Huh? There's a magic school here.

Chapter 13 The Book of Admission

Watching Professor McGonagall leave, Anders began to survey the office. The principal's office was a spacious, beautiful circular room, the walls adorned with portraits of former principals, both male and female, all gently snoring in their frames. There was also a large table with claw-shaped legs.

In addition, there are several tall bookshelves filled with books. Originally, the Sorting Hat was supposed to be permanently stored on a bookshelf indoors, but now Andres discovered that the Sorting Hat, like other magical items, needs to be exchanged.

Andres began searching the office and found a small bookshelf in the place where Phoenix Fox used to be kept. There was only one book on it, which was called "The Book of Admission".

This is a large book made of parchment with a black dragon-skin cover. Because the Book of Admission records the name and date of birth of every wizarding child, it can tell people who will enter Hogwarts and when, perfectly preventing Hogwarts from accidentally admitting Squibs.

Andres opened the heavy book, and the system prompted: Use the Book of Admission magic item? "Yes, of course," he thought to himself, "thank goodness it's a gift from the system, otherwise how am I supposed to recruit students?"

After selection, several dialog boxes popped up on the system interface. For now, the book can only record young wizards born in the British Isles and the Land of the Shamrock; the search scope will expand as Hogwarts Castle upgrades.

Originally, the book would list the names of each young wizard upon their eleventh birthday. However, due to special circumstances in this world, it will display wizards aged eleven to eighteen for the headmaster to choose from. The headmaster can then arrange their study time according to their age. For example, students aged eleven to twelve can choose a seven-year program, students aged thirteen to fourteen can choose a five-year program, and students aged fifteen to seventeen can choose a three-year program. However, it is not mandatory to arrange according to the headmaster's wishes.

It seems the system's intention is to arrange student graduations in a reasonable manner to earn system points, which will then be used to support school development. This also benefits Andres, as the earlier graduation of students with shorter study periods is advantageous for his work in developing the magical world.

In this way, a group of students could graduate in as little as three years and help him manage the school and the magical world. After reading the system prompt and closing the dialog box, the Book of Admission flashed with white light, and the Pen of Acceptance next to the book began to write rapidly on it.

Neville Frick: Born in April 1995, currently residing on the second floor of 128 Privet Road, Little Huigkin, Surrey, England.

Luca Herzog: Born in July 1992, currently residing at 31 Carnaby Street, London, England.

Janna Durand: Born in May 1988, she currently resides at 98 Royal Mile, Edinburgh, UK.

Andres watched as the Acceptance Pen continued to rapidly jot down names, dates of birth, and addresses. He decided to let it continue for now and discuss student admissions with Professor McGonagall when she arrived tomorrow.

"More than!"

"I need to leave for a while. If you need anything, come find me in London."

"Yes, Headmaster!"

Andreas Apparated and returned home to London from Hogwarts. After a quick tidy-up, he went out. He found a law firm near his home, where a tall, blonde woman with long legs greeted him.

"Hello sir, my name is Tina Watt. How can I help you?"

"I want to register a company in the UK and would like your help in the process. I would also appreciate your assistance in providing legal services for my new company."

"No problem, sir. Please fill out the form first."

After Andres filled out a bunch of forms, he discovered a crucial problem: he didn't have a business premises yet. So he called Adams.

"Hey Adams, it's me, Andres! I'm in for another call. Help me find an office in Historic County or Inverness. I recently registered a company."

"Haha, Andres. I think my people would be happy to help you. May I ask what industry you're planning to work in? Of course, whatever the industry, I suggest you stay in Inverness, it will make it easier for you to recruit people later! Also, do you have any requirements regarding the size of the venue, or any other special requirements?"

"Yes, I'd like to start a procurement company. You know I need to buy a lot of things to build up Skye after taking it over. There aren't any special requirements, just enough space for an office. Five people will be enough for the start-up, but you need to reserve space for future expansion!"

"Of course, no problem. Give me some time, and I'll have Smith contact you once I've found a place!"

After Andres finished the call, Tina confirmed that the form was complete and that he could pick up the documents in three days after paying the fee. Andres confirmed everything was in order, paid the fee, and left the law firm.

Besides these, he also needs people: a professional manager to run the company, a financial oversight firm for the accounts, and three staff members to purchase daily necessities and deliver them to the school. Perhaps this professional manager should know he's working for Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, which could avoid a lot of trouble?

Okay, I'll write all of this down in a little notebook so I don't forget it when I'm too busy. Besides that, he also needs to find a financial operations team. He can't just leave the money in his account in the bank earning interest; he needs to make money from it! But this team only needs to follow orders. After all, Andres has a cheat code. They just need to follow Andres's instructions to acquire shares of those big companies from the future and wait for them to take off.

They can also plunder again at the European Championship two years later. Since the casinos have already squandered their money anyway, it's better to let Andres use it to build schools. Yes, all of this is written down in his little notebook!

While Andres was wandering aimlessly through the streets, pondering what to write down in his notebook, Hogwarts Castle was also bustling with activity.

“Dobby, the school only has enough food for five hundred meals per person. That’s not enough. Also, we need to tell Headmaster that we don’t have much seasoning either.” Sparkle was the first to appear before Dobby, and as soon as she finished speaking, the house-elf Lightning appeared with a whoosh. “Dobby, I just checked and we don’t have enough sheets and blankets to change!” Dobby snapped his fingers, and a quill pen scribbled these notes on parchment. He initially wrote five hundred meals in the food section, but after a moment, the quill pen crossed out the number and wrote one thousand. With the arrival of Kreacher and Hedgehog, the parchment grew longer and longer. Thankfully, Andres didn’t know any of this, otherwise, he would have been speechless looking at the supply list.
