I was transported from Lobotomy Corporation to another world.
Chapter 3 Goblin
Red stared blankly at the surrounding jungle and the white clouds in the sky.
I've never seen anything like this in my entire life—oh, no, I've only seen it on TV.
The sky in the cartoon is this blue, like this fresh air.
This peaceful atmosphere is wonderful; this is the only way Red can express his feelings.
I had only heard about it from older generations, but I didn't believe it at the time.
Redner's initial annoyance vanished, replaced by a surge of curiosity about the world.
"Forget it, forget it, let bygones be bygones."
"Anyway, I don't have any relatives. I was going to be rich soon, but in the end, I ended up with this mess!"
"Forget it, let's go take a look from a distance."
Reed reverted to his usual lazy self, hunching over and slouching as he found a spot not too overgrown with weeds and started wandering around aimlessly.
As Reed walked, he checked his belongings. After all, he had suddenly traveled to another world and didn't know if he had lost anything.
EGO Equipment: Twilight
EGO Weapon: Twilight
Tool Fantasy: Heart of Desire
Job Manual: Instinctive Work, Insightful Work, Communicative Work, and Pressure Work
Mission communication watch, spare riot baton, endorphins
The accessories include: Queen of Abomination's head, Ice Queen's cheek, Great Bird headdress, White Night's left back, Son of the Galaxy's neck, Little Red Riding Hood's mask, Magic Shooter's beak, Big Bad Wolf's face, Judgment Bird's eyes, Queen of Greed's hand, Little Prince's gloves, Apocalypse Bird's right back, and Moon Goddess's chest.
That's all Red was wearing; his entire body was covered in jewelry, except for the back of his head, which needed to be blessed.
He also had four notebooks for working with aliens and a watch that indicated a mission.
And the endorphins he secretly bought from the security department staff.
Reed first tried the watch on his wrist, but after tapping around, he found it wouldn't work because there was no signal.
However, some basic functions still work, such as the weather and company structure diagram.
Reed simply turned off his watch; since he couldn't receive any sound, there was no point in keeping it on.
And this thing needs to be charged, so we should at least save on electricity.
Reed touched his jewelry, and on a whim, removed it all.
Besides the necklace of the Son of the Galaxy, because of this necklace, it can automatically restore a small amount of health to itself every once in a while.
I was resting on the rock just now, waiting for time to regenerate.
Although he was still injured, he couldn't stand sitting there, so he simply left.
Red took everything back, leaving his hands empty.
An hour later, Reed was still walking among the trees on either side.
To put it simply, we haven't left yet, but along the way we've encountered some small things related to civilization.
For example, a simple little trap, as simple as a trap made of sticks, stones, and rope.
He also saw some footprints along the way, but Red had never seen animal footprints before, so he didn't know what kind of animal they were.
They also encountered a human skeleton on the road, next to which lay a rusty, broken iron sword.
There were also some pieces of clothing, and Reed went to examine them and found some carved seashells.
Red simply put it in his pocket; he didn't understand, but he had to take it!
After walking for an hour, Reed was certain that there was indeed human civilization here.
However, we haven't seen any humans yet, except for those white bones.
Reed wondered how the skeleton had died. If someone had robbed it, its clothes wouldn't be so tattered.
In other words, it was done by some ferocious animal; that is to say, the person was murdered by an animal.
So this place is dangerous? Thinking of the danger, Reed became alert again.
I looked up at the sun; it was still so bright.
Reed had initially thought the woods were quite safe, but after seeing the skeletons, he suddenly felt a sense of danger.
Red quickened his pace, determined to at least get out of the forest.
Reed quickened his pace and suddenly heard a strange sound that resembled a conversation.
Reed slowed his pace, looked ahead more closely, and spotted several small green things.
It seemed the other person was holding stones or sticks, jumping around and yelling in a language he couldn't understand.
Reed frowned slightly, slowly approached, hid behind a tree, and cautiously peeked out.
As we got closer, we could see it clearly. The small, green thing was human-shaped, but its ears were longer and its nose was also longer.
They were still covered in mud and not wearing any clothes, and were carrying some stones and sticks.
Five animals were surrounding a large rabbit that was hanging from a trap.
Judging from the other party's somewhat ferocious smile, they were probably very happy to see food fall into the trap.
Once Reed saw what the creature looked like, his feelings for it had already diminished to a minimum.
It's kind of ugly...and it looks very barbaric. And what is this thing anyway?
I've never heard of such a thing before, and it even wields a stick; it must be somewhat intelligent.
But judging from this, he seems to possess wisdom, but not much...
Although Reed resisted contact with the green creatures, he finally discovered some strange creatures after walking for only an hour.
They can also wield sticks and make traps; I guess the traps we encountered earlier were made by this green creature.
Reed composed himself and decided to see if he could get any information out of him.
After Red stepped out of the tree, he stomped his foot on the ground.
Upon hearing footsteps, the green creatures all turned around, immediately becoming alert.
Holding a stone, he was about to throw it when Red saw this and quickly spoke up.
"Hello, I mean no harm, I'm just asking for directions!"
But the green creature acted as if it hadn't heard, throwing the stone in its hand directly at the creature while chattering away.
After throwing the stones, you should grab a stick and rush forward.
Reed was hit in the chest, but his 0.3 red resistance meant he didn't lose any health at all.
But this action angered Reed, who yelled, "Fine! I'm trying to talk to you like a human, but you can't? And you dare throw me? You deserve to be punished!"
Reed also realized that this pile of green stuff wasn't friendly to him.
Seeing the green creatures about to charge, Reed paused, his hand reaching for the Twilight Blade.
Reed decided to pull out his stun baton and fight it out to see just how capable this green creature was.
Reed pulled out his stun baton and was about to swing it when
"what!"
"Squeak!"
The five green creatures appeared to be severely injured; they collapsed and died with a thud.
"Huh?" Reed was a little confused and embarrassed. How did these five green things suddenly die?
Reed went over to check and found some unidentified wounds on the other person's body.
Reed thought for a moment and then suddenly realized.
"Oh, right! My twilight coat will cause harm to the other party if it detects that they are aggressive!"
So these five creatures were killed by the characteristics of their own equipment?
Reed was somewhat annoyed that his opponent was too fragile!
Reed wanted the auto-attack of the Twilight Armor to be temporarily removed, but it didn't work; it couldn't be removed at all.
Furthermore, Reed was drenched in sweat the whole way while wearing this coat, whereas he usually works in an air-conditioned office and doesn't feel sweaty.
But now I'm being exposed to the sun and walking for an hour.
Reed could no longer bear the heat; his twilight armor suddenly vanished, having been temporarily removed.
A suit jacket worn under a coat
"Luckily, I had a suit inside, otherwise, being naked might have made me look like a pervert."
Reed nodded contentedly, ready to continue on his way.
Turning her head slightly, she saw the large rabbit hanging halfway.
"I've never eaten rabbit meat before! I don't know if it tastes good..."
After Reed finished speaking, he picked up the rabbit in his hand, and the rabbit kicked wildly in panic.
"I'm sick!"
"Boom"
Reed punched the rabbit directly in the body.
The rabbit recovered from all its illnesses! Its ADHD disappeared! Its dizziness stopped! Its heart stopped beating!
“Well…” Reed shook the motionless rabbit and scratched his head.
"Wow, was that punch really that powerful? I even held back a lot of my strength."
"Hmm... I'll be more careful next time. This one died too early; I don't even know if the meat was fresh."
