Berry felt a strange connection to the light dancing within the crystal, a connection so strong and intimate that giving it to William felt like severing a part of her soul.

However, contrary to her expectations, when William reflexively took the crystal from her hand, the light did not disappear, or even vanish.

“Look,” William pointed to the crystal, gesturing for her to come closer. For some reason, she listened to him. “Look closely at the white spots in the crystal. Can you see these red and gold spots?”

She had noticed them. So she nodded. "What's so special about them?" she asked, not expecting anything new.

“You have a twin soul,” William said, delivering a shocking message after seeing her test results.

“Twin spirits?” She gasped in surprise, her mouth agape for a few seconds before she added in bewilderment, “I’ve never heard of such a thing before.”

"This was expected. After all, people with twin martial souls will face a fatal encounter when they reach the ninety-nine bottleneck, just like you."

“Fatal…you mean fatal?!” Her face turned ashen. For some reason, she began to lose all doubt in William’s words, as if listening to the profound wisdom of a master.

“It’s not that fatal yet, at least not if you don’t force your way through,” he said, as the old story became even more suspicious in his mind.

A Soul Master from such a powerful family, possessing twin Martial Souls... How could her death in her previous life have been so simple?

"I will save you," he made up his mind. As his master had instructed, he had to repay the kindness with magnanimity.

William nodded slowly and said, "The red light is related to your clan's martial spirit. As for the golden light, it's related to another martial spirit, the nemesis of any dragon... phoenix martial spirit!"

"What?!" If she had to be described, she was a bright child, practically a genius. Therefore, she easily understood what William said. "Why is there such a hostile soul within me towards my dragon soul?"

“When you say that, it makes sense…” She paused for a long time to think about what he had said.

She lacked all the knowledge and experience William possessed, but she was, after all, a bright child. After William's simple explanation, she realized her problem and understood its cause.

"Then what should I do?" Remembering what William had said, her eyes suddenly lit up: "Didn't you say you could fix it?"
