Kilsager and Chat Groups

Chapter 116 The Tau Clan Accidentally Enters the Battlefield

Kilsager: You really want me to do this?

El: Hmm!

El: It would be better if I didn't have this teammate.

Renault: When we were in Agrippina, those Mechanicus sages didn't do much either.

Tarachin: Look at those three ships you have in his orbit, he wouldn't dare mess with you at all.

Tarasin: The Blackrock Array has been sent. Remember to call me when the ritual begins. @Kirsage

Kilsager: OK.

Elke wouldn't swallow this insult. Once the fleet left, Kirsaj would get his hands on an authentic Forge World, a planet that could be used to launch the Ideal City Project with just minor modifications.

However, another problem remains – how to deal with the Astronauts' laser guns? But this small matter is no challenge for Kil'Sage.

After all, once they successfully obtain the relevant data and blueprints, manufacturing the same weapon would be a piece of cake.

At this very moment, in the Kanzan Galaxy, that battle has evolved into a Mirror Constellation War.

The two fleets engaged in battle soon realized that they seemed to be deliberately stalling for time. This discovery made them realize that each of them had reinforcements rushing to their aid.

Derek was full of doubts. He couldn't understand it. Although he didn't know exactly how many ships the Imperial Navy had in the Cardia system, logically speaking, their number was definitely far less than the powerful Iron Warrior Legion.

If that's the case, why are these guys so tactless as to back down? Do they naively think they're facing just an ordinary Chaos Space Marine warband?

Derek snorted coldly, his face full of disdain.

In his view, the Iron Warriors, who still retain their complete legion structure, can definitely teach those false emperors' lackeys a lesson and let them know what true power and majesty are!

But at the same time, another matter kept lingering in Derek's mind, and he couldn't find an answer no matter how hard he tried.

How exactly did the other side launch a counterattack using their useless code attacks? This mystery lingered in Derek's mind like a heavy cloud, refusing to dissipate.

Just then, El and Derek simultaneously heard an urgent notification from the bridge: "Sir (Admiral), we have detected strong warp signal fluctuations. A ship is about to leap out of the warp!"

Upon hearing this news, both the Imperial Fleet representing El and the Chaos Fleet of the Iron Warriors instantly went on high alert.

A tense atmosphere permeated the entire space, with everyone staring intently at the deep, dark area ahead, quietly awaiting the arrival of the unknown.

Finally, with a dazzling flash of light, a uniquely shaped warship broke through the barrier of the warp first, followed by one Tau ship after another. In the end, the entire Tau fleet was fully displayed before everyone's eyes and came to a steady stop in the material universe, exactly between the Imperial fleet and the Chaos fleet.

"Where exactly are we now?" Captain Entas of the Tau race, standing on the command platform, frowned and turned to ask the Tu clan technicians on the bridge.

The reply was disheartening: "I'm sorry, Captain, we don't currently have a detailed star map of this area... However, according to the latest reconnaissance results, there are two human fleets attacking each other here!"

Entas couldn't help but mutter under his breath, "These wretched humans are everywhere."

Despite his complaints, as an experienced commander, he quickly calmed down and issued the order: "Immediately find the Water Clan's ambassador and see if we can use diplomacy to stop this pointless fight between the two human fleets."

The reason they were so confident in issuing such an order was that this Tau expeditionary fleet, which had come from afar, was equipped with a full five incredibly powerful "Guardian" class warships.

Even when facing the most powerful lunar-class warships of the human empire, they possessed enough strength to intimidate their opponents and force them to yield.

Of course, he had never fought against the human fleet; he had only seen human moon-class warships in records. He did not believe that humans would provoke such a powerful fleet for no reason.

"Captain, their warships... most of them are undocumented. We don't know their ship types and classes among humans."

As Entas was lost in thought, the Tu clan technicians interrupted him and, after a moment of hesitation, added, "Their capital ships have all the data that surpass the Imperial record for Moon-class warships."

“You’re kidding, right?” Entas was sweating profusely as the Water Clan’s diplomats began communicating with humans.

If their capital ships are all stronger than the Moon-class, wouldn't this fleet be doomed?

“No, their flagship is far larger than a Moon-class.” The Tu clan technician had just finished speaking when he saw Entas peacefully slump in the captain’s seat, repeating, “I am a sinner of the Empire, it’s all over.”

“Good news, Captain. The Human Empire has granted permission... and is urging us to leave.” The unsuspecting water clan diplomat walked onto the bridge and informed Entas of his diplomatic success. “However, the human rebels have not responded to us.”

"What! Humans... are letting us go?" Entas sat up, staring at the Water Clan diplomat in disbelief. The humans he had read about in the records were not like this.

Entas finally breathed a sigh of relief when the Water Clan diplomat nodded solemnly, thankfully the humans wouldn't attack them anymore.

He immediately ordered the fleet to move away, but naturally towards the human empire's fleet.

An attack squadron of Starhawk bombers passed near their fleet, joined other Starhawks to form an attack group, and then flew toward the Chaos warship under the cover of Fury interceptors.

“I have never seen so many Starhawks,” said the Tu clan technician. “Never before has such a large number of Starhawk bombers been recorded in any recorded war with humans.”

“Think positively. If we bring these back to the Empire, we will surely be rewarded by the Ether.” Entas watched the human fleets clash, somewhat puzzled. Shouldn’t they be charging at each other to utilize the powerful broadside firepower of the human warships?

This lukewarm battle didn't match the human empire fleet he had seen in the records; instead, it resembled the combat style of the Eldar warships described in those records.

"Captain, two large-scale warp reactions have been detected. A large fleet is about to leave the warp," the Tu clan technician reported the emergency to Entas. "One of them is very close to us!"

Not far from the Tau fleet, far from the battlefield, a beautiful giant ship bearing an inverted W symbol leaped out of the warp. Its azure hull added a touch of solemn beauty to the various churches on board.

The arriving fleet was the Space Marines assembled on Azure Star, with the Makrag Glory as its flagship, consisting of 2 Centurion battle barges, 2 Destroyer-class strike cruisers, 5 strike cruisers, 7 Vanguard-class light cruisers, and 19 escort ships.

The Tau warships were not far from this massive fleet, gazing at this terrifying force capable of destroying the Tau Empire.
