The geographical environment here is exceptionally harsh, and water resources are extremely scarce, causing immense problems for the local residents. Daily drinking water for people and livestock, as well as irrigation water for rice paddies, have become major challenges.

Faced with such difficulties, the village's Party branch and village committee did not back down. They resolutely carried forward the great spirit of hard work and perseverance, leading the villagers in a tough and arduous battle.

After three years of tireless effort and hard work, they finally carved out a winding canal on the steep and dangerous cliffs.
