"Superpowered individuals?!" Hu Meiniang and Linda exclaimed in surprise. They never imagined that such a mysterious and dangerous world lurked beneath the shadows of their bustling city. Superpowered individuals—a concept that only existed in science fiction movies and novels—had actually appeared before their very eyes!

"Stop spacing out, be careful!" Zhu Feifei shouted in a low voice, protecting Hu Meiniang and Linda behind him. He could sense that the masked man in front of him was no ordinary person.

"Heh, you do have some discernment." The masked man sneered, a hint of contempt in his tone. "Since you know I'm a superhuman, you still dared to barge in. You've got some nerve!"

"Stop talking nonsense, where is Wang Dapao?!" Zhu Feifei roared, already ready for battle, the rake in his hand beginning to glow faintly.

As he spoke, the masked man snapped his fingers.

As the fingers snapped, countless lights suddenly illuminated the surrounding darkness, turning the entire underground space as bright as day. Zhu Feifei then realized that this underground space was far larger than he had imagined; it was practically a gigantic underground palace!

Around the space, various experimental instruments and several large glass containers were arranged, each containing bizarre-looking creatures, creating a very eerie atmosphere. The people in black uniforms stopped what they were doing and turned to gather around Zhu Feifei and the others.

"Oh no, we're surrounded!" Linda exclaimed, her face turning deathly pale.

"What's there to be afraid of? It's just a few people!" Zhu Feifei seemed quite calm. He waved the prop rake in his hand and chuckled, "Today I'll show you what Grandpa Pig is all about!"

"Hmph, ignorant of your own limitations!" The masked man sneered, his figure flashing as he charged towards Zhu Feifei like a ghost. He was incredibly fast, arriving in front of Zhu Feifei in the blink of an eye, and threw a punch aimed at Zhu Feifei's face.

"So fast!" Zhu Feifei was startled and quickly dodged to the side, but she was still a step too slow and was grazed on the cheek by the masked man's fist. A burning pain immediately came to her face.

"Huh? You actually dodged it?" The masked man seemed a little surprised. He stopped and carefully looked at Zhu Feifei. "Looks like you're quite capable. No wonder you dared to come here."

"Enough talk, come at me if you dare!" Zhu Feifei roared, brandishing her prop rake as she charged toward the masked man.

"Just what I wanted!" The masked man sneered and stepped forward as well.

The two instantly fought together.

He simultaneously unleashed the "Giant Strength Divine Power" and the "Swift Wind Step" divine power, instantly increasing his strength and speed. "Feifei!" Hu Meiniang exclaimed in surprise when she saw Zhu Feifei injured, and rushed over.

"Are you alright?" Hu Meiniang asked with a worried expression as she helped Zhu Feifei up.

As he spoke, he charged towards Zhu Feifei again.

"Watch out!" Hu Meiniang exclaimed, trying to shield Zhu Feifei, but it was too late.

Just as the masked man's fist was about to strike Zhu Feifei, at this critical moment, Zhu Feifei suddenly felt a powerful force surge through her body, like a volcanic eruption, instantly spreading throughout her entire body.

Zhu Feifei stopped what she was doing and turned to look. She saw a middle-aged man wearing a white lab coat and gold-rimmed glasses slowly walking out from the depths of the laboratory.

"Dean Li?" Hu Meiniang exclaimed in surprise when she saw this person.

"Miss Hu, it's been a long time." Li Shizhen pushed up his glasses and said with a smile.

"Dean Li, what are you doing here?" Hu Meiniang asked in confusion.

“This is my laboratory, of course I’ll be here,” Li Shizhen said. “But what about you? Why are you here?”

“We’re here to find someone,” Hu Meiniang said. “We…”

“I know you’re here to see Wang Dapao,” Li Shizhen interrupted Hu Meiniang. “I’ve already dealt with Wang Dapao.”
