If the people of Guanyin Village survive, next year will surely be a bountiful year.

But the villagers dared not watch the great demon fight to the death, even though one of them was fighting to protect them. At this moment, the only thought on the minds of mortals was "escape."

Only Xiaoyingcao and Xie Rulin stared intently at the black and white bear in the sky, hoping that he was alright.

But Guan Bo was far from unharmed. Even the Great King of Inspiration was severely injured by the tribulation lightning, while he felt as if his entire body was about to be cooked through.

Even without the third tribulation lightning, Guan Bo knew he wouldn't last long.

However, just as he was about to lose consciousness, the Buddha's precious jade ring, bestowed by the Bodhisattva, emitted a dazzling golden light, which fell on Guan Bo, giving him renewed strength.

This is the tribulation of transformation. If one can withstand it, one can transform into human form and cultivate in this form that is closest to the Dao of Heaven, without being affected by the beast form.

The more thoroughly a creature is transformed by the tribulation lightning, the closer its transformed form will be to that of a human.

However, the tribulation of transformation is extremely dangerous, and most demons are thinking about how to reduce the power of the tribulation lightning.

They might use formations to protect themselves or magical artifacts to resist, which naturally leads to different transformations. Therefore, many monster transformations are not perfect and still retain some characteristics of their original forms.

Most of the tribulation lightning power was neutralized, but the nine-petaled lotus also emitted a wisp of green smoke, and all the lotus leaves withered.

The King of Inspiration was incredibly shrewd; the blessing of the nine-petaled lotus only applied to himself, and Guan Bo didn't enjoy this treatment at all.
