All the heavens began with Huo Yi

Chapter 35 is actually about Xiu Gou'er.

"Hehe, old monk, look, I'm here to help you! You pass on your wonderful teachings to me, and I'll go and deal with your wicked disciple and get your Buddha head back." Su'er leaped a few steps and came to Lingji's side.

"Hey, hehehe~ You're getting impatient again. It's not that I'm not going to send it now, it's just that the time isn't right."

Now that the chosen one knows my identity, I will remind him that our destiny lies in the Crouching Tiger Temple. After saying this, Lingji turned into a cloud of dust and disappeared.

"Blood turns to wind, sand turns to rain, and stray cats and mice run wild!" Although Lingji was gone, his song still echoed in the air.

"Hey, you monk?" Su'er watched Lingji disappear, but there was nothing he could do. He couldn't force Lingji to teach him magic, so he could only bury his head and rush into the village.

Within a few miles of Shamen Village, one had already entered the Yellow Wind Formation, where riding the wind was no longer an option; one could only rely on walking.

Given that the rat demons here were all scoundrels, Suerlai adopted a ruthless strategy of killing them all along the way, sparing no one, and delivering a fatal curse to anyone who showed their face.

[Shamen Village]

Finally, Suer saw a crooked and rotten wooden sign, on which the words "Shamen Village" could be vaguely discerned.

Just as he was about to go inside, a shout of "Hero!" stopped Su'er.

"Hero, hero, wait a moment."

When Suer turned around, what came into view was a dog's face with bared teeth, looking like a yellow pine tree that had come to take human form.

"Hero, could you please help this humble fairy?"

"What's the deal?"

"I have a recipe for an elixir that has fallen into the hands of that wicked frog. Could you please help me retrieve it, sir?"

Su'er looked at the dog bowing and saluting, chuckled twice, and said, "How can I, an ordinary monkey, help an immortal like you? Even you can't beat that frog, how could I? Besides, we don't even know each other, why should I help you?"

After saying that, Su'er made a move to leave. Seeing this, Xu Gou immediately stepped forward, grabbed Su'er's sleeve, and grinned, "Good man, you don't know, I am Jiaxu, one of the six Ding and six Jia gods. You can call me Xu Gou."

Because he offended the Heavenly Emperor, he was banished to the mortal realm and lost his divine powers.

If you, sir, help me retrieve the elixir recipe, I can then refine elixirs for you.

"Oh? Then what is your relationship with Shenhou?"

“Shenhou and I are brothers! He and I are both demoted officials, just like me! Oh!” Xugou looked at the wine gourd at Su’er’s waist and asked, “Is the wine in this gourd brewed by Brother Shenhou?”

“Yes, it was indeed given to me by Brother Shenhou,” Suer replied.

"Hehehe... Good man, since you and Shenhou are friends, why don't you help me out for Shenhou's sake?" Xugou rubbed his hands together with a grin, looking expectant.

Seeing that Xu Gou was still pretending, Su Er didn't think about exposing him. He just nodded and said, "Then take me there and I'll get it for you."

Upon hearing this, Xu Gou's smile widened, and he pulled Su Er toward the pool where Lang Li Ge Bo was hiding.

"It was this frog that swallowed my elixir formula whole. I've been waiting here for days and nights, and today I need a hero to lend a hand."

"Wait!"

Suer, carrying his staff and spear, leaped down and landed in the pool.

"You frog spirit, you're even wearing clothes! How ugly! Like a toad sticking on a scallion, what are you trying to prove?"

Suer looked at the large yellow frog in the pool and said, "If you can understand me, return the pill formula, or I won't... Holy crap, you're asking for it!"

Before Suer could finish speaking, the yellow frog turned around and kicked at Suer with its two hind legs. Luckily, Suer dodged in time, otherwise the new clothes given to him by the Black Wind Mountain local deity would probably have been kicked and torn.

"I want to eat frog hot pot today!"

A flash of green light, and the yellow frog turned into a dead frog.

He used a cutting spell to cut off two strong frog legs, then cut open the frog spirit's belly, took out the pill, washed it in water, and then ran back to the side of the dog with a corner of the pill held between two fingers.

"Here you go. This frog spirit's belly was too fishy and smelly, so I washed it in water. I hope the words on it haven't faded."

"Don't worry, my friend. The paper and ink used in this prescription are not ordinary. The paper won't burn when burned, and the ink won't come off when washed with water."

The dog pretended to put some medicine into the mortar and pestle, then started pounding it. After pounding for a while, it poured some strong medicine into the mortar, then pounded it for a while longer before reaching out and dipping its hand into the contents of the mortar and smearing it on the stone.

"Holy crap! Sulfuric acid?"

Suer clicked his tongue in amazement as he looked at the steam rising from the stone.

"What sulfuric acid? This talisman is already made, but without going through the alchemy furnace, it will ultimately be a substandard product. I won't embarrass myself by showing it to you, hero. Once I find the alchemy furnace of the Great Sage Yellow Wind, I will make you a batch of good talismans."

The dog casually tossed the bowl on the ground, handed the pill formula to Su'er, bowed to Su'er, and turned to leave.

"Looking for the alchemy furnace? Why don't you come with me? I'm going to find that weasel anyway. The Great Sage's potential is with him, and I'm already his enemy. Going with you to steal his alchemy furnace won't make us enemies." This time, it was Su'er who grabbed Xu Gou's sleeve.

"Very well, it's troublesome for you, sir. But I can only stay far behind you and try my best not to cause you any trouble."

"Okay, then you can come along."

Suer instructed the dog to play, and then took the lead.

Xu Gou watched Su Er's retreating figure and muttered to himself: He's still the same as before, always eager to help others.

As you venture deeper into the village, you'll encounter two-headed rats. These creatures look like the precious creations of that evil scientist, but the two heads don't seem to bring any increase in intelligence; they remain as stupid as defective products.

There are far too many rat demons in this Shamen Village, many of them cowering in houses or behind rocks.

He carried a crossbow and would shoot arrows at any living person he saw.

All I can say is that the local gangs in Huangfengling are incredibly rude!

Using Avada Kedavra only eliminated a group of visible rat demons; many more remained hiding inside houses and under cracks in rocks.

The endless expanse of yellow sand at Huangfeng Ridge suggests that it hasn't rained in a long time. Today, Su'er will bring a rain to these rat demons!

The blue meteors fell, smashing holes in the roof tiles of the houses until the roofs collapsed, slowly turning the cracks in the stone slabs into dust. Even the rat demons hiding inside were smashed into a pile of rat mud and duck necks.

Seeing that the situation was mostly resolved, Suer withdrew from the Starfall event.

Not long after Suer withdrew the Starfall, a tall figure emerged furtively from a crack in a door.

It turned out to be a giant rat, dressed in golden armor. There was a smaller rat under the crotch of the tall rat, much smaller than the ordinary rat demon.

“My son, that strange rain just now was suspicious. We must be careful to avoid losing our lives. Now that your eldest brother has gone mad and your third brother has run away, my son, you are all I have left.”

The little mouse under the giant rat spoke in a sorrowful tone, while the giant rat, in its simple-minded state, simply nodded and replied, "I understand."

Just as Suer was about to show himself and use Yazler's laser to take away the two rat demons, he heard a loud noise coming from another direction.
