"Tuk Tuk Tuk"

The knocking on the door drew everyone's attention, interrupting Luo Li's incantation.

"Squeak—" The classroom door was pushed open, and Yan Xi, with her schoolbag slung over her right shoulder and a notebook in her left hand, stepped into the classroom.

"Sorry I'm late." Yan Xi's pretty face had a nonchalant smile on it, and her tone didn't convey the slightest bit of embarrassment.

In short, it means I made a mistake, I won't change it, and I'll make the same mistake again next time.

"Oh! What's going on here?" Yan Xi closed the door behind her, looked at the three people by the podium with a puzzled expression, completely abandoning her aloof persona: "A joint trial?"

“Wang Mo didn’t do her homework but insisted she didn’t bring it,” Wen Qian, sitting in the second row, said sarcastically, her voice sharp and unpleasant. “Yan Xi, where’s your homework? You didn’t bring it either, did you?”

"Tsk!" Yan Xi glanced coldly at Wen Qian, frowning. As expected, she still didn't like interacting with humans.

Humans... a fragile yet cunning species.

Hopefully, this guy won't keep hanging around her like that, looking for trouble, otherwise...

Ha, she can't take a slap from her!

Turning her gaze back, Yan Xi took a few steps forward, flicked the pink notebook in her hand twice, slapped it into Wang Mo's arms, and then turned and walked towards her seat in the last row.

"You were picked up at the school gate, you're from Class 1, Grade 11. You're probably the only Wang Mo here, right?"

As she spoke, Yan Xi had already walked to her seat. She threw her schoolbag on the table, bent down and pulled out a black notebook with a gray skull on the cover from the desk drawer, and walked back.

Wang Mo glanced down at the notebook, flipped through a couple of pages, and said with a smile, "It's mine! Thank you, Yan Xi."

"You're welcome," Yan Xi replied rather coldly.

Yan Xi placed her notebook on top of the workbook in Shu Yan's lap, rested her hands on either side of the podium, and smiled faintly at Sun Yu: "Teacher, class has started, may I go back to my seat?"

He was incredibly arrogant, exuding the aura of a delinquent youth, a real troublemaker.

"Holy crap!" The students sitting below gaped in astonishment, blurting out the phrase "national treasure."

Sun Yu's face darkened, and just as he was about to say something, Yan Xi spoke up again.

She looked directly into Sun Yu's eyes, her purplish-gray pupils glowing slightly, like a bottomless abyss. The corners of her mouth curled up slightly, and her voice seemed to carry a magic, like a devil's seductive whisper: "Teacher, you should start class now. The students can't wait any longer."

"Okay..." Sun Yu felt a wave of dizziness and his mouth involuntarily made a sound.

"Teacher, please continue your explanation. I'll head back to my seat now." Yan Xi straightened up, rubbing the pinky ring on her right hand with her left hand, and turned to walk towards the back.

“Okay…” Sun Yu’s eyes seemed a little dazed, then he suddenly came back to his senses and looked at Yan Xi’s back. Suddenly, he remembered Lu Ze and the head teacher’s instructions on Yan Xi’s first day after she transferred here.

They told him that Yan Xi was usually very well-behaved, and that he should try not to interfere in anything Yan Xi did and try to meet her reasonable requests...

Most importantly, when she suddenly becomes assertive, don't try to cause her trouble!

Sun Yu watched Yan Xi walk back to her seat and wave to him. For some reason, he suddenly felt a chill and broke out in a cold sweat.

"Shu Yan, Wang Mo, you two go back to your positions," Sun Yu said to the two of them.

Then he turned around, picked up a piece of chalk, and with trembling hands wrote on the blackboard: “Let’s begin class.”

Shu Yan frowned, put all the homework on the podium, pushed up her glasses, looked in Yan Xi's direction, and walked back to her seat in thought.

Wang Mo didn't have much time for that. He put his workbook on the podium, breathed a sigh of relief, and happily returned to his seat. He packed everything on the table back into his bag and even gave Yan Xi a "good guy" card.

Beside her, Chen Sisi glanced back at Yan Xi and frowned: That aura just now... it was the aura of someone who had long held a high position. Her father had it too, but Yan Xi...

However, she quickly cleared her mind: it had nothing to do with her.

Behind her, Wen Qian glared fiercely at Wang Mo, then turned around and glared at Yan Xi, her hands slowly clenching at her sides.

Behind Shu Yan, Jian Peng leaned back in his chair, looking at Yan Xi with admiration and his eyes shining.

Yan Xi's first encounter with the Ye Luoli warriors, which wasn't really a collision, seemed to leave them with a... strange impression.

"What's gotten into you?" the idiot asked, his eyes wide with surprise.

This guy hasn't done anything like this—showing off or acting like a troublemaker—in a long time!

"What, you're bored with life and want to become the school bully?" Mo Ran asked.

Mo Ran has connected with the idiot and established a mental connection with Yan Xi. Now, Yan Xi will no longer be mistaken for a lunatic when she talks to Mo Ran.

"No," Yan Xi rubbed the pinky ring on her right hand, staring at Wen Qian's back, her gaze somehow unsettling.

"I'm so happy this morning."

"What does being happy have to do with being a troublemaker?" the idiot asked, confused.

“That human is in a bad mood, and I’m unhappy too.” Yan Xi continued staring at Wen Qian, her gaze growing increasingly unsettling. “If I’m unhappy, she won’t have it easy either…”

[...Just a heads up, she was a villain in the early stages.]

"Yeah. I know."

[Didn't you say you didn't want to do the mission? Now that you're targeting her, you're essentially doing mission 1 in a roundabout way.]

“She’s the villain…” Yan Xi pondered for a moment, then her eyes lit up, and a wicked smile appeared on her lips, making her look even more like a delinquent!

Yan Xi raised her hand, her right index finger moving with immortal power in the air, drawing a complex character. Then, with a gentle tap of her index finger, the character transformed into a stream of light and instantly disappeared into Wen Qian's back.

Ahead, Luo Li seemed to sense something, but upon trying to sense it again, she found nothing. She curiously peeked out of Wang Mo's bag, but Wang Mo noticed and pushed her back inside.

Luo Li carefully checked her bag again, but found nothing, so she dismissed it as a hallucination and put it out of her mind.

[Holy crap! Jiu Jiu, what did you do?!] The idiot was terrified as he watched the streak of light disappear: [A society governed by law! You can't kill people!!!]

"Don't get excited," Yan Xi squinted at the window, where a little sparrow stood on the windowsill, staring at her with its tiny eyes.

"It's just an enhanced version of the bad luck charm; it won't kill anyone."

As Yan Xi spoke, she beckoned to the little sparrow with her index finger, and the little sparrow automatically flew to her finger, nuzzling her fair and slender finger with its little head, being incredibly well-behaved.

"Yes, no one will die, at most they'll lose an arm or a leg." The idiot scoffed, silently wishing Wenqian a happy ending.

"Hey, how dare you slander me? We're classmates, how can you say I'm missing an arm or a leg? That's not good!" Yan Xi teased the little sparrow casually, her tone kind, which made the idiot shudder.

"At most," Yan Xi said, then, as if she had thought of something, a beautiful smile bloomed on her face, her tone becoming even softer: "just social death..."

Outside the window, the sky was blue and the clouds were white, the sun was shining and the breeze was gentle. A beautiful girl leaned back in her chair, a cute sparrow perched on her fair and delicate fingers. Her long hair reached her waist, and she had a gentle smile on her face. Her red diamond earrings sparkled in the sunlight.

This scene is beautiful and gentle, like an eternal painting.

I wonder whose eyes it caught, whose heart it stirred...
