Professor McGonagall shouldn't have gone into such depth for the freshmen's first lesson, but considering Chen Feng's presence, it would have been a waste of his time to talk about general science.

Therefore, these taboos and some details of the Transfiguration technique are all telling Chen Feng not to work in the wrong direction, lest he go astray.

And since most of the Slytherin students were absent, it was naturally impossible to teach spells in this class.

"Alright, familiarize yourselves with what I just taught you." Professor McGonagall transformed into a kitten and sat upright on the podium.

After a brief silence, two figures rushed over – it was Harry and his friend Ron.

"Phew, thank goodness Professor McGonagall isn't here, or we'd be in big trouble."

"Yes, yes, he looks so serious, he doesn't seem like someone you can easily talk to."

The two stepped forward to greet Hermione, only to find her staring intently behind them, then giving them a look as if they were idiots.

The two were still wondering why Hermione was looking at them like that when they saw the little cat on the podium transform into Professor McGonagall and walk past them.

"And why were you late this time?" Professor McGonagall's face was frosty, and her voice was not loud, but every word was like a cold wind blowing into their hearts.

Harry and Ron opened their mouths, speechless.

Just then, three more people rushed in, none other than Malfoy and his two companions.

Professor McGonagall, seeing the three arrive, immediately let Harry and Malfoy go and walked towards them. "Your Slytherin house is quite impressive, isn't it? The whole class skipped class on the second day. Should I resign from Professor Dumbledore's office and let Slytherin students learn Transfiguration on their own from now on?"

Malfoy and his two companions were immediately alarmed. At that moment, they wished they hadn't slept on the sofa yesterday, but had instead lain on the floor, so they could have gone to the infirmary like them today, instead of having to endure Professor McGonagall's rage here.

"No, Professor McGonagall, please let us explain." Malfoy waved his hands repeatedly, then noticed someone tugging at his hem, and then he saw Chen Feng's meaningful smile.

It felt like an electric current was coursing through his body, and his hair stood on end. Yesterday, they had witnessed Chen Feng's incredible feat of single-handedly taking on all the freshmen.

If he offended Chen Feng, he would probably get a beating every day as a matter of course.

Can I take a punch myself?

To be honest, I probably couldn't even land a single punch.

Malfoy immediately lowered his head and said, "I'm sorry, Professor McGonagall. We were wrong this time. We promise we'll never do it again."

Upon hearing this, Professor McGonagall was taken aback. Just moments ago, he had been shouting that he was wronged and wanted to explain, but now he had come up and admitted his mistake, leaving Professor McGonagall speechless.

"You want a next time? Get back to your seats, all of you!" Professor McGonagall snapped coldly.

Harry and Ron slipped back to their seats, and the three of them, Malfoy, quickly sat down, looking like obedient children.

The others originally wanted to ask them about the situation in Slytherin, but the three of them stood like statues, not saying a word, their main characteristic being their honesty.

It turned out that the three of them were sitting not far from Chen Feng. Every time Chen Feng looked at them, they would involuntarily think of the terrifying scene of Chen Feng knocking them down with one punch, and they dared not speak at all, which continued until the end of the class.

The next class was Snape's Potions class, located near the dungeon not far from the Slytherin common room. The entire road was dark and damp, and most of the new students had fear on their faces.

The atmosphere here is very eerie, with occasional rustling sounds, as if snakes are crawling across the ground.

Hermione, who was sulking, quickened her pace and moved closer to Chen Feng.

"Your students are really something else! They dared to skip class en masse on the very first day of school, which almost drove Professor McGonagall crazy!"

Chen Feng nodded, agreeing with Hermione's point of view: "You're right, I admire them too, they are really courageous."

Hermione looked suspicious, her clever little mind racing. She whispered, "Can you tell me what happened? I don't believe they were having so much fun that they were sleeping in the common room. That's just for fools!"

"Besides, I heard that your lounge is under the Black Lake, which is dark and damp. What fun could there be there? I'd be scared to stay there even for a little while, let alone spend the night there."

To be honest, Professor McGonagall didn't believe it either. Why would so many people inexplicably spend the night in the common room? Was it because the common room was damp and cold? Was it some kind of competition among the boys? Was this how they chose their new leader? It was really strange, so as soon as get out of class ended, he went to the infirmary to find out what was going on.

Chen Feng was too lazy to make up lies. This kind of thing would be exposed as soon as it was exposed. There were too many people who had gone through the same thing, so it was impossible to hide it from them. Hermione had only shaken her head twice when Chen Feng told her everything.

“Those people blocked me at the dormitory door yesterday, saying that I am not a pureblood and do not deserve to stay with them. They also said that it was either me or them. I was too tired at the time and just wanted to sleep, but I am still very helpful. So even though I was very tired, I was kind-hearted and finally gave in to them.”

Upon hearing this, Hermione was shocked, her mouth agape, and she exclaimed in astonishment, "Is this kind of satisfaction legitimate? It's probably not the kind of satisfaction they're looking for!"

Chen Feng tilted his head and thought for a moment, then pondered, "There are probably some differences, but the process isn't important, the result is the same!"

“This is more than just a small difference!” Hermione took a deep breath before saying, “You’ll be held accountable by the school for assaulting a classmate, and in serious cases, you could be expelled. Aren’t you afraid?”

"Stop joking. Who beats up so many people? I was clearly acting in self-defense." Chen Feng rolled his eyes. "Besides, I didn't start it. I can't just stand there and let them bully me."

“That’s true. They don’t look like good people at all. They must have started it… emmmm, not necessarily. You’re not a good person either.” Hermione was filled with righteous indignation when she thought of Chen Feng being bullied because he wasn’t a pureblood. Then she thought of the entire Slytherin going to the infirmary, and then she thought of what Chen Feng had done in the past two days. She changed her tone and snorted coldly, “When dogs fight, they all get hurt. Neither of them are good people.”

"Then you're really wronging me. I'm a very good person, Mr. Foreigner."

The two chatted idly, one sentence after another, until they entered the Potions classroom.

"Isn't Hermione from our Gryffindor house? Why is she getting so close to Chen Feng?" Ron watched Hermione and Chen Feng chatting happily, and a pang of jealousy inexplicably rose in his heart.

“We’re all classmates, there’s no need to be so clear about it. Besides, Chen Feng and the Slytherin don’t get along, they’re not on the same wavelength. As for Hermione, they’re both top students, they must have a lot in common, it should be quite normal.” Harry said matter-of-factly, not seeing anything wrong with it at all.

Having witnessed Professor McGonagall's furious display, everyone assumed that Professor Snape would also be enraged. The freshmen quickly took their seats, afraid of catching Professor Snape's eye and incurring a severe scolding.

Compared to Professor McGonagall's seriousness, Professor Snape gave off a much colder vibe, and anyone who offended him would be severely punished.

A moment later, Professor Snape strode into the classroom, his long robes billowing in the wind as he walked.

"Potions class doesn't require you to foolishly wave your wands or chant any spells. All you need is extensive knowledge and a rigorous scientific attitude."

"Potion making is an art. I don't expect you to appreciate this art, but you'd better memorize all this knowledge instead of mixing it all up."

Professor Snape stood on the lectern, making no attempt to hide his indifference, but a quick glance revealed that many students were missing.

"Isn't this the second period? How come so many people are late?" Snape looked at the empty seats, his voice filled with anger. "And they're Slytherin students!"

Professor Snape slammed his hand hard on the podium, making a loud "thud" that sent a shiver down everyone's spine.

Just as Snape, enraged, was about to continue berating the students, there was a series of knocks on the door. Snape frowned; anyone interrupted when they were in a fit of anger would feel uncomfortable.

Professor Snape straightened his collar, opened the classroom door, and found Professor McGonagall standing outside.

Professor McGonagall looked around outside the classroom and then saw Chen Feng give an innocent smile. She immediately looked annoyed and then gestured for Professor Snape to come outside to talk.

After Professor McGonagall finished explaining the whole story, Snape first showed a surprised expression, then looked somewhat bewildered, and then fell silent.

The students whispered among themselves, wondering what Professor McGonagall wanted to see Professor Snape about.

Young wizards at this age are full of curiosity and are interested in everything.

A short while later, Snape returned to the classroom with a somber expression.

Instead of going to the podium, he came up to Chen Feng and asked expressionlessly, "Mr. Chen Feng, can you tell me how you managed to send all the freshmen to the infirmary and prevent them from attending class with just your fists?"

At the same time, Chen Feng blinked his innocent-looking big eyes.
