Summoned from another world, the hero is Ultraman Zeta.

The flames that drive away beasts are merely the breath of monsters roaring; the lightning that splits rocks and burns wood is just the slashing of monsters' claws. On this land where magic and monsters coexist, humans are not the only ones who can summon wind and rain.

With a giant stomp, dust billowed up as a monster with its tail raised looked around; with wings spread wide, blotting out the sun, a giant bird flew and released sparks as it looked down at the earth; a flock of small beasts rushed out on the mountain path, their roars echoing through the mountains.

The monsters were alerted, and the reason was obvious: Zeta had been flying too blatantly at low altitudes earlier. Its strangely patterned appearance was seen as an anomaly by the monsters, and now was precisely the time to be highly vigilant against such anomalies.
