Chapter 300 The Fox Borrows the Tiger's Power

“Summer is the time to come to Nanyi.” Bian Xiao slumped into the car as soon as he got in, his head resting on his older brother’s chest and his legs draped over his younger brother’s thighs. He turned to look out the car window, the wisps of hair on his forehead blowing in the wind, revealing a pair of emerald green eyes under his thick eyelashes.

Ah, so pleasant!

"Take a sip." Bian He poured a glass of chilled sparkling water and handed it over. The ice cubes collided crisply in the gradient of blue and orange, and a lemon was stuck at the rim of the glass. The summer atmosphere was palpable, clearly a taste of Bian Xiao.

"No," Bian Xiao frowned and refused, "I want to drink cold boiled water, I don't want anything sweet."

Bian He put the cup back, complaining, "She said she wanted to drink it yesterday, but she changed her mind today." He still asked someone to change the water for his sister.

Bian Xiao looked out the window, twirling a strand of hair between his fingers. "To quench my thirst, I still need water."

"Who told you to chatter on and on since you got on the bus?" Bian He watched as the maid poured water and handed it to his sister.

Bian Xiao lowered his head and gulped down a large mouthful of water, emptying the cup by half.

"So comfortable~ It would be even better if it were a little colder." Bian Xiao sighed, half-closing his eyes as he lay on Sadwell's chest.

"It'll be bad if you get a stomachache from eating something too cold," Sadwell patted her sister's arm. "Didn't we say we were going to have a match against the Walter family in a few days?"

"Hehe, so I'm going to practice with some new guns today. I'm definitely going to win the championship!" Bian Xiao clenched his fist. "I came in second last time, damn it! This time I'm going to avenge myself!"

"Just the two of you?" Bian He asked. "I want to go too."

"Silly brother, how could there be two people?" Bian Xiao made a face.

Bian He raised his eyebrows.

Bian Xiao sensed something was wrong, but it was too late.

Because of someone's elegant lying posture, with both legs draped over Bian He's legs, Bian He had the opportunity to tickle.

"Hahahaha!" Bian Xiao laughed uncontrollably after being tickled twice, kicking his legs incessantly.

"Are you still talking bad about me?" Bian He smiled, his eyes sparkling, and kept scratching himself.

"No, no, brother, I was wrong, hahahahaha!" Bian Xiao twisted like a snake, tears hanging from the corners of his eyes, trying to push Bian He away with his hands, his stomach aching from laughing. "Brother! Big brother!" Bian Xiao immediately called for outside help.

“Phil.” Sadwell, who had been holding his sister in his arms to keep her from falling, only spoke when he heard her call.

Bian He withdrew his claws and poked his sister's head. "You're the silly one. You dare to provoke me when my weakness is in your hands."

Bian Xiao leaned against his older brother's chest to calm his breathing, wiped away the tears that had come out of his laughter, and took advantage of Bian He's inattention to lightly kick his thigh. Then he immediately pulled back to look at Sadwell, winked mischievously, and tapped his older brother's collar twice with the fingers that were gripping his collar.

Sudwell received the signal, subtly pinched his sister's shoulder to indicate that he understood, and openly took her side, saying, "Phil, don't bully Della."

Bian He crossed his legs, spread his arms, and draped them over the sofa, saying in a sour tone, "Yes, yes, I apologize to Miss~"

Bian Xiao, feeling smug, nodded his head and said, "I'll reluctantly forgive you."

After playing around for a while, Bian Xiao's hair was all messed up. He sat up straight, handed the hair tie to Sadwell, and said, "I want my brother to tie it up."

Bian Xiao's hair was so thick that she couldn't tie it up by herself. It was fine when she was little, but it got thicker and thicker as she grew up. Even Sadwell's hands couldn't hold it. Bian He simply stood up to help, and the two of them tied up their sister's hair together before getting off the bus.

The shooting range is relatively small, but since it's just a resort island, no one seems to mind.

Sadwell wasn't planning on practicing shooting; he'd had enough of it recently, and he was just at the range to spend time with his younger siblings.

Bian Xiao and Bian He first put on their protective suits, helmets, and goggles, and then entered the training room.

Sadwell sat in his chair with his legs crossed, listening to Peyton's report and nodding slightly. "Do as Della says."

“Yes, sir.” Peyton had been with Sadwell for a long time and was highly trusted. He was also one of the few people who could joke with the big boss. He teased with a slight smile, “Miss is becoming more and more like Mr. Sadwell. She is a woman of her word and is decisive and brave.”

Sadwell's lips curled up, his eyes filled with pride. "Della is my sister, of course."

"Brother! Come and see me!" Bian Xiao waved and called out from afar.

“Peyton, you take care of it. Oh, and Della is playing the piano tonight, have them set it up.” Sadwell stood up and walked toward his sister.

“Yes, sir.” Peyton turned and left. He only needed to give instructions for the former, but for the latter, which involved Miss, he had to personally give orders and confirm.

At the Lesmonlia household, nothing is more important than Miss Lesmonlia's affairs.

Peyton stood in front of the three yachts that had recently sailed by and looked at them one by one. "This one, I guess."

The larger ones are easier to set up, but "we should also set up these two as backups."

Turning around, he continued, "Is the piano ready?"

The man in charge of the piano glanced at his phone and said, "The piano is being tuned and will be ready in four hours."

"This is the designer's latest design. What do you think?"

Peyton glanced at it and said, "The color scheme is too cold. The lady and young lady are both back. What a warm gathering! We need to revise it again and speed things up. The decorations can only be set up after the design drafts are completed. The young lady said she wants to dine on the yacht tonight, so everything must be finished before dinner."

"Yes"

“Mr. Peyton, Mr. Liam has arrived.”

Peyton turned around and saw Liam, Norrexis's personal assistant, walking towards him.

Peyton smiled despite his serious expression and shook hands with Liam.

"Peyton," Liam shook hands back.

Peyton: "Miss said she wants to dine on the yacht tonight, and the gentleman asked me to make the arrangements."

“The master said he’s leaving this place to you. Everything will be done as Miss wishes. The master and madam will be there on time tonight,” Liam said. He was in charge of managing the island and was standing next to Norresis when Peyton sent someone to inform him.

Norrexis simply had someone report to him directly. After hearing the beginning, he turned to Bian Yin with a smile and said that it must have been their precious daughter's idea.

Upon hearing the piano, Bian Yin guessed it immediately and jokingly bet with Norris that his daughter must want to play the piano with her older brother.

"How about we dance tonight, with our sweet daughter playing the piano?" Norris leaned in and gently inhaled the fragrance of his wife's hair.

Bian Yin glanced at Norris, "I need to talk to you in the study."

Noresis had no idea that what Bian Yin said in his study would infuriate him, and he was still happily following his wife around.

Before leaving, he made sure to have Liam go and give the authority to Peyton, telling them to do things according to Della's wishes, as the couple would follow their daughter's arrangements.
