"Research? Research what?" Zhu Feifei looked at Li Shizhen warily, feeling that the dean was looking at him like he was a pig waiting to be slaughtered, making him very uncomfortable.

“Besides the stench of money and sleazy smell, that guy also had… the smell of conspiracy.” Little White Ringwraith’s voice turned serious. “Moreover, this smell is somewhat similar to the smell from that exercise prescription we just saw.”

The car sped through the night, soon arriving at an abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of the city. The warehouse was located in a desolate industrial area, surrounded by darkness, with only a few streetlights casting a faint glow in the distance, making it seem even more eerie and terrifying.

“This is it,” Linda said, pointing to the warehouse in front. “My men are already monitoring this place. Wang Dapao did go in, but he hasn’t come out yet.”

"Okay, let's go in and take a look." Zhu Feifei took a deep breath, pushed open the car door, and got out.

In the darkness, the warehouse doors were tightly shut, and all around was silent except for the whistling wind, creating an eerie atmosphere.

"Wang Dapao! Wang Dapao, where are you?!" Linda shouted, trying to get Wang Dapao's attention.

However, there was no response from the warehouse; only an empty echo reverberated.

"Be careful, something's not right here," Zhu Feifei whispered. He sensed a strange atmosphere around them, as if something was watching them from the shadows.

"Zhu Feifei, there's light over here!" Just then, Hu Meiniang suddenly pointed to the depths of the warehouse and said.

Zhu Feifei looked in the direction Hu Meiniang pointed and saw a faint light shining from the depths of the warehouse.

“Let’s go take a look!” Zhu Feifei said, then cautiously walked towards the direction of the light.

The three of them passed through the dark warehouse and arrived at the source of the light. Deep inside the warehouse, they found a huge underground space, brightly lit, filled with various instruments and equipment, and some people dressed in black uniforms.

Those people seemed to be busy with something and did not notice the arrival of Zhu Feifei and the others.

"This is..." Linda stared in disbelief at the scene before her. "Where is this?"

"It looks like a... laboratory?" Hu Meiniang said, frowning. She also had no idea where this place was.

"You idiot, be careful, these people are not simple!" The voice of the Ringwraith White rang in Zhu Feifei's mind, full of warning, "I sense a powerful energy fluctuation!"

Zhu Feifei also sensed something was wrong. He carefully observed the people in black uniforms and found that they all exuded a cold and dangerous aura, and their eyes were very sharp, like those of wild beasts.
