Ji Momo seemed completely unconcerned about his attitude. Instead, she turned around leisurely and looked at Qin Reng with a half-smile, saying, "President Qin, this is a bit unlike your usual demeanor. Are you really going to tear off your elite young master facade and fight like dogs with them today for the sake of certain people?"

Qin Reng's expression changed slightly, and his gaze towards Ji Momo became filled with disgust. He was about to speak when Yu Yuetong's voice rang out, saying without any hesitation, "Miss Ji, you don't seem to have much free time on your mind. Why do you have to chew on bones stained with other people's blood?"

Ji Momo was slightly taken aback, then her smile turned arrogant: "Heh, I'm just worried about President Qin." Her gaze swept back and forth between Yu Yuetong and Qin Reng, and she smiled meaningfully.

"Worry?" A sneer escaped Qin Reng's throat as he spoke indifferently, "You'd be better off worrying about your Ji family. Miss Ji must be living a very peaceful life to have this much free time."

The words were forceful and hit the nail on the head, causing Ji Momo's face to twitch slightly. Just as she was about to retort, heavy footsteps approached from upstairs, and an unfamiliar young male voice broke the silence: "President Qin, something's happened outside..."

A bright red handprint appeared on Qin Yu's face, and the atmosphere instantly turned icy. Everyone around held their breath; even the band conductor reflexively stopped his baton in mid-air. Time seemed to freeze; everything sounded jarring and awkward.

"Qin Reng, how dare you lay a hand on me?" Qin Yu's voice seemed to be squeezed out from between his teeth, his eyes filled with distrust and anger. His fingers were clenched into fists, the veins on the back of his hands throbbing, looking as if he might retaliate at any moment.

Qin Reng remained unmoved. The indifference on his face seemed to be masked by an unbreakable barrier, with only a barely perceptible sneer at the corner of his mouth indicating that his emotions were not as calm as they appeared. He glanced at the gathered gazes around him, then muttered in a low voice, "I don't have time to waste with you."

Yu Yuetong stood to the side, three parts shocked, seven parts amused. She wanted to say something, but Qin Reng's sudden turn of his head stopped her. His sharp gaze made her reflexively shut her mouth. Okay, what's wrong with this icy CEO now? But then again, seeing his cousin get humiliated actually gave her a strange sense of satisfaction. How did this happen? Did swapping bodies also swap their affection levels?

"Are you still trying to act all high and mighty?" Qin Yu stepped forward, the two facing each other, their anger clashing in the air. His voice grew even hoarser, filled with sarcasm and provocation. "You really think a slap can solve everything? So what if Grandma favors you? You're nothing!"

"I am nothing?" Qin Reng raised an eyebrow with a half-smile, his face filled with a disdainful coldness. "At least I dare to stand here. And you, Qin Yu? Do you really think you're a smart person by resorting to underhanded tricks?"

Qin Yu's face darkened further. He opened his mouth to retort, but was interrupted by a voice that, though not loud, was sharp in every word, "You dare to say that someone else's grandmother is biased? Don't you know how many years you've been coveting the Qin family's assets?" All of this slipped out of Yu Yuetong's small mouth, her tone carrying a hint of sarcasm.

These words clearly struck a nerve with Qin Yu. He turned around abruptly, glaring at Yu Yuetong with eyes so cold they seemed to freeze the air.

Yu Yuetong didn't take the threat seriously. After all, she was now "Qin Reng," not "Yu Yuetong." With the tall man's body as her protection, she was naturally bolder.

"What, can't even the eldest young master of the Qin family stand a few words from others?" She curled her lips provocatively, her eyes full of teasing, as if she wanted to add, "Come on, let's face it head-on."

Seeing that Qin Yu's face had turned from ashen to purplish-red, Qin Reng finally made his move. He reached out and pulled Yu Yuetong, who was "causing trouble," over to him, and whispered in her ear, "Don't make things worse. Do you think this will end things?"

Yu Yuetong was about to retort when Qin Reng suddenly moved closer. She could even feel the warmth of his chest rising and falling slightly. His deep voice was mixed with coldness and a hint of helplessness: "Is it easy for you to talk when you're not the one suffering?"

Yu Yuetong's ears burned slightly, and she quickly pushed him away, saying, "I was just helping you out of an awkward situation, don't be ungrateful."

"You stand to the side." Qin Reng gave a brief order in an unquestionable tone, leaving no room for negotiation. She couldn't help but glare at him fiercely, but awkwardly stepped aside.

In that tense moment, Ji Momo coughed softly, dramatically adding fuel to the fire of the otherwise silent scene. She walked slowly to the center, her eyes crinkling, and spoke softly, "It's rare to see such a deep bond between cousins. This little woman is truly envious."

Her seemingly teasing but actually provocative remark about "deep affection" instantly ignited a powder keg deep within Qin Yu's heart. He glared at Ji Momo and coldly uttered, "Shut up! Nobody asked you to interrupt!"

Ji Momo seemed completely unconcerned about his attitude. Instead, she turned around leisurely and looked at Qin Reng with a half-smile, saying, "President Qin, this is a bit unlike your usual demeanor. A flicker of displeasure flashed in Qin Reng's cold eyes at Ji Momo's provocative words. He didn't want the situation to escalate further, but he also knew that the female supporting character in front of him was a very influential figure. Yu Yuetong, standing to the side, watched the subtle sparks between the two and couldn't help but feel secretly pleased. Although she knew that her current identity was that of a CEO, these arguments were simply too interesting.
