After blocking Da Lai's car with his car, Yunxiao, dressed in red, got out of the car with three "tyrant girls".

Da Lai gave the four ruthless women a sinister look, then suddenly floored the accelerator, rammed the car, and swerved the steering wheel, hurtling towards Yunxiao.

"Watch out—" Yunxiao shouted, and the three female warriors quickly dodged to the sides.

At this moment, the car had already crashed into Yunxiao. Yunxiao lunged forward and landed on the roof of the car, kicking the windshield with her high heels, creating spiderweb-like cracks in the windshield.

Da Lai slammed on the brakes, trying to throw Yunxiao off the roof of the car. At that moment, Yunxiao grabbed the passenger side window and clung tightly to the roof.

Seeing that his plan was not working, Da Lai stepped on the gas and drove forward, then slammed on the brakes. Yunxiao, clinging to the roof of the car, was in grave danger, nearly being thrown off several times, making everyone hold their breath in a cold sweat.

"Cut!" Jia Zhendong finally called for a stop. "Good, that's a wrap!"

Hu Xiaoxiao breathed a sigh of relief and jumped off the roof of the car.

To make it look realistic, she actually lay on the roof of a moving car, her body swaying with inertia as the car stopped and started. The acceleration and sudden braking were shown through cuts. Even so, it was a very dangerous scene.

The logistics staff rushed over to check Hu Xiaoxiao's health, but Hu Xiaoxiao waved her hand and said, "It's okay, I'm fine."

After saying that, he pulled out the protective pad from his body and then proceeded to film the next shot.

There was more than just Da Lai in Da Lai's car; there were five or six henchmen. When Yun Xiao lunged at the roof of the car to force them to stop, one of the henchmen in the passenger seat saw Yun Xiao gripping the car window and was about to stab Yun Xiao's hands with a dagger.

After the director explained the scene, Hu Xiaoxiao climbed onto the car roof again, grabbed the car window, and then the actor playing the henchman took a prop dagger and stabbed it into Hu Xiaoxiao's hands.

At this moment, Yunxiao switched the positions of her hands gripping the car window, narrowly avoiding the danger.

"Cut!" the director called, then said to the actor playing the henchman, "When you're stabbing him, make a fierce expression and move quickly. Don't be hesitant."

The actor playing the henchman smiled sheepishly and apologized to Hu Xiaoxiao, saying, "Sister Xiao, please forgive me if I accidentally prick your hand later."

Hu Xiaoxiao laughed and said, "We'll talk about it when you actually get pricked."

Although her movements were difficult, her reactions were faster than most people's. You could say that no matter how fast the downward thrust was, it was like she was half a beat slow.

The actor playing the henchman was an outside stuntman who wanted to take on more roles in Shengshi's films. He was afraid of hurting the boss and losing his acting opportunities, so he hesitated at first and was a few beats slow.

But after the director yelled "Cut" twice, and seeing that Hu Xiaoxiao's reaction was indeed very quick, he dared to use force to stab her.

With several fierce and ruthless stabs, Yunxiao gripped the window with alternating hands, creating a tense and thrilling atmosphere. Jia Zhendong was finally satisfied and called for a stop.

After filming this scene, the final scene was on the car roof. In order to shake off Yunxiao on the roof, Da Lai was only focused on pressing the accelerator and brake, and without noticing, one of the car's wheels got stuck in the ditch by the roadside, and the car couldn't move.

Taking this opportunity, Yunxiao kicked the windshield of the car again with her high heels, shattering the glass, and then swept her leg towards Dalai.

At this moment, the other three female gangsters arrived, and Da Lai and his henchmen had to get out of the car and fight the four female gangsters.

After a chaotic, panoramic fight scene, the director resumed filming in sets, shooting one set at a time before moving on to the next.

The first group to be photographed was Yunxiao and Dalai.

Yu Liang, who plays Da Lai, was the last of the main actors to join the cast. Unlike Jiang Muyang and others, he didn't start training as early as six months ago. From the time he was cast to today's filming, less than two months have passed; his training time has been far too short.

Nie Jinlong was most worried about Yu Liang's performance. Besides the fact that Yu Liang didn't have enough time to train, the most important thing was that his co-star was Hu Xiaoxiao.

Hu Xiaoxiao's action scenes are among the best of any actress in the industry. If Yu Liang were to fight against Hu Xiaoxiao, he would be easily defeated and would not be able to portray the important villain Da Lai at all.

"Yu Liang!" Nie Jinlong instructed Yu Liang again, "After you retreat to this spot, pick up that prop that looks like a steel pipe and use it as a gun. Then, after you're kicked away, there are two short sticks under the machine; use the short stick technique then..."

The original script did not include any depiction of Yu Liang's use of weapons in his action scenes. This was a change made by Nie Jinlong specifically for the role of Da Lai when Hu Xiaoxiao cast Yu Liang as Da Lai, in order to compensate for Yu Liang's unfamiliarity with action scenes.

Yu Liang himself knows how to use some weapons. He had previously taken on several supporting roles, all of which involved action scenes, so he practiced using weapons repeatedly for them.

Based on Yu Liang's characteristics, Nie Jinlong specially changed this very important fight scene to one using a weapon that Yu Liang was skilled with. Otherwise, he wouldn't be able to truly defeat Hu Xiaoxiao, and he wouldn't even be able to act like a villain who could fight Hu Xiaoxiao to a draw.

After instructing Yu Liang, Nie Jinlong went to tell Hu Xiaoxiao, "Take it easy. Besides being able to act as someone who hits, you also need to be able to act as someone who gets hit..."

Nie Jinlong was so worried because he knew that during the filming of "Cheng Zhaofeng," Hu Xiaoxiao had seriously injured several troublesome actors, and he was afraid that Hu Xiaoxiao would not stop. Therefore, he specifically emphasized the importance of acting to Hu Xiaoxiao.

Hu Xiaoxiao was a little amused and exasperated. "Teacher Nie, this isn't my first time acting."

“I’m always worried you won’t know your own strength.” Nie Jinlong’s concern was not without reason. As the first person to know how strong Hu Xiaoxiao was, he was very worried about her destructive power. This scene needed to be filmed realistically and the fight scene needed to look good. Hu Xiaoxiao had to put in her strength. If she held back too much to accommodate Yu Liang, it wouldn’t look good. In that case, it would be better not to cast Yu Liang as Da Lai at all.

Audiences enjoy watching Hu Xiaoxiao's action scenes not only because they're stylish, but also because they're powerful. Power can't be acted out; it comes from genuine skill.

Hu Xiaoxiao had a plan in mind. She and Yu Liang rehearsed once before starting filming, and after they discussed how to coordinate their actions, they began filming.

"Action!"

The Cloud Soaring Leg Technique was like autumn wind sweeping away fallen leaves, fierce and swift, forcing Da Lai to retreat repeatedly and hide in the abandoned factory.

Yunxiao took a running start and launched a flying kick. Da Lai crossed his arms and tried to block, but was still kicked away, crashing into the machine and falling down with a bang, tumbling several times.

Beneath his disheveled bangs, Da Lai stared at Yun Xiao with a sinister look in his eyes. He inadvertently touched a long steel pipe on the ground, picked it up, staggered to his feet, and used the steel pipe as a spear, performing a series of powerful spear flourishes before thrusting it at Yun Xiao.
