Huh? There's a magic school here.

Chapter 50 Quidditch Stadium

As the two were eating breakfast, young wizards kept rushing into the Great Hall, sitting down to eat, and then quickly leaving. After finishing their meal, Beretta and Wendy left the Great Hall and headed outside. They quickly reached the Quidditch pitch, eager to see what was happening.

A commotion arose from the Quidditch pitch, punctuated by sounds like sticks striking objects. Intrigued, the two quickened their pace and entered the pitch.

In the distance, someone picked up a ball-like object, threw it high into the air with great force, and then struck it hard with a stick. With a whoosh, the ball flew towards a fourteen or fifteen-year-old wizard opposite her. The wizard, without dodging, was also holding a wooden stick.

His eyes were fixed on the ball flying towards him, and he waited for the right moment to swing his club. *Tch!* A chorus of boos erupted; he'd missed the ball, which had sailed far away. Nearby, he could hear a familiar young wizard saying, "Fred Apoo, are you even up to par? Where's all that bragging you had earlier?"

Before the batter could even respond, they heard the pitcher in the distance shouting loudly in their direction.

“Fried Appl, you did very well just now. You weren’t afraid of the ball flying towards you at such a fast speed, and you saw the ball.”

"But I didn't hit the professor! And in Quidditch, you don't give me that much time to react, do you?"

"That's right, you missed. That's because you swung too fast. When the ball got close to you, you instinctively swung without considering your speed. Do it again, and before you decide to swing, shout something, and then swing."

“Alright, Professor Hodge! I’m ready, let’s begin.” Federer Ap picked up the wooden stick again and looked straight ahead.

"Here comes the Quaffle!" The ball that had flown far away came flying back again. Mrs. Hodge caught the ball and threw it into the air again, hitting it. This time, Fred Up didn't disappoint his friends. He suddenly shouted and swung his bat. With a loud thud, he hit the oncoming Quaffle right in front of him. Because of the great force, the Quaffle flew a long way. If it were a baseball, it would definitely be a home run.

“Very good, Ferid Up, you will be an excellent hitter. If your college ever organizes a Quidditch team, I hope you will sign up.”

“Thank you, Professor Hodge, I will! I really enjoyed the feeling of hitting the ball.” Federer Ap was still savoring the sensation of hitting the Quaffle.

"Alright, next one! Grab your bat and tell me your name loudly!"

“Okay, Professor! My name is Jerome Bucky! I was dragged here by my roommate.”

"Okay, whatever the reason, you're already standing there, ready? I'm going to serve."

"Professor, everything is ready. Let's begin."

So Professor Hodge, just like the previous two times, hit the ball towards him. Jerome, terrified, instinctively dropped his bat and ducked to the side when he saw the ball coming.

“Alright, Jerome Bucky, pass the bat to the next person. You should take your flying lessons first, and try playing Quidditch again in a couple of years.”

Jerome handed the bat to Jean-Nutrie with an embarrassed look on his face, and complained, "See, I told you I couldn't do it, but you insisted on dragging me to try. Now I've really embarrassed myself."

"Alright, alright, Jerome, don't worry about it. It's normal to fail these kinds of trials; I've seen it all before in the team. Those who don't pass can keep practicing and try their luck with other teams. There will always be someone who recognizes their talent."

Jean-Nico Madison, offering words of comfort, took the bat, walked to the batter's box, and got into position. He shouted to Hodge, "Professor, my name is Jean-Nico Madison! I'm ready!"

Professor Hodge didn't say much and served again. Jean-Nutrie didn't disappoint, hitting the ball squarely! However, he swung too much, and the ball flew towards the infield instead of soaring high into the air.

"Very good, Jean, your coordination is excellent. I also hope to see you on the field again! Next!"

Seeing Jean return the bat and head towards the crowd, Beretta and Wendy approached. "Hey, Jean! What are you doing? By the way, that was a great hit!"

"Thank you, Beretta. Are you new here?"

“Yes, yes. So what are you doing?” Beretta asked again, her voice trembling with anxiety.

"Oh, I see. Because a Quidditch pitch suddenly appeared, a lot of people came to see what was going on. They found Professor Hodge standing there, and as the number of people gradually increased, Professor Hodge suggested teaching us how to play Quidditch, saying it would start with hitting the ball, so everyone took turns playing. And that's how it turned out."

"Oh, is that so? That sounds interesting! Come on, Wendy. Let's go line up. Oh, and thank you for letting me know."

"It's alright, go on. Quidditch seems pretty interesting." That was Jean Nou's opinion from Captain Tsubasa.

"Huh? No, Beretta, it looks a bit dangerous." This was Wendy's thought.

"Okay, it's alright. Let's go, just consider it keeping me company." So the two went to the middle of the line, and soon it was their turn. However, Wendy really didn't have any talent; she was terrified of the ball and screamed, crouching on the ground with her head in her hands. Beretta was different; she tried very hard and seriously, but it was all for naught—she couldn't hit the ball at all. In the end, she had to give up.

Professor Hodge comforted the two, suggesting Beretta try again later, praising her courage. This impromptu ball-hitting activity by Professor Hodge lasted only a little over an hour. After all, Professor Hodge isn't invincible; she must have been exhausted from hitting so many balls in that time!

Meanwhile, Aandres sat quietly in the headmaster's office, observing everything. The main quest's happiness level was rising. It seemed making the young wizards happy was quite easy; perhaps they should organize more similar activities on weekends in the future?

Andres was waiting for Catherine in the headmaster's office when he noticed a task notification light up in the system while he was reading. Opening it, he saw the students' happiness level was slowly increasing. Confused, he opened the 3D model of the castle to see what was going on, and discovered that this time, in addition to the castle, he could also see the newly built Quidditch pitch. Then he saw Professor Hodge playing Quidditch with the children, and he understood why the happiness level was increasing.

He stroked his chin, pondered for a moment, and then brought up the system. "System, how many points does a set of Wizard's Chess cost?" Because through Quidditch, he remembered another important event in the wizarding world: the Wizard's Chess Tournament.

"Host, Wizard Chess is worth fifty points per game."

"Exchange five sets of Wizard's Chess for me."

"Okay, redemption successful. 250 system points deducted."

Having used all five cards, five boxes appeared on the table. They were neatly arranged in a row, and just as Andres was about to open one of the boxes, there was a knock on the office door, and Dobby's voice came from outside.

"Principal Andres, Ms. Catherine has arrived."
