The old man took a deep breath, calmed himself down, and then said, "Anyway, it's not exactly a secret. It all started twenty years ago..."

William heard the man tell an old and common story. All his family members—his parents, sisters, and brothers—had perished in a monster outbreak caused by a scarlet monster.
