious, revealing an indescribable majesty.

“It’s too late, Master Yoda.” Skywalker’s voice was calm and cold. “I am Anakin Skywalker, and also Darth Vader.”

His face was expressionless, making it impossible to discern his true thoughts.

Yoda stared at Skywalker, a hint of surprise and disappointment flashing in his eyes.

Why did Anakin Skywalker, the Jedi Knight with the strongest Force talent, choose such a dark path?

“A visitor, from the future,” Yoda said slowly, seemingly confirming the Sith’s identity. “Also a visitor from the future, that Sith?”

However, Skywalker did not respond to Yoda's question; he simply stood there quietly, as if none of this concerned him.

Just then, Killer Jake, who had been observing the fight between the two, suddenly spoke up: "First of all, I am not a Sith."

Her clear and firm voice broke the silence.

Yoda's body trembled slightly; his Force had failed to detect Kirsage's presence.

This shocked him greatly, because he had always been very confident in his Force perception.

“Secondly, I am not from this universe either,” Killer Jake continued.

Yoda's expression grew increasingly grim. He gripped his lightsaber tightly and watched Kirsaj warily.

He didn't know what this person from another world was doing or why he was here.

"You come from another world," Yoda's voice carried a hint of hostility. "What is your purpose in coming here?"

"Do you think the Galactic Republic is too chaotic?" Kilsager suddenly asked this question, which surprised Yoda.

This question seemed unrelated to their previous discussions, but Yoda still thought about it seriously.

Yoda frowned, staring at the human woman before him, a feeling he couldn't quite put into words welling up inside him.

She exuded an eerie aura, as if she had been corrupted by some terrible decay, or as if she had undergone a twisted transformation.

What disturbed Yoda even more was that he could feel that bloodthirsty desire gushing out of her, accompanied by the screams of countless souls, following her like a shadow.

However, despite all this being so obvious, Kirsar seems to have complete control over these dark forces.

They hovered around her, but dared not cross the line, and were even filled with fear of her.

Yoda tried to peer into the depths of her heart through the power emanating from her, but found it pitch black and he could see nothing.

Just as Yoda was pondering to himself, Killer suddenly turned sideways and walked leisurely past him, as if she wasn't worried at all that Yoda might suddenly attack her.

Her movements were elegant and confident, revealing an absolute confidence in her own abilities.

“Through my observation of you, I’ve discovered something interesting,” Killer Jake’s voice rang in Yoda’s ears, tinged with a faint chuckle.

Yoda turned to look at her, and saw that she was standing not far away. She turned around and their eyes met.

“The Force of Light and the Force of Darkness will always maintain a delicate balance,” Kirsage continued, “and the more one side is forcibly suppressed, the more severe the backlash from the other side will be.”

Her words seemed to contain a profound meaning, causing Yoda to fall into deep thought.

Yoda certainly understood the duality of the Force and the balance between them, but what did Kirsage's words mean? He stared at Kirsage, waiting for her to explain further.

"So, what do you think it would be like to establish a Galactic Empire where both the light and dark sides coexist?" Kirsage finally revealed her intention, her eyes flashing with an unfathomable light.
