"So, you have to tell me where we're going and who we're going to visit, Henry."

Henry, Arthur, and Lee were riding their horses on the way to Bluewater Marsh. This was the third day since they had drunk with Hosea.

After drinking the day before yesterday, Arthur got drunk again and didn't get up until noon the next day. Then the three of them went to Emerald Ranch to visit the injured Ark.

"Calm down, I was just joking," Henry continued, mimicking his older cousin's usual soothing words after his outburst.

"That's not funny at all."

"Here, put these on, both of you." Henry tossed a specially made vest to Arthur and Li Yi, a vest woven from the finest and hardest scales of a crocodile, with a breastplate added to the heart area.

"This vest is really ugly and a bit bulky. I don't think I need it. Wearing it will affect my handsome image."

After taking the vest, Arthur flipped through it and complained about it.

"Don't give it back to me. I wouldn't have given it to you if I wasn't worried about the danger later. Do you know that this thing was specially made by someone? It can be used for bulletproofing. The materials alone cost me several hundred US dollars."

"Who said I didn't want it? This vest suits me perfectly. Look how classy I look in it."

Sure enough, it wasn't long before the three of them arrived near the shack where the woman in black was said to live, according to the intelligence report.

It seemed that there were more than just them as guests today. Looking at the dozens of bounty hunters surrounding the shed and the occasional explosions, Henry clearly recognized the black-clad beauty's fighting prowess. She was able to fight against more than twenty people without being at a disadvantage. No wonder she had been able to escape for more than twenty years, with a bounty higher than Langdon Ricketts, without ever being captured by bounty hunters.

As time passed, the black-clad beauty had almost exhausted the detonators and explosives she had buried near the shed, and she gradually lost ground. Especially after seeing that the enemy had brought in a new Maxim heavy machine gun, she knew that her good luck had really run out, and she would not be able to overcome this obstacle on her own.

Yes, all three of them adhered to the principle of striking the enemy from a distance, using long-barreled rifles to accurately strike the distant enemy, and the bounty hunters didn't even see their faces.

“Of course, madam! We’ve come to visit you.”

Henry approached from a distance, responding loudly as he sheathed his spear. Of course, Arthur and Li Yi remained hidden, on guard—guarded against a potential new bounty hunter and against the black-clad beauty's potential attack.
