The Origin of Chapter 7 Booklet

Ito Sawa flipped through the booklet in his hand and noticed that many of the names of superpowers were marked with question marks or were simply left blank.

Just as he was wondering, the principal's voice slowly rang out in the gymnasium.

"Our school's first principal was not only the founder of our school, but also an awe-inspiring psychic."

The principal's eyes gleamed with deep respect for the past. "He was the father of the current school board chairman, a true leader and a giant in the world of supernatural abilities."

The principal continued, his voice filled with reminiscence: "His strength lay not only in his supernatural abilities, but also in his wisdom and vision. With the support of Lord Onigashima, he founded this school, providing a place for all children with supernatural abilities to learn and grow."

"His original intention in founding the school was to cultivate a new generation of people with superpowers, so that they could use their powers correctly and contribute to society." The principal's eyes revealed a firm belief. "He hopes that this school can become a beacon for people with superpowers, illuminating their path forward."

"And this book is his work."

The students were drawn to the principal's words, their eyes fixed on the elder, waiting for him to continue.

"This principal's spiritual power is incredibly strong, so strong that he can communicate with the spirits of the gods through divine intervention." The principal's voice became even more mysterious, as if he were unveiling a long-forgotten secret. "Many of the mysteries of this world were discovered by him bit by bit from the gods."

In his exploration, he gradually realized a serious problem: the incompleteness of supernatural abilities. He discovered that due to a lack of comprehensive and in-depth understanding of supernatural abilities, so-called supernatural ability teaching simply could not be conducted systematically. This presented him with an unprecedented challenge, because he knew that if he could not grasp the essence of supernatural abilities, then students would be unable to unleash their true potential.

So he explored forbidden knowledge, asking the gods everything about supernatural abilities, and the gods generously told him all the secrets of those abilities. But the price was the burning of his life force.

As knowledge flooded in, he felt his life force rapidly draining away. His skin turned pale, and the light in his eyes gradually dimmed. Nevertheless, he persisted in recording the knowledge imparted by the gods until his very last moment. He recorded the core principles and most important parts of superpowers, laying the foundation for later teachings on superpowers.

Ultimately, after recording this valuable knowledge, the principal passed away peacefully.

And that is the origin of this booklet, and also the reason why it is incomplete.

"He not only left us with knowledge of supernatural abilities, but also with the courage to explore the unknown and the pursuit of knowledge." The principal's gaze swept over each student, and his voice became more resolute. "Every student of Gaoyu should be like him, with the courage to dedicate themselves to knowledge and the determination to contribute to humanity."

As the principal finished his story, thunderous applause erupted in the gymnasium.

The students were deeply moved by the story, their eyes sparkling with anticipation for the future and curiosity about the world of superpowers.

Looking at the enthusiastic applause from below the stage, the principal seemed to recall something, a nostalgic glint in his eyes, and he left the gymnasium with a sigh.

As the principal departed with a sigh, a representative of the first-year students was about to take the stage to speak. This is a tradition of the annual entrance ceremony, designed to give new students the opportunity to express their voices.

When Arisu Sakayanagi's name was announced, Ito Sawa was not surprised. Despite using a cane, she resolutely walked to the podium. Her figure, though frail, revealed an undeniable strength.

Ito Sawa understood perfectly. Sakayanagi Arisu was not only a student in Class A, but also the daughter of the school's chairman. This identity made it natural for her to become the freshman representative.

Sakayanagi Arisu stood on the podium, her voice, though soft, carried clearly throughout the entire gymnasium: Sakayanagi Arisu stood on the podium, her voice, though soft, carried a firm strength.

Her gaze swept over each of the new students in the audience. She knew that many of these young faces had not yet fully grasped how their upcoming life differed from that of a typical high school student.

"Hello everyone. I am Sakayanagi Arisu from Class 1-A." Sakayanagi Arisu began her speech. "As a representative of the new students, I would like to emphasize that our life here will be completely different from that of a regular high school. We will not only learn knowledge, but also shoulder the important responsibility of improving our supernatural abilities."

Her voice echoed in the stadium, each word clear and powerful: "Here, every effort we make, every challenge we take, is to explore and enhance our inner potential. Our special abilities are what set us apart, and they are also our companions on our path of growth."

Sakayanagi Arisu continued, “We were chosen to come here because we have the potential to become strong. But potential is not the same as reality; it needs to be explored, nurtured, and honed.” Her eyes shone with anticipation for the future. “Our mission is not only to learn how to use our abilities, but more importantly, to learn how to control them and how to make them a part of our power.”

"Here, we will face many challenges that will test our courage, wisdom, and determination," Arisu Sakayanagi's voice became even more impassioned. "But please remember, every challenge is an opportunity for growth. Our goal is not only to become excellent students, but also to become strong individuals who take control of their own destiny."

As she finished speaking, enthusiastic applause erupted in the gymnasium. The freshmen were inspired by her words, their eyes sparkling with anticipation for the challenges ahead and a desire to enhance their abilities.

Ito Sawa frowned slightly. It was all useless talk. Anyone could say those words. He realized that Chairman Sakayanagi's arrangement was not just to let his daughter appear in front of everyone, but also to ensure that when the students learned his surname in the future, they would naturally associate her with the chairman, thus protecting her from unnecessary bullying.
