Shikamaru helplessly continued to support him, while Choji ran over carrying two bags of potato chips, panting heavily after regaining his balance.

"Was Naruto attacked?"

Naruto, looking utterly hopeless, clung to Shikamaru, saying, "Don't ask anymore."

The students gradually arrived at the school, and they all mocked Naruto without any politeness when they saw his appearance. Naruto slumped on the table like a ghost, not wanting to pay attention to these unscrupulous classmates.

Soon the students graduated, and Kakashi became the teacher of Team 7 as he had wished. Naruto's class consisted of survivors from the Uchiha clan and Sakura.

Sasuke and Naruto are probably incompatible; they've never gotten along since childhood, and she rarely sees them playing together.

Sakura has visited the house a few times. She really likes Su Yuanyuan's sweet and sour pork. Every time she and Ino come to the shop, Su Yuanyuan praises it so much that she gives them an extra dish.

Su Yuanyuan secretly observed that Naruto seemed to have a crush on Sakura, but Sakura's attitude towards Sasuke was clearly different.

I wonder if Kakashi can handle this combination.

"Sister, I received a mission today; I need to leave the village."

Naruto ran into the store shouting, drawing the attention of everyone in the room. He awkwardly scratched his head, humbly apologized, and then went into the kitchen.

"elder sister!"

"I heard that. What's the mission? Do you know how many days it will take?"

Naruto grinned and came over, "A C-rank mission, to send someone to the Land of Waves. Sis, can you prepare some delicious food for me?"

Su Yuanyuan glanced at him, "I'll prepare some rice balls for you."

"do not want!"

Naruto pouted, grabbed Su Yuanyuan's arm and shook it, "I want to eat sesame seed cakes and scallion pancakes."

Su Yuanyuan stuck out a finger and tapped his forehead, then pushed him away and gave him a disdainful look.

The rascal, covered in sweat from running around all day, rubbed himself against her.

"It takes several days to get from Konoha to the Land of Waves. In this weather, scallion pancakes spoil easily, so I'll make a small batch for you. Try to finish them in one day."

"Huh? Do we need to make more for them? Is it okay if we only make some for Sakura?"

Naruto was filled with resistance when he heard them. As for Sasuke, well, why should he cook for that big bad wolf Kakashi? Hasn't he already eaten enough meals here for free?

He doesn't do anything productive all day but tries to steal her sister's thunder. Now he's even her teacher. He's definitely up to no good.

Su Yuanyuan looked at him with amusement, wondering what Kakashi had done to offend him. Naruto had never been friendly to Kakashi since they were little.

"Kakashi is your teacher now. You can't mess around anymore. Team 7 will be a whole from now on. Don't be prejudiced against your teammates. They are all people you can trust."

"understood!"

Although Naruto still looked reluctant, he promised her that he would get along well with that guy.

Because they were leaving early the next morning, Su Yuanyuan was worried that they wouldn't have enough time, so she asked Mai to start cooking while she prepared dry rations for Naruto.

I quickly prepared enough dry food for four people, and also packed a lunchbox of fried chicken for him to take. Everything was put in the refrigerator so he could take it directly when he left the next morning.

The next morning, after seeing Naruto off, Su Yuanyuan opened her shop as usual. She was still worried about Naruto, but she knew that this was something Naruto had to go through.

If Naruto comes back injured, he can just beat up Kakashi.

This was the longest she had ever been apart from Naruto. Although Naruto always annoyed her, she really missed him after a day apart.

"Sister Xiaofeng, the Chunin Exams are coming up soon. We have a lot of guests from other villages today."

Mai came in carrying an empty bowl, a smile on her face. Su Yuanyuan glanced outside and saw that there were indeed some people she had never seen before.

"The Chunin Exams are coming up so soon. I wonder if Naruto and the others will be able to make it back in time."

Seeing more and more customers, Su Yuanyuan quickly asked Mai to put up the "Closed" sign. It was already past closing time, and she didn't want to work overtime.

There were indeed many ninjas in the village, and the usually quiet village suddenly became lively. Su Yuanyuan bought a skewer of meatballs and ate them as she walked.

Her eyes kept darting around the ninjas. They all seemed to be quite strong, but they were still a bit weaker than Naruto. No wonder she trained them.

She mentally praised herself, and finally walked home satisfied.

As Su Yuanyuan bumped into a blonde girl at the corner, the dumpling in her hand flew out and landed on the girl's clothes, leaving a noticeable mark.

"I'm so sorry, beautiful lady, I got your clothes dirty. Would you like to come to my place to change? I'll wash them for you, it'll be done in no time!"

"Need not!"

The little girl blushed slightly when she was called "little beauty," casually patted her clothes, and walked past her, pretending to be calm.

Su Yuanyuan watched her retreating figure with a smile, her gaze lingering on the large fan for a moment, thinking to herself that this was another arrogant little girl.

After getting home and taking a bath, Su Yuanyuan lay in the living room watching TV, once again lamenting how boring life was without her brat.

Fortunately, Naruto returned the next day, making quite a commotion; his voice arrived before he did.

"Sister~ I'm back~ Did you miss me~"

Su Yuanyuan, carrying a tray, awkwardly dug her toes into the ground, enduring the teasing glances from those around her.

Forget about wanting or not, all she wanted to do right now was beat that brat up again.

Naruto rushed in quickly, stopped in front of Su Yuanyuan, and grinned broadly with his big teeth showing.

Su Yuanyuan looked him up and down. He wasn't injured and had even gotten quite muscular.

"Sister, have you missed me?"

"Hmm, I've thought about it."

Naruto didn't care about Su Yuanyuan's perfunctory tone. He knew that his sister must miss him, and he missed her very, very much. He was sure his sister felt the same way.

"Sister, the Chunin Exams are coming up, and I want to participate this time too."

Su Yuanyuan rolled her eyes at him, "If you dare not participate, see how I deal with you."

It's not like she's preventing Naruto from participating. Which ninja doesn't have to take exams? The higher the rank, the more they can learn. She's not going to hold Naruto back.

"Sister Xiaofeng! I want to eat sweet and sour pork!"

Su Yuanyuan turned her head and saw that it was indeed Sakura, and Kakashi and Sasuke had also come.

"Don't you need to turn in your mission?"

"Ah! They said they're hungry, so they can eat first and then go."

Kakashi touched his face, found a seat against the wall, and began ordering food without any hesitation.

"I want Kung Pao Chicken, Mao Xue Wang (Sichuan-style spicy blood curd), and a generous amount of rice."

Su Yuanyuan ignored him and told the three children to sit down. She knew what they liked to eat, so they didn't need to order.

There weren't many customers in the shop yet, so Su Yuanyuan quickly prepared the food for several people. Naruto helped her bring it to the table before he sat down to eat.

After pouring them water, Su Yuanyuan went back to the kitchen to continue preparing the dishes, knowing that she would be busy soon and wouldn't have time to prepare them.

A moment later, Naruto popped his head out of the doorway. "Sister, do you need my help?"

"No need, finish eating and go hand in your mission. You can help when you get back."

"Okay, I'll be right back!"
