Rebirth of a Farmer's Dad

"Oh, please don't make fun of me. At least you have a hot meal to eat when you get home. I don't even have anyone to warm my bed at night," Luo Feng said, making an envious and jealous face.

"Long time no see, you're still as funny as ever, haven't changed at all." These words made the stall owner laugh, chuckling foolishly.

"Alright, Fengzi, have you heard about what happened with Atsuko?" After a while, the stall owner came over and asked with a mysterious look on his face.

"What could possibly happen to him? Didn't he say last time that he took over the wedding planning business here? He should be doing pretty well now." Luo Feng looked puzzled.

"What? He's been taken to the police station."

Atsuko's mother, who had suddenly become rich from a poor background, developed an even stronger desire for wealth.

It's a pity that a woman, uneducated and lacking in worldly experience, tried to invest the money but was scammed. I heard it was a large fraud ring that operated in several surrounding counties, and many people fell for their tricks.

The final outcome was obvious: the child's mother was swindled out of all her savings and, in a moment of despair, returned home and committed suicide by drinking pesticide. When Atsuko learned of this, blinded by rage, he grabbed a knife and went to confront the leader of the fraud ring.

The situation eventually spiraled out of control, and Atsuko accidentally stabbed the other person, seriously injuring them, and also injured several other people. Atsuko was then taken away by the police. All of this occurred approximately a week before Ichiro Feng returned home.

Luo Feng knew very well who Dunzi was. Just like his name suggested, he was honest and kind, with no ill intentions. It was simply that his limited knowledge and experience restricted his perspective. That was why he was able to accumulate so much wealth after Luo Feng left.

Luo Feng never imagined that Dunzi would end up on such a tragic path.
